Seto's mission: Finding Atem

"Seto have you seen my son around?" Aknamkanon asked Seto as he walked into the throne room. Usually Atem would be standing next to his father in the throne room but seeing the empty gap assumed that Atem was playing with Mana.

"Sorry my Pharaoh I have not seen your son Atem since yesterday" Seto told Aknamkanon as he bowed down to him. Aknamkanon looked at Seto before smiling.

"I'm giving you a task to find him Seto" Aknamkanon told Seto who looked up at him to see if he was hearing it right.

"You want me to find Atem?" Seto asked just to clarify. Aknamkanon nodded before sending Seto off to find Atem. Kaiba left the throne room and wandered out of the palace.

"Where am I going to find Atem? He could be anywhere" Seto thought to himself before he saw Mana running his way.

"Hey Mana have you seen Atem anywhere?" Seto asked Mana who shook her head.

"Sorry Seto but I'm late for my class" Mana told Seto before she ran off. Seto continued looking. Seto looked for hours before finally sitting down near some large vase together with lots of different Egyptian God's on them. One of the vases had a picture of Slifer the Sky Dragon on before he sat down in front of it. Seto was looking down for having bad luck before something tickled the back of his neck. Seto looked up to see nothing around him just sand and some pots. Seto decided to take a little time to think about where else to look. Seto stayed there for a little while before something touched him again at the back of his neck. Seto looked behind him at the vase he was leaning on before he stood up. Seto looked inside the pot to find Atem sitting there looking up at him.

"What are you doing in there?" Seto asked Atem. Atem's deep purple eyes were brimming with mischief before he popped his head out of the pot.

"Playing" Atem replied to Seto.

"You really should be with your father Atem" Seto told Atem.

"I know...I wanted time away from the palace since there's nothing to do in there" Atem told Seto.

"I was told to look for you Atem. You really should not be playing in the vases that are here" Seto told Atem.

"Ok cousin" Atem said as he climbed out the vase and stood next to Seto. Atem was wearing a long purple cloak with a white tunic on with white shoes on his feet. Seto looked at Atem.

"You father is going to ground you if you're not careful Atem" Kaiba told Atem.

"I know" Atem said to Seto.

"What were you holding while you were annoying me?" Seto asked Atem.

"Just this piece of grass" Atem told Seto as he held up a small piece of grass while walking back to the palace.
