"Ow!" Kuwabara exclaimed after getting smashed in the face by Hiei's foot. Although he fell over, Hiei kept pummeling him. "Hiei, what the hell?" But Hiei didn't respond. He was too busy kicking the crap out of his future brother-in-law.

Yes, Hiei was beating Kuwabara up in front of all their friends after the orange-haired teen had the audacity of proposing to his little sister.

"Okay, seriously Hiei, I know we hate each other, but can you at least tell me what I did that pissed you off so much?" Kuwabara pleaded. The punishment stopped for a moment as Hiei held his fist in front of Kuwabara's face. The fire demon's look revealed his intent to kill as he grabbed the collar of Kuwabara's shirt with his free hand.

"If you hurt her, you better pray that I kill you quickly," Hiei stated menacingly. Before Kuwabara responded, Hiei punched him and then disappeared.

"Uh, can someone explain what just happened here?" Kuwabara asked.

Yukina had to hide her smile behind her hand and then whispered to Kurama, "I think that was his way of welcoming him into the family."
