Raoul,
Just a couple of things you should know:
1. That wasn't a dream.
2. Remember that time in the bath? Looks like I must've taken my pregnancy charm off, and neither of us noticed. Your son looks a little bit like you, but he's a lot smaller. And balder, and with less teeth, and he cries a lot more. He might look more like you once he's grown a bit.
3. Also, the whole situation's a bit hard to explain, so I'm sorry if somewhere along the way your descendants ended up canoodling with your ancestors. For what it's worth, I think you turned out fine.
4. This letter might or might not get to you. By the time you read it, I would've been dead for well over a century, so it's just a little bit out of my control.
5. You've probably panicked for a full five minutes or so, so now's the time to stop. Getting yourself this worked up over something that happened so long ago is a more than a bit silly, don't you think?
6. Don't worry about me. I'm happy. Or, I was happy. Like I said before, I'll be dead when you read this. Gods, this is morbid. It's probably best for us both not to overthink it all.
Sabine
P.S. You're not getting any younger, you know. You talked to Buri in your sleep sometimes. You even blushed once and told her she was pretty. It was cute. She'd better be prepared to share you in the Peaceful Realms, that's all.
