Harry and Ginny: Breakfast

The bright morning sun shone throughout the Weasley home, where everyone except for Harry and Ron were awake and moving about. As soon as the bright rising sun penetrated Ron's room Harry awoke, blinking a few times in order to get used to the harsh morning light. Looking around he noticed that Ron was still asleep and that Hedwig had returned sometime late in the night.

Harry got up from the cot he was sleeping on and quickly pulled on jeans and t-shirt. He then proceeded to quietly exit the bedroom, without waking Ron up, and go down stairs, where he was greeted by the sight of a plate, laden with food, waiting for him on the table in the kitchen.

Harry stood there for a moment, taking in the wonderful smell of the food and the peaceful quiet that seemed to fill the house. He sat down and began to eat, enjoying the peaceful quiet, glad that there were no loud or obnoxious sounds for once. When he finished he placed the empty plate in the sink, where it began to clean itself, and then leaned back against the counter.

Suddenly a door opened and then closed, causing Harry to leap forward in surprise, wondering as to who could've just entered the house. He then heard footsteps coming towards the kitchen, which made him a bit more on edge in case it was Mrs. Weasley who had come inside and was now coming to the kitchen to get something.

Much to Harry's surprise, and relief, it was not Mrs. Weasley who walked into the kitchen, but rather Ginny. Harry sighed in relief upon seeing her before leaning back against the counter again.

"Good morning, Harry. Is Ron still asleep?" Ginny stepped into the kitchen and smiled upon seeing Harry.

"Good morning to you too, Ginny. Yeah, he's still asleep," Harry replied as he watched Ginny begin to make her way over to him.

"Good. Then he won't find out about this." Ginny stepped closer to Harry, until she was only an inch away from him, before leaning up a little and kissing Harry on the lips.

Harry was surprised at first, but soon began to kiss Ginny back, his arms immediately wrapping around her waist. Ginny wrapped her own arms around Harry's neck as the kiss deepened, the two of them using the counter to keep upright.

Since Harry and Ginny were too busy snogging they didn't notice George enter the kitchen, his tooth brush sticking out of the hole where his ear had previously been. He stood there for a moment before grabbing his leftover cup of coffee from the counter and taking a sip.

After going unnoticed for a few minutes George cleared his throat, startling Harry and Ginny and causing the two of them to pull apart. "Don't let me distract you from your fun." He gave them a devious grin before taking another sip of his coffee.

"Can you please just leave, George?" Ginny asked, glaring at her older brother none too kindly.

"Sure. Guess I can." George complied, making his way over towards the stairs.

"George, wait," Ginny called out, causing George to turn around and look at them, "Don't tell Ron about this."

George nodded once before turning back around and going up the stairs, his toothbrush still sticking out of the hole in his head. Ginny turned back to Harry as soon as George had disappeared up the stairs.

"Now, where were we?" Harry grinned at Ginny before capturing her mouth with his own, the kiss immediately deepening soon afterwards.

A/N: Another Harry Potter one-shot. Can anyone figure out which part comes from the first part of the seventh movie?
