The blonde-haired teen flew past me. I smiled, even though Iggy couldn't see.

He had said I was the last face he saw. I imagined my toddler face looking up at an eight year old Iggy. I was horrified. They were doing yet another test on him.

"It's going to be okay Gaz," He had said. "I promise nothing will happen,"

"But what if something does happen? What will happen then?" My voice was squeaky and annoying.

"Don't worry," He hugged me tightly and I returned the hug just as tight. Fang had to pull me away from him when it was time for his test.

"Ig! Watch out! Turn left!" I yelled at him, just before he flew into the tree that was way bigger than him. He turned and landed, his white shirt lifting a bit.

"Thanks Gaz," He said, turning to where he heard me land.

"No problem," He smiled. He messed up my hair, even though it was already messy.

"Wanna go blow up a tree?" I asked, grinning.

"Can't. Max says if I blow anything else up, she'll take my iPod," He sat down, leaning up against the tree he had almost flew into. I sat next to him.

"Gaz?"

"Yeah Ig?"

"Have you…have you ever kissed anyone?"

I blushed. "No. You?"

"Yeah, only Ella though," Silence. "Do…..do you want to be kissed?"

"Yes,"

"By who? Nudge?" He laughed some.

"By you…..." His face was shocked.

"R-Really?" Great. He was stuttering.

"Yeah," Slowly, he leaned in. Closer and closer, until finally our lips touched.

"Iggy!" My two year self yelled. I ran to him.

"Gaz? Is that you?" He felt around for me. I was scared.

"Iggy? Wh-What's wrong?"

"Gazzy! Is it dark in here? I can't see!" I was crying at this point.

"It's not dark in here, Iggy. What's wrong?" He felt for me again and found my arm, pulling me into a tight hug.

"Gaz, I can't see," He whispered into my ear. My tears were staining his old shirt.

He was the first to pull away.

"Gaz?" He asked.

"Yeah?"

"I love you,"

"I love you, too,"
