"Yo! Chris McLean coming to you live with the final season of the one, the only - TOTAL DRAMA! This is it! The big bang! The big doozy! That's right, the final season of Total Drama! It's been 6 months since our last season, and a lot has happened off-camera between our contestants! This season will feature all thirty-five contestants, all the way from Total Drama Island, to Revenge of the Island Thirty eight contestants. Ten million dollars. Three heart wrenching months! Who will win? Who will fall? Who could have it all? What alliances, romances and friends are to come? Drama, desperation and disaster await on..."

TOTAL. DRAMA. FINALE.

Chris stands at the dock of the painfully familiar Camp Wawanakwa. "You're probably wondering, 'Camp Wawanakwa, again?' Well, you're wrong! You think this is Camp Wawanakwa?" The camera pulls out and lifts high in the sky to reveal Chris' most treacherous creation yet. The classic campgrounds have been converted to encompass all four seasons of the show. Sections of the forest are infested with bio-hazardous waste and creatures. Entire movie lots with faux sets are scattered about the island. And impossibly so, parts of the island are geographically altered to reflect different climates and places from around the world.

"That's right, Camp Wawanakwa is now, Camp WOW-anakwa! This is something you've never seen before folks! This island is a creation you've never before seen! Our forests have been tastefully decorate with toxic slime and mutated animals, a sweet homage to Revenge of the Island! We've got dozens of movie sets all over the island representing different movie genres. Total Drama Action, anyone? We've even managed to get some deserts, jungles, glaciers and a whole heap of locations from around the globe - on this island! And finally, we've got our classic Island cabins, confessional and dining hall!" Chris smiles sheepishly, his unnaturally white teeth reflecting beams from the sun. "So, are we ready to reintroduce all our contestants! I think so!"

A yacht roars through the waters, carrying the first nineteen contestants: Alejandro, Anne Maria, B, Beth, Blaineley, Bridgette, Brick, Cameron, Cody, Courtney, Dakota, Dawn, DJ, Duncan, Eva, Ezekiel, Geoff, Gwen and Harold. The yacht slows down, ejecting its ramp onto the dock. The eager contestants line up, all filled with a bit of reluctancy.

Alejandro comes sliding down, flashing a sexy smile to the camera. Anne Maria struts down, unsurprisingly covering herself in spray tan and hairspray. Beth waves exuberantly to the camera until she'S pushed out of the way by Blaineley, who gives a salacious wink to the camera.

"Hey, that wasn't very nice!" Beth tells Blaineley. Blaineley turns to Beth, staring her down with a look of anger.

"Look shorty, I didn't come here to be nice. I came here to revive my dead career and get a T.V. contract, alright?" Blaineley replies to Beth, dismissing her.

Bridgette strolls down to the dock, followed by Brick - who gives a salute. Cameron and Cody come down, followed by Courtney - who's on the phone with her lawyers.

"This is ridiculous!" Courtney shouts, catching the attention of her fellow contestants. The others being eavesdropping, attempting to get some intel on Courtney's dilemma. "Your job is to protect me, you incompetent idiot!" Courtney screams into her PDA.

"Whoa Courtney, we've only been here a few seconds!" Bridgette exclaims, coming to over to Courtney to calm her down. "Maybe we should get off the phone and just - " Bridgette stops mid sentence as Courtney rolls her eyes at her.

"You really don't deserve special treatment, honey!" Blaineley chimes in. "That's called cheating. Look it up!"

"Just because you got kicked off after one episode doesn't mean you need to attack me." Courtney responds, gaining a sense of pride. Chris glances over to Courtney and chuckles.

Chris:
"Confessional time! Courtney can talk to her lawyers all she wants. There are brand new contracts for this season and she can try all she wants to get things in her favor, it won't work. Zip! Zilch! Nada! My bet is - she's gonna be outta' here sooner than she can make another call to her lawyer!"

Dakota comes down the ramp, attempting to grab the camera and kiss it. She stumbles forward and looks behind her to see Dawn ominously floating behind her. DJ comes down the ramp, a clear hesitance on his face. Duncan stomps down after him, with Ezekiel slouching behind. Geoff, Gwen and Harold soon follow, with Geoff being the only of the three to show any enthusiasm. The eighteen contestants being conversing, holding conversations of no substance just to pass the time. Some are friends, some are foes. Some are lovers, others are fighters. The tension in the air is palpable, with many of them knowing this could be their last chance to win so much money in their lifetime.

