Ryoma huffed. How dare he ignore her for a stupid western novel! It was Valentine's Day for fuck's sake! Sure, she normally didn't make such a big deal, but it was also their anniversary. Seven whole years together and he can't remember their anniversary?

"What's wrong?" He didn't even look up from his dumb novel.

"Nothing." She scowled at him fiercely. "Nothing at all."

"Clearly something is." Sighing he set the book down on the table beside him. "Come here." He held his arms open.

"Yadda." Her scowl turned into a pout as she crossed her arms.

"Ryoma, come here." He said it gently, but she could tell that if he could he would still assign her laps.

Crawling across the couch to him, he pulled her into his lap. Setting his head on top on hers, she felt his whole body relax.

"You're mad because you think I forgot, aren't you?" His breath fanned over the top of her head and he buried her face into her hair. " I didn't if that's what you think."

"You're ignoring me—again." You shifted until she was straddling him and their foreheads were touching.

"Well tonight I will be completely devoted to you. How about that?" He smiled slightly, a look that was a little awkard because it happened to rarely.

"that's fine." She kissed him. "As long as you make love to me right now to make up for you're former behaviour."

"Is that all you think about lately?" He sounded amused as he shifted them until he was hovering over top of her.

"Among other things." She let him pin her hands above her head and strip her bare. "I just think about sex a lot more because we are living together now, and don't have anyone popping in every five minutes and interrupting us."

A slightly conflicting look crossed his face before he smiled at her. "I was going to save this for tonight, and this isn't very traditional, but it feels like the right time." He took a deep breath and looked into her eyes. "Will you marry me?"

"What?" Being caught off guard didn't happen very often, but he was glad he was the one to see her when she was more often than others.

"Will you marry me?" He repeated and leaned his head in and kissed her. "I'll repeat it as much as you like."

"I…yes!" It was also uncharacteristic of her to get excited, and he was ecstatic that she was now. "Kunimitsu, of course I'll marry you!" She kissed him softly before, wrapping her bare legs around his clothed waist. "But, I am still horny."

"I love you Ryoma."

"I love you too Mitsu."
