Ron's point of view.

It's been a whole week since we escaped the Malfoys and came here, the Shell cottage, and Hermione was still scared to death. I wish Bellantrix tortured me instead of her.

When I heard her scream in that bloody cellar where the stupid werewolf put me and Harry, my heart tore into million pieces.

That night wasn't any different. Hermione was sleeping in the room next to me and Harry. I was sharing the future children bedroom with him. My brother Bill and his wife, Fleur, were in their bedroom. I knew Hermione was terrified. I didn't want to leave her but my french sister-in-law literally kicked me out of her room.

I heard Harry snoring. He must have been really tired. I mean who wouldn't be tired when he is chased by you-know-who. Any minute they can find us and kill him and I don't think they will leave me and Hermione alive too. I was drifting off to sleep when I heard a loud scream coming out of the room next to us. I knew who it was.

Immediately I run out of the door and burst into her room. I pulled her into my embrace and she started sobbing uncontrollably.

"What is going on here? Is everyone okay?" Bill came into the room holding his wand in his hand.

"Everything is fine Bill. Get that wand away from here!" I commanded and he did as he was told.

"Hermione are you okay? Do you want me to make tea?" Fleur asked. After all she was really caring. My brother was lucky to have her.

Hermione just shaked her head for no and scooted closer to me.

"It's okay 'mione. I'm here. No one is gonna hurt you. It's fine." I kissed her forehead. Everyone just stood there by the doorway and watching how she was crying out her eyes.

"Go back to sleep! I'll stay with her." I told them. It seemed like that was all they've been waiting for. Bill just nodded to me and they all went back to their rooms.

"Why me Ron? Why is always me?" her was voice was shaky, her eyes was full of tears and her head was buried into my chest. I hated seeing her like this. This is not my Hermione. She is not the same girl I fell in love with. Bellantrix broke her inside and I swear I will do everything to get my revenge.

A few hours later she calmed down and fell asleep still buried in my chest. I didn't make a move. I was scared I would wake her if I move even an inch away. And if we have to be honest I didn't want to move from our position. I put my head over hers, hug her with my both arms and closed my eyes.

The next morning when I woke up she wasn't there. I heard people talking from the kitchen.

When I got down she was already sitting on the table but her food was untouched. Her eyes were red from all the tears she cried.

"Here! Just how you like it." Fleur gave me a cup full of hot coffee. I took it and sit down next 'mione.

"I am so sorry I woke you up last night. I didn't mean to wake you up. I just…I don't know why those nightmare wouldn't stop." My girl said. She was so sad and scared and I hated it. She was always smiled and happy but now it all changed.

"Don't worry about it. We won't judge you. They will stop I mean the nightmares." Harry said taking her hand across the table. She gave a week smile and look into my eyes.

"Thank you Ron!"

"It's okay!" I couldn't take my eyes off of hers.

"No, really. Thank you for taking care of me. I really need someone to hug me and to tell me it's gonna be fine."

I gave her a smile. She put her head on my shoulder and closed her eyes obviously tired. My heart was pounding out of my chest. I looked around and met Harry's eyes. He smiled at me and winked. I smiled as well and put my head over hers. Harry knew how much I loved her. He knew in that very moment my heart was beating like crazy for her.
