She stole my jersey

Derek's POV

I threw random pieces of clothing to the floor. I couldn't find my jersey anywhere and I had looked all over my room. My room was now even messier than it usually was. I sighed and grabbed my bag. I ran out of the mess that was my room and down the stairs. Casey was standing at the bottom of the stairs, waiting. I almost ran into her but luckily I stopped just before I collided into her. Casey looked up from the book she was reading. Closing it, she put it into her bag which hung loosely over her shoulder. I grinned at her. I threw my keys skilfully into the air before catching them.

"Ready to go?" I asked, walking to the door, not waiting for her reply. Casey walked after me. I guessed that her answer was yes. Though it if it was no she wouldn't have a ride to school. I pulled open the front door and ran into the rain, towards my car. Casey closed the front door and waited until I had opened the car before running and jumping in. she obviously didn't want to get soaked. Though I could see why, she looked great as she did with her hair loose down her back in waves and a short skirt and jumper on. I grinned at her. she smiled at me and I started the car.

Parking up my car, I smiled at Casey. I leaned over and kissed her cheek gently. We both knew that I wasn't big on PDA so we had kissed whenever I had the chance to stop the car on the way to school. "Oh before I forget, mom asked me to give you this," she said, pulling out my jersey from her back. Where the hell did that come from? I smiled as she handed it over.

"Thanks," I grinned.

Casey smiled. "Mom washed it and forgot to put it in your room before she went to work. So she gave it to me," she smiled. I looked down at the jersey that was now in my hands. I looked back up at Casey and handed it back to her. She looked at me. The confusion on her face was obvious.

"You wear it, I've got a spare in my locker," I grinned before leaning over and kissing her lips gently. She automatically kissed me back. I smiled as I pulled away. First she had stolen my heart and everyone knew, then she had stolen my jersey.
