Chapter 16: Newborn Children

Bella's POV

I pant I am differently in labour. My children have gone out to fight. Alirose was near me watching the door.

"Mummy what is going on?" Jackson asks

"A fight. Bad people have come my love. So stay with Mummy", I say groan

"Are you in pain Mummy?" Jackson asks

"You your new brother or sister is coming", I say with a pained smile

That's when we hear the fighting start up. Alirose freezes for a moment.

"Mum! Get back. Vampires are coming in", Alirose says going into a crouch

Alirose raises her hands and black smoke comes out covering the front area so the vampires would have trouble seeing us

"Lay down Bella", Maya says

Maya was part of the Volturi guard. And had stayed behind to protect me. I hear the screaming of the vampires up in the compound. I pray for my children.

"Lay down Bella I need to check how dilated you are", Maya says

Lara, June, Alyssa and Isla help me down just as a vampire busts through the door. Alirose immediately takes his head off. She pulls matches and starts a fire.

"We need a fire to keep you and the babies warm", Alirose says

"Babies?' I cry as another contraction

"Yes four girls you will have. They have a gift", Alirose says

"What is it?" I ask

"Invisibility. That's why Doctor Castle didn't see them. They each turned invisible. Doctor Castle never knew", Alirose says kicking a vampire that comes through the door into the fire

I lay down on the pillows as the noise increases outside.

"Your fully dilated!" Maya says

"I feel the need to push", I huff

"Ok push. Lara be ready for this baby", Maya says

I scream as I push hard.

"Ok deep breathes", Maya says as I pant

Alirose decapitates another vampire and throw it in the fire. She grabs the next on by the throat and starts to question him.

"Push Bella", Maya says

I scream and I push had.

"The head is out. Come on Bella one more push", Maya says

I scream and feel my baby come out.

"Alirose you want to cut the cord?" Maya asks

Alirose was over in a second and cuts the cord. My baby was handed to Lara.

"Why isn't she crying?" I ask looking up from the floor from where Lara took my baby

"She just needs a little air. They are small. Ok now Bella push", Maya says

I push again and scream as another baby comes. Alirose hisses and I see just in time for her to get bitten. But she rips the arm off the vampire.

"Push", Maya says, "The shoulders are stuck. Give me a minute to…"

I scream as my second baby comes free. And is taken away. I was panting now I still had two babies to deliver.

"The first baby is crying!" Lara says over the fighting and the crying baby

"What about the second?" I ask

"Still working on it", June says

"AHHHHH", I scream pushing again

"One more push Bella are you will have your third daughter today", Maya says

I push had as I can and the baby comes free and cries weakly. Isla takes her away.

"Ok one more Bella. You can do this", Maya says

I hear the sounds of others arrive praying that it was my family as I deliver my last baby with one last push. That's when I hear all four cry in harmony as one. Alirose was panting from the fight.

"Dad is coming 1 minute", Alirose says

I sigh and lean back on the pillows and hold my first born daughter she was beautiful she has brown hair and green eyes.

The other babies had been cleared and where siting in my friends arms. That's when Edward enters with the rest of the family.

"Surprise my love", I say smiling tiredly

"Quadruplets?" Edward asks looking at the babies

"Yes 4 girls", I say

"How come we didn't know this?" Edward asks glaring at Thomas

"They have an invisibility power. They only showed each other one at a time", Alirose says

"Are you alright Ali?" Edward asks his daughter

"Fine. Just a couple of bites. I'll live go and meet your daughters", Alirose says

Edward slowly approaches Alyssa and Isla hand him babies 3 and 4. I held 1 and 2.

"They are perfect", Edward says

"They were a struggle to get out", I admit

"I need to check on you Bella and them. Carlisle who you like to help?" Thomas says

"I would be delighted too", Carlisle says

"After we name them", I say looking down at baby number one

"Tell us the names!" Alice says bouncing around

"AJ, Nessie, Jem, Ali, Nathan, Jace, Lily, AC, Jack this first one is your sister Cassandra Didyme Masen", I say

"After me?" Mother Didyme asks

"Yes your one of my mothers. Would you like to hold her?" I ask

"Yes I would", Mother Didyme says picking up Cassandra

"Now the second daughter is Evelynn Esme Masen", Edward says

Esme gasps.

"Your our Mum Esme. You're really the first Mum I knew", I say

"You helped me through my rough period and didn't judge me. You deserve this", Edward says

"Would you like to hold her?" I ask

"Yes", Esme says taking Evelynn

"Now this is Zoey Carmen Masen", I say looking at the baby in Edward's arms

"After me?" Carmen asks

"Your my mother too. We already did Edward's mother and Esme. You need to be included", I say

"Can I hold her?" Carmen asks

"Of course", Edward says handing over Zoey

"Now lastly is Selena Sulpicia Masen. I added Sulpicia because I hadn't added Aro yet. This will make up for it and it suits her", I say handing Selena to Sulpicia

"Thank you Bella, Edward", Didyme, Esme, Carmen and Sulpicia say

"How did the fight go? Nessie did you get any information?" I ask my daughter

But I don't get a response. Everyone looks around to find no Renesmee in the room. Where is she…
