A/N: This is based off of a conversation I had with my cousin on a car ride. If I get five reviews, I'll post another one-shot (Loki and the Deadbeats).
Loki watched the passing scenery with interest as the armed helicopter flew him back to the Avenger's flying HQ.
"Huh, wonder what that building is... Xerox..."
The Avengers didn't seem to be paying attention, so he snapped his fingers. Yes, making mischief was fun, especially when it involved exploding things. Like buildings.
His captors noticed that at once, instantly surrounding him.
'What, I can't have fun? What's a Xerox anyway?'
Thor was just as confused as himself, no surprise there considering how dense his adoptive brother was, he wouldn't have known the answer to that question even if he had been on Midgard for a while. Stark just started laughing, though he stopped when he realized Loki wasn't the only one looking at him with a don't-you-realise-I'm-not-from-this-time-period (Cap)/realm (Thor).
'Maybe that Xerox building was a copy.' His attempted joke got his fellow Avengers laughing.
Loki couldn't help it. A small smirk formed on his face.
If we weren't on opposite sides of this fight, Stark and I could have been friends. I've certainly seen enough of his personality. Not to mention the explosions he's caused...