With several mighty stomps, Eva comes down the ramp to the dock. Everyone falls silent and immediately turns to look at her. Everyone shakes with worry as Eva violently cracks her knuckles, and every other bone in her body. Eva cuts her eyes towards Bridgette, a look of pure malice spreading over her eyes. Bridgette gulps, stepping back.

"Don't think I haven't forgotten how you betrayed me." Eva growls at Bridgette as she stomps up to her. Bridgette remains silent while Eva tries to hold the most intense eye contact ever. Bridgette meekly smiles, stepping away and hurrying over to Geoff. "Your boyfriend can't save you. Not from me." Eva mutters.

Eva:
"My goal isn't to take down Bridgette. My goal is to keep her out of my way. If she's terrified of me, she won't talk about me, look at me, or come near me. Then I won't have to deal with that bitch backstabbing me, again! And once the time is right, I'll take her down. I'll ruin her. Permanently.

Another yacht comes gliding up to the dock, carrying the remaining nineteen contestants: Heather, Izzy, Jo, Justin, Katie, LeShawna, Lindsay, Lightning, Mike, Noah, Owen, Sadie, Sam, Scott, Sierra, Staci, Trent, Tyler and Zoey. The ramp from the yacht slides down onto the dock, and Izzy comes flipping down wildly. Katie and Sadie link arms and let out their signature squeal and hurry down the ramp. Heather and Jo both go the the ramp, bumping into each other.

"Move it Man-Lady." Heather growls at Jo as she pushes her aside. "I've seen the fourth season. And I really didn't think you could be uglier in person, but here we are! You're just an Eva clone. I'm sure that temper of yours will be your demise!" Heather laughs.

"Something tells me you and your evil, manipulative, scheming - " Jo begins, until LeShawna bursts past the two girls, sending them tumbling onto the dock.

"Hey y'all! It's LeShawna!" LeShawna cheers, waving to the camera. "All you skinny white girls best be watchin' out, cause' I am back and better than ever!" LeShawna makes it down to the dock, to seeing Alejandro staring at her with a hint of faux lust. "Oh no, don't think you gonna' be workin' your way into my heart, sweetie! You best be knowin' I am a strong woman now, and you can't control none of us!" LeShawna says, snapping her fingers. Alejandro snickers, rolling his eyes.

Alejandro:
"It seems after one season, everyone can see right through my manipulative charm. Well, the ladies that is. This is a show of fools, but after my previous ventures, they've become smarter. You see, my plans have worked on all these lovely ladies. There are other options I have yet to explore, and I think this season is the perfect opportunity for them. The question is - who?"

LeShawna:
"Man, if I knew that what I know now, I would have never fallen for Alejandro's smooth moves. Every girl should know he is bad news. I'd be surprised if he stayed in this game long. First Justin and now him. I guess we're luck there weren't any hot lookin' guys on that Revenge season! Uh, no offense guys!"

Justin models down the ramp, failing to get any positive reactions out of any of the ladies. Lightning bustles down, boasting about his athleticism. Noah and Owen come down, having a debate about what kind of disgusting foods Chef will be serving this year. Sam comes down, glued to his video game, followed by a cross-armed Scott; looking displeased as ever. Trent comes down, with Staci close on his heels - blabbing on and on about her non existent relatives. Lastly, Mike and Zoey, Lindsay and Tyler, and Sierra come down the ramp. The couples walk hand and hand while Sierra stalks behind them, feverishly typing away on her blog.

"So what challenges do you think we'll have this year?" Zoey asks Mike.

"Hard to say. But as long as we're on the same team, everything will be okay!" Mike replies, giving Zoey a gentle peck on the cheek. Lindsay coos in admiration at the sweet display of affection. Tyler attempts to copy Mike, but ends up jabbing Lindsay in the eye with his lips.

"Sorry Linds! Oh boy, are you hurt?" Tyler asks in concern, peering into Lindsay's reddening eye.

"I think I'll be okay - Tyler." Lindsay says.

"You remember me!" Tyler cries with joy. He holds her cheeks and gives her a passionate kiss. Tyler gives Lindsay a steamy kiss on the lips for her actually remembering his name. He pulls away, seeing Alejandro staring at him. Tyler raises an eyebrow and gives a shrug. Alejandro winks in responses before stepping away.

