AN :I'm sorry I haven't updated in so long! but I have had my reasons, if you would like to know why please read my Bio page. I must apologize, the first time I wrote this I will admit it didn't have a good plotline. It was poorly written, bad spelling. I couldn't get my point across. Basically a piece of crap. It might have had a few good things in the last chapters, but that was about it. I didn't realize it back then. I've changed things around in this story, it's not the exact same as it was before. It has been rewritten for better quality writing. I hope you dear readers enjoy this version better. I've tried my best to improve.

Chapter One

A small blue car zipped across the desert road in route for the city, when suddenly smoke pored from the radiator, forcing the driver to pull over in a small town. She stepped out slamming the door, pulling her light brown hair up in a ponytail before she popped the hood open.

More smoke pored out of the vehicle letting out a hiss.

"Darn it. What am I going to do now?"

Looking around the brunette spotted an old farmer man walking toward her.

"Howdy!" he waved.

"Hi."

" Car troubles, eh? Well I'm know as something of a handyman round here. I'd be willing to have a look under the hood, if you don't mind."

She stepped back.

"No go ahead, I don't mind at all. I'm actually really glad you came."

The farmer grumbled to himself.

"Well shoot kid the engine's got more holes then a doughnut shop! It might take a few days to fix."

"What a few days! I have to be in Sunset Valley by that time. What am I going to do?"

"Relax, just go on over to the Strange Town Hotel and secure yourself a bed. Its nothing fancy, but it should do."

'Strange Town?'

Inside the hotel it was dark, dank and smelly. A loud snoring sound could be heard.

"Hello? Is anyone in here?"

In the dark corner someone fell out of their chair.

"WHA! Oh, ah, Welcome to the Strange Town Hotel. . . Oh forget it! It's not like I get paid anymore."

"Um . .. I'm sorry but who are you, and why is it so dark?" She asked.

"I'm Bob, the concierge of this once fine establishment."

"Okay well I'm Angela, it's going to be awhile until my car is fixed so what do you have for cheap?"

"You have money?" Bob tiredly rubbed his eyes.

Angela shrugged. "Not a lot of it."

"Well tell you what if you can fix the place up a little bit, maybe I can get you a discount."

'I'll take what I can get at this point.'

A few hours later the power was back on and the floors vacuumed, Angela finished scrubbing grime off the glass windows.

'It looks and smells a lot better then when I came in.'

"Well this is definitely an improvement!" Bob said.

"Well you need more mouse traps but other then that, it's pretty good. Now about that discount?"

Bob rubbed his neck. "Well … I suppose since you fixed the place up and there are no guests in the hotel at the moment. I can give you the manager room free. Sound like a deal?"

"Deal."

Just then the ground began to shake. Townsfolk ran inside the buildings, screaming.

"It's happening again!"

"They're back!"

'Who's back?'

Outside there were small little green men were chasing people, when someone was caught they dragged the poor soul to a much taller extraterrestrial. Who zapped them unconscious, leaving the smaller aliens to take care of the body?

Their leader broke the door down to the hotel and floated in on his jetpack. The people jumped back trying to hind but, there was no where to go.

Angela got a good look at the strange man. He wore a blue suite, black pants with black boots and a large blue captain's hat. A monocle covered his right eye.

"Who is that?" Angela asked.

Bob peaked over the desk he was hiding behind.

"That is Emperor Xizzle, he comes here every few weeks. The aliens have tried to take over strange town for years but no one knows why. There is nothing out here but sand and heat."

The green man spoke with his hand on his gun.

"At long last land on earth we have come now! All humans will you to fear us and make bowing gestures to our feet."

'He speaks terrible English too.'

Most people did bow out of fear of being zapped. He smiled at the cowering people, until his eyes fell on Angela who was just standing off to the side watching him. He pushed past the crowd.

"This face is not recognition by me. Who are you and what do you say if I zap you! Ha Ha!"

"I say you're not going to get the chance."

"What!? Stupid human do you dare to challenge me?"

She just smiled, her hand balling into a fist.

"Yes."

Xizzle pulled out his gun, but Angela swung first. Nailing him in his right cheek. He stumbled backwards holding his face. The crowd gasped.

Before he could take aim Angela grabbed his wrist, pulling his body over her shoulder and into the floor.

Xizzle was quite shocked. All the people feared him. Now here was this woman who wasn't afraid and beating him up. Clearly she needed to be put in her place.

Xizzle put his feet in-between her legs and swiped her legs out from underneath her, making her fall on her butt. He got up holding her at gun point.

"You stupid human. No one beats me so easily. Last words before you are zapped?"

Angela glared at him.

"You don't have any right to treat people this way! They didn't do anything to you."

Xizzle smirked.

"I can do whatever pleases me. I am Emperor Xizzle and they are smelly, worthless humans."

Angela kicked the gun out of his hand, jumping up she grabbed his neck putting him in a headlock. Caching the gun with her free hand as he struggled to break free. She put it to his head.

"Don't move or I'll shoot." She warned.

He stopped trying to break free. She walked him outside where the little aliens stood shocked. Their leader had been beat.

"Call them off! Leave now and I'll let you live."

He didn't say anything at first. Angela pressed the ray gun into his head.

"Do it now." She warned.

"Retreat… Immediately!"

The aliens ran back out into the dessert where the mother ship was waiting. Angela released Xizzle. He started his jetpack and glared at Angela.

"This is not over! Coming back stronger I will be!"

She put her hands on her hips.

"If you come back I'll be here to stop you."

He took off in the air. Shouting various cures words in some alien langue she didn't understand. Sighing she walked back to the hotel. People celebrated and cheered.

"Well now you have to stay." Bob said.

The town agreed to have her stay and run the hotel as a way to make a living. So long as she drove the aliens away. Seeing as there was no way her car could be fixed. She agreed.

Later that evening Angela lay in bed of her new home.

'Why have they attacked this poor town for years? There isn't anything out here.'

She thought.

'Well whatever they want I'll just have to keep them from harming anyone else.'

Okay I hope to get the whole story completely rewritten. But it might take more time. Reviews are good motivator. So please hit that review button and tell me what you think. No flames please.
