Hey folks! I know it's been several months now, so I figured to stick a quick note here for anyone who would've wanted to know: Red Mirror is now up and running! It's the story I mentioned before, kind of an after-story to this one, but not quite a sequel as it's only a fraction of SR's size. Fortunately - and unfortunately - it turns out all of these problems are intertwined, with Eggman at the root and Sonic caught in the vines. But the blue blur has no intentions of playing along.