Tyler:
"This is my first time using one of these things, and these are pretty wicked, man! What was I gonna' say? Right! Alejandro looked at me kinda' funny and I don't know what any of that's about. Is he trying to steal Lindsay from me?"

Alejandro:
"Perfect. Tyler and I had a brief partnership during World Tour, so it's only natural it resumes course. But, there has to be a bit more persuasion in play. If I want to have full control over him, I just need to do with him what I did with the ladies."

Lindsay:
"It is so great to be back on Total Drama, especially with Tyler! We're going to make an alliance and make it to the final two! I don't know what really will happen then but we'll be rich!"

Chris stands in front of the eager thirty eight contestants, who all excitedly bicker about what this season may hold. Chris snaps his fingers and a lift comes out of the dock; raising him above everyone else.

"Greetings contestants! I know you're all as stoked as I am to be back here on Total Drama! The first of many things I'd like to introduce is a brand new change to the team system! This season, we won't have two teams, or three! We'll have four! Once half the total number of contestants we have now is reached, the four teams become two, and once we reach half of that, the teams will be dissolved! At least, that's the plan for now!" Chris explains.

"Wait a minute...half of thirty eight is nineteen. And there isn't a half of nineteen - not an even one that is." Harold interjects.

"Correct Harold! In order to make this system work, two contestants will have to be eliminated first, dwindling you numbers from thirty eight to thirty six. Half of thirty six is eighteen, half of eighteen is nine. You get the idea."

A murmur of excitement erupts over the contestants. The chance to vote off two people at the very start of the competition is a once in a lifetime opportunity. Who will go? Will there even be a fair and just consensus? With so many feuds and fights, any one of the thirty eight contestants are fair game.

"You're probably all wondering, what has happened to Camp Wawanakwa?" Chris asks rhetorically, resulting in a silence from everyone else. "It has become a giant melting pot of elements from all past seasons! Movie sets, toxic waste and locations from around the world - all here on our old stomping grounds! Your challenges will be a mix of old ones and new ones, all centering around the themes from past seasons! Also returning this season is..." A loud dinging echoes across the campground, causing the contestants who knew what it was to groan. "Musical numbers! When that 'ding' goes off, the only ones who have to sing are the ones who actively are participating in whatever the challenge is for that day. It may be all of you, it may only be a few. But when you hear that sound, you must sing to avoid instant elimination! Follow me contestants!'

"Oh, this is my time to shine!" Anne Maria says. "World Tour was my fave season, and I got some pipes. Watch out everyone!" She warns, adding her fifth coat of hairspray to her hair.

"I know it sounds great, but you didn't have to do it for a whole season!" Cody chuckles anxiously.

"Trust me, it's all fun and games and seems great, then you have to actually do it." Noah groans.

"Oh I get it, you just jealous!" Anne Maria scolds, stepping away from the boys.

Anne Maria:
"Look, I ain't care if I got an attitude! Last time, I was totally kicked off the show for unfair reasons. How was I supposed to know that diamond I found in the mines was a fake? If I knew that, I wouldn'ta quit! I'm back bitches, and we got a game to win. Ain't nothin' stoppin' this chick!"

The lift Chris stands on sputters as it shakily recedes back into the dock. He commands the attention of all the contestants, leading them over to the Elimination Pit. As well as wooden stumps for seating, are wooden and metal bleachers, haphazardly fused together - and clearly taken from the respective elimination places from Action and World Tour. The contestants file in and take their seats. Chris comes up to a podium before them all, clearing his voice.

"Don't you like the bleachers we tore out from the Total Drama Jumbo Jet and Gilded Chris Ceremony? The studios are really holding us to this 'melting pot' of all seasons!" Chris says. "This season, during your eliminations, your immunity idol will not be marshmallows, or a gilded me or a bag of peanuts. No, they will be Memory Books! Memory Books were made from scratch, from me and Chef. The book contains shots and comments of you at your best and worst while on Total Drama. And yes, we have everything! We thought it would be the best parting gift to commemorate your beautiful memories here!" Chris chuckles deviously. "As with any new season, there is a new form of elimination. You will take the Stairs of Shame, and ride the Lift of Losers!" Chris gestures over to a shabby set of stairs off to the side, covered in ratty red carpet. Dangling above it is a harness which seems to stretch high into the sky…with no end.

"I hate to complain, but is that even safe?" Gwen asks, searching for the end of the harness.

