No Mercy

Projectiles fired from the Raider's shoulder guns as it charged towards the Justice. Athrun's red mobile suit responded by falling back to avoid the shots. The bird-shaped Gundam soared through the air in pursuit but switched targets while evading the Freedom's beam cannons with impressive aerial maneuvers. Aiming for close range combat, the war hammer from the Raider was thrown at Kira's machine after reverting to its original mobile suit formation.
In that short span of time, Athrun rejoined his friend. Both of them easily avoided the war hammer, their positions crisscrossing when the Gundam pair raced in unison to the enemy.
"What the!" Clotho exclaimed.
A beam saber was drawn from Freedom's hip.
It reached Clotho first. The machine's quick speed and skilled pilot in control resulted in a hasty slash removing the Raider's right leg. As the disoriented machine fumbled, Justice struck hard. Wielding dual beam sabers connected at the hilts, it swung one side in a diagonal motion into the Raider's center, pieces of the Gundam's interior and exterior along with the pilot falling to the ocean floor never to rise again.
"I've got you know!" Kneeling on a nearby battleship, the Calamity Gundam's schlag cannons blasted at the pair.
Justice and Freedom scattered, the beams continuing into the sky between them.
"Athrun!" Kira shouted. He couldn't detect the other Gundam.
His childhood friend quickly looked up. "Above!"
Utilizing the sun for cover, the Forbidden attempted a descending swipe with its scythe that missed the Justice by a wide margin. Kira responded to the threat against his friend, the Freedom's beam rifle fired two shots of green particle beams in its direction.
Shani scoffed as his bulky Gundam easily deflected the beams, but the subflight lifter of the Justice heading straight for him kept him on the defensive. Geschmeidig Panzer deflection armor covered the Forbidden's body. He tensed up and tightly gripped the controls, bracing himself for impact. Seconds later, nothing happened.
When he set aside his defenses to see why, he wished he hadn't.
The subflight lifter was out of sight. More to the point, all he could see was the Freedom, its full weaponry aimed right at him point blank. Rail cannons. Beam rifle. Plasma Beam cannons. Shani realized in quick horror that he would face the full brunt of this mobile suit's incredibly dangerous multi-beam attack. The combined blast ripped apart the Gundam's upper body well beyond repair. The same could be said for the pilot, both the Forbidden and Shani Andras were simultaneously annihilated.
Two Gundams down, one to go. Kira and Athrun diverted their attention to the Calamity below.
Orga Sabnak begun to sweat.
"Oh shit."
Freedom and Justice swooped in for the kill.
A/N
I was watching GS Phase 39 yesterday, and when Kira and Athrun smack around Clotho and Shani, it's pretty strange how they get three very clear openings but purposely use non-lethal attacks. I get the real reason why (Plot) but it is pretty silly when you think about it. Realistically speaking, they (Raider and Forbidden) should've taken some real damage there.
