"Jade," Beck said, "Are you calmed down now?"

"Yeah," Jade replied then started sobbing.

"Babe calm down. It's not that big a deal," Beck said

"To you it's not," Jade told Beck, "But I am so afraid to lose you"

"Lose me," Beck looked surprised

Jade sighed.

"Jade," Beck said gently lifting her chin, "Look at me"

"I'm still mad at you," she told him

"Jade we can talk about that later," Beck said, "Right now we need to address the issue about what you said. You are afraid to lose me?

"Terrified," she said

"Lets get something straight," he said, "I KNOW I can be tough with you sometimes. I know I seem to favor Tori sometimes like you said last night. YOU need to know nothing can be further from the truth. I love you and ONLY you. I know that you are capable of so much more then you let yourself believe you're capable of"

Jade's eyes filled with tears.

"You believe in me," she asked

He nodded seriously

"Yes I do believe in you. I needed you to calm down. I need to tell you something and I need you to hear me. But I can't tell you if you're hysterical"

She took a breath and tried to calm down.

"Okay I'm calm," she said

"Jadelyn August West," he told her, "I love you and only you. You don't have to feel threatened by anyone. You don't have to feel threatened by Tori or Cat-"

"Cat," Jade laughed, "I hardly feel threatened by Cat"

"No but you do feel threatened by Tori which is why you were so mean to her today. I don't want you to ever thing anyone can steal me away from you. I am yours and always have been. Tori isn't a threat to you. I know I kissed her on her second day of Hollywood Arts but GOD I regretted that. I LOVE you and I always will.

Beck pulled Jade up an into his arms. Things had changed. It would never be the same again. Jade finally realized that she could trust him. She finally realized he would hold her up to her full capability. Jade West had changed and she liked who she was now. Beck made her like herself.
