What? I actually updated this story? I'm not dead? Boy it's been awhile... anyways here the next chapter. It's super short, I'm sorry!

Disclaimer: I own nothing

Harry and Blaise were walking towards the Heads dorm after dinner. Hermione had apparently been sent all her muggle technology by her parents and she was going to show it all to them. Harry, who already knew about it, was just there to help her explain it to the rest of them.

Blaise looked over at him and could feel the tension between them. They haven't really talked since Blaise told him he was paired up with Ginny. "Hey Harry."

Harry looked up at him and stopped walking, "Yeah?"

Blaise stopped and faced him, "I'm really sorry about what happened with the Marriage Law thing. I-"

Harry held up his hand to silence him, "Stop, I know where you are going with this. Blaise it's ok. I was more upset that I didn't get paired with her than with who did. Just do me favor and keep all the couple stuff for when I'm not around."

Blaise gave a light chuckled and smiled at him, "No worries mate. Now let's go."

The two boys finished their trek toward the heads dormitory and walked through the entrance. They saw Draco and Ginny sitting on the couch and Hermione had a box on the table in front of them.

"Great!" Hermione said when she saw them, "Now we can start."

"This is going to be interesting," Blaise states as he sits down next to Draco.

Harry stands next to Hermione as she pulls out something from the box. She holds up a small black rectangle with a button on the bottom of it. The sides are silver and there are holes on the bottom, more buttons on the sides and a button on the top. Hermione presses the button on the top and smirks as the eyes widen on the purebloods in front of her when the screen lit up.

"This is a cell phone," she starts to explain to them, "It's what we use to talk to people mainly, but you can also play games, or take pictures, or listen to music, or watch a video, or go on the internet."

Blaise points to phone, "That little thing does all that?"

"There's no way," Draco shakes his head.

Hermione and Harry exchange a look.

"It's true," Harry affirms for them, "It's called a smartphone. It can do all of the things Hermione just said."

Hermione reached into the box, pulled a similar phone out and handed it to Harry, "My parents got us all new phones and put everyone's numbers already in them. Harry and I can show you how they work."

"So I am going to send Hermione a message, called a text message," Harry positioned himself so that Draco, Blaise, and Ginny could see what he was doing. "I'm going to tap on this little square that says messages, and then click the square with the pencil in the right top corner. This means you want to send a new message to someone. Now where it says "To:" I'm going to start typing Hermione's name and her contact information will appear. The tap down here, and type what you want to say." Harry typed out 'Hey' and hit the send button.

The three others look in amazement as Hermione's phone received the message in a matter of seconds.

"Muggles can do in seconds what takes owls hours or even days!?" Blaise exclaimed, clearly a little angry wizards were lacking this type of technology.

Hermione laughed and nodded her head, handing each one of them a phone of their own.

It took until almost midnight to teach them how to use their new found technology. Ginny has mastered social networking, and was currently building her Pinterest boards. Blaise had learned how to download games and was playing Temple Run. Draco had taken an interest in the internet and was looking through various Wikipedia pages. It wasn't much longer until they could send a text without help, use Facetime on their own, and, of course, master the art of the selfie.

"This is so much fun!" Ginny was already gaining popularity on Pinterest with her followers reaching close to 300 after only a few hours.

"I can't believe we lived without this man!" Blaise turned to Draco and the two Slytherins high fived each other.

"I'm glad you all are excited but unfortunately, it is time for those of us who do not live here to go back and get some sleep," Harry stood up and stretched, having been crouched down helping them for so long.

The three friends said their good-byes and bid each other goodnight before departing. Draco looked at Hermione, "Thank you for showing us this stuff. It is actually really cool."

Hermione smiled, "See? Magic isn't good for everything."

He could see the mischevious twinkle in her eye that let him know she was teasing him and he started to laugh. Draco had never felt this way around anyone, he felt so free. He wasn't worried about what his father was going to say, or what Death Eaters were going to do to him. He was just having fun, something he has never done before.

Hermione laughed with him, "Come one, let's go to bed."

Draco nodded and followed her up the stairs, standing outside their respective bedrooms. Hermione hugged him and he held her close, still not believing that they were paired up together in this marriage law business.

"Good night, Draco."

"Good night, Hermione."
