Helloooooo allll!

*Cue the fireworks and the red carpet rolling down like that scene from Mulan when the ancestors are woken up because I'm old now*

I cannot believe how long it's been. It only feels like yesterday I was 13/14 and staying up to write my Winx fanfics on Saturday nights until 5 in the morning sometimes. Those were such amazing, fun days thanks to all of you and your sweet messages and hilarious comments that had me laughing like a hyena at who knows how late into the night. But…..

I've returned from the dead to let you all know that WE ARE BACK, BABY!

Yes, I can't believe it myself, but after all these years I've decided to get back into posting my writing online. BUT….not here. I've decided to join Wattpad under the name SDAbigail. (I hope the people aren't listening in. Sorry guys, I know I'm committing treason but we had a good run and you were always good to me, it's not you it's me)

So what have I been doing all this time, you ask? (Me convincing myself that people still care…)

Well, let me give you an update. I'm 19 years old now. I'm not really into Winx anymore but when I think back on how much fun it was making stories about them I still love them so much…and occasionally you'll find me jamming to the bops that are Enchantix and Believix. Lol. I'm in college now if you can believe it and I'm studying English and trying to improve my writing as much as I can. I know that back in the day when I was writing on here I wasn't a very good writer (Cue all my grammar mistakes, lack of punctuation and general meh-ness) but all my stories had heart because I loved love…and I still love love! I can't help it, I'm just a romantic. But if you notice, all my stories have a feeling of family and friendship and are so much fun in a way that makes you feel all happy inside. That definitely has not changed.

To be honest, I stopped posting here because I lost my confidence in my writing. I believed that I wasn't good enough and my writing was lacking so much that even if I had a great idea I couldn't get it down on paper the right way. I've continued to write these last 6 or 7 years but I kept the stories to myself. Finally, a couple weeks ago, I just decided, what the heck? Let's do it, let's get back in the game. I can't know what people will think unless I just stop being a wimp and share it.

So I decided to start posting a new romance story titled Snorkel Man and the Lady Above

(Summary: Hillstead Shore is the beach town that holds all of Millie Marcus's best memories-excluding, of course, the day she got expelled from its one and only elementary school for chopping off a chunk of Ian Langford's hair. Now, seven years later, she's back in town all by herself to live with her great Aunt Wendy, and a crew of interesting building mates to chat and eat free food with at building meetings- including Ian Langford himself. Only this time around, Millie has a secret

Small Excerpt: "Absolutely not. Ian Langford, what are you doing here?" demanded Millie. "I live here," said Ian. He couldn't shake the expression of utter shock. He placed the textbook down on the arm of his chair and took a good look at Millie. "Your hair-" "Don't!" Millie said, holding her hand up in protest to the kid she swore she would hate for all of eternity. But here he was. And he had grown considerably in height. His black hair that was once shaggy and hung over his eyes was loosely combed back so that his brown eyes showed more deeply.)

I just want to thank each and every one of you for making the time I spent posting on this website as fun as it was. That being said, I hope I see as many of you as I can on Wattpad!

If you're interested in reading more romance stories from me and decide to check it out, please leave a comment so I know who you are! I would love to hear from as many of you as I can!

Thanks again and hope to hear from you all soon!

Love,

Mina52999 (Now to be known as SDAbigail) 3
