Hey everybody! I hate to get anyone's hopes up for a new chapter and then dash them, but unfortunately this is just a response to a guest review I received recently that I felt the immediate need to address. While my response may be directed at this reviewer specifically, I do think it's a good idea for the rest of my readers to know this as well.

Guest reviewer Nemo,

I will state right off the bat that I do not, have not, and will not apologize for having a character pray.

My exact words at the end of chapter 10 were, "I apologize if the religious tone annoys anyone. I'm not trying to preach to anybody." I do not apologize for including prayer. I will continue to use it as a major theme. The characters are going to talk about it. Star is going to keep on doing it. And I feel no shame in that whatsoever, nor do I feel like prayer is "something to keep out of the public."

What I DO apologize for is the discomfort this subject may cause some people. Most people, I imagine, wouldn't have a problem with this kind of subject matter, but I know there are some out there who are equally as put off by religious topics as others are of "filth." That's just the way of the world, two sides to every story, and you can't please everybody. While I do not consider the subject matter of this story to be offensive and preachy, there is always the possiblity that someone else out there will feel differently.

My intention in writing that author's note was not to apologize for what I did, but to apologize for how some would take it and make it clear I was not trying to be antagonistic toward any reader in any way.

I hope I have cleared up any misconceptions. If you chose to continue with the story, you have my appreciation.
