It has been three days since Mia was born, and today was the day that Finn, Rachel and Tanner were taking her home. "Tanner, let's get you dressed so we can bring home Mommy and Mia." Finn picked him up out of his crib. Rachel and Finn decided that Tanner and Finn will spend the nights at home and when morning came they would spend all day at the hospital like a family.

"Let's get you all cooled so we can go. Aren't you happy you went to bed early last night so we could pick up mommy and sissy early?" He smiled kissing his son on the head. After Tanner ate breakfast, Finn packed his bag and buckled up Tanner into his car seat. As Finn drove to the hospital he couldn't help but be happy that both of his kids and his fiancée would be home and safe.

As Finn held Tanner he walked into Rachel's hospital room to see her getting Mia dressed. He walked up to her and kissed the back of her head. "Hey baby!" He smiled and hugged her. He placed Tanner's carrier on Rachel's bed and went to help Rachel dress Mia. He smiled and took the baby from her. "Were you a good little girl for mommy last night?"

Rachel smiled up at the two of them, voicing her input, "Yes she only woke me up twice which is a new record for her." She looked over at Tanner, "How was Tanner last night?" She asked walking over to him and picking him up. She leaned down and kissed his head, "Mommy missed you so very much last night."

"He was good, he slept in my room last night." Finn smiled and snuggled Mia closer to his chest, while admiring Rachel and the way she was with Tanner. He walked over to Rachel and kissed her, "So you ready to head home Ms. Berry?" She smiled and nodded leaning up to kiss him.

Rachel smiled up at him, "I can't wait to become Mrs. Hudson, that way all of us could have the same last name." She leaned up and kissed Finn while placing Tanner on her old hospital bed. She took Mia in her arms and placed her in her carrier while Finn got Tanner ready to leave as well. As the new family of four walked down the halls of the hospital corridor, both Finn and Rachel couldn't get the grins off their faces that this was their new reality.

After Finn pulled up into the driveway he got both kids out of the back seat and walked in behind Rachel. As he walked inside the house he placed Tanner down in the living room, while he put Mia in her crib, as she was drifting off to sleep. He smiled at his daughter and kissed her head before walking out of the room. He took the baby monitor with him and headed down to the living room where his fiancé, and son were. His heart soared when he saw Rachel sing their son to sleep.

After Rachel put Tanner to bed, Finn walked up behind her and wrapped his arms around her waist. Finn then leaned down and kissed his son's head. "Night Tanner, Mommy and I love you!" They took the baby monitors for both rooms as they scurried off to the bedroom for bed. Finn leaned down and kissed Rachel's lips. "Welcome to our new normal." He smiled. She smiled as well and went to get changed.

"Finn, I love you. Thank you for giving me the two most precious things in my life. Without them and especially without you my life would be nothing." She squeezed his hand, "I am so thankful for Santana, and I know how weird that sounds but she gave me Tanner and for that I am forever grateful." She stood on her tip toes and kissed him. Just then they heard cries on Mia's baby monitor. "I'll get her!" She smiled and answered excitedly. Finn laughed at her enthusiasm and smiled. When Rachel reached her daughter's room she leaned down and picked up her daughter. "Hey there baby girl, what's wrong?" She rocked her daughter back and forth until she stopped crying and fell asleep.

When she walked back into her bedroom she was surprised to find Tanner in bed with Finn. She smiled and giggled, "What is he doing in here?"

"I heard him start to cry on the baby monitor and when I got there and tried to rock him to sleep, he just held on to my shirt and latched himself on." He smiled looking from his wife to his son, "So I brought him in here, I hope that's not a problem."

She smiled and said, "There is nowhere else I would want to be then wrapped up in bed with my two favorite boys." She then leaned up and kissed his lips passionately. "Let's go to bed, and tomorrow starts our new life."

Sorry it took so long to finish but i had so much going on these past two months. I am going to be making a sequal to this story which is either going to be a bunch on oneshots or an actual story.