"Whaddaya' care?" Anne Maria asks to Gwen. "You're all gothy and dark! Ain't you one of those suicidal gals that we see all over Hot Topic?" She asks. Gwen gasps, absolutely appalled. "Oh, I didn't think it'd sound that mean."

"Watch it you Jersey Shore reject!" Duncan snaps at Anne Maria, puffing out his chest at her. "No one talks to my girl like that!"

"Oh you shut the hell up!" Courtney screams, stomping over to Duncan. "You're a dirty rotten trader! And Gwen is a lying little skank! You're both are going to get what you deserve! I am making sure both of you freaks are sent home before the teams are even created!"

"Geez, I hope I'm on ya' team. I'd ratha' work with ya' than against ya'!" Anne Maria comments to Courtney; who rolls her eyes.

"Alright! Now that everyone has had time to reconnect with their old friends, it's time to select who should be the first two to go home." Chris announces.

A roar of erupts among the contestants. Everyone shouts and screams out names, all of them drowning each other up. Every name is said over and over, making it impossible to keep count. Chris watches, unamused, as his contestants start getting into incredibly heated arguments. He rolls his eyes, and picks up his megaphone. He chuckles to himself, then takes a deep breath.

"Enough!" Chris screams into his megaphone. Everyone covers their ears, temporarily deafened from the scream. "This isn't working. Instead, I'll have the girls pick someone, and the boys pick someone. Ladies?"

"Gwen! Gwen! Gwen!" Courtney screams, her voice growing angrier and angrier. "I want that goth freak gone!"

"I' m not one to agree, or even talk to Courtney, but I second that. Trouble follows Gwen wherever she goes." Heather agrees.

"I saw her crap on World Tour, she got my vote!" Anne Maria says.

"Me too!" Sierra screeches.

"You can't be serious. You can't be holding the whole Duncan thing against me forever!" Gwen moans. "It isn't fair, I deserve a second chance. And Sierra, why would you say my name? I thought we were cool…sort of?"

"You know why." Sierra mutters, her eyes darting back and forth between Gwen and Cody.

"This is a load of crap!" Duncan shouts, wrapping his arm around Gwen.

Duncan:
"Man, I was just sitting there, pissed as hell! Everyone is dumping all over Gwen, and it is ridiculous. Look, I get people want to get all mad that Gwen broke Courtney and I up, but I was part of that too! Why is no one pissed at me? That's some double standard crap!"

Courtney:
"I have no remorse. That goth freak ruined a relationship I spent two seasons working on! And to think her and I could have been friends. Yeah, hating Gwen is great, but no one ever asks how I feel! It's always that 'Gwen is so' this, and 'Gwen is such a' whatever! I'm in pain, people!"

"Boys, it's your turn!" Chris says.

The boy whisper among each other, not really in agreement of who to boot off. Scott smirks as he exchanges a few whispers with some former teammates. Scott, with the reluctance agreement of Cameron and Brick, all call out Jo's name together.

"You. Are. All. Screwed." Jo shouts at the three boys. "If I survive this, which I will, I will make this game unbearable for you, got that?"

"Gwen and Jo! Any other lucky contestants that should be nominated for the boot in episode one?" Chris calls out.

"Heather!" Lindsay cries triumphantly, followed by cheers from fellow Heather haters.

"I'm voting for Alejandro. He messed with my head and I ain't lettin' him win this time!" LeShawna declares.

"Me too!" Bridgette agrees, giving LeShawna a hug.

The excitement eventually subsides, but it boils down to just four contestants to vote for: Alejandro, Gwen, Heather or Jo. Two of these contestants would be going home in the very first episode and never again would have the chance to win the prize of a lifetime. Chef passes out pens and slips of paper to every contestant, giving them the chance to select two of the four contestants for elimination. Some gather in small groups to make an agreement on who to vote for, while others keep their decision a secret. After a seeming eternity passes, all the votes are cast.

Alejandro sits, holding a calming demeanor. He knows that one of the best skills in the game is to keep your own composure. The moment anyone can sense weakness from you, you're done. Gwen sits by Duncan, unable to hide her visible fear. Heather stands, tapping her foot impatiently, fueled with pure rage over the fact she was considered for the boot. Jo stands not too far away, trying to wear a mask of anger, but just below it boils absolute fear. Chris looks at all of the slips of paper, flipping back and forth through them. The four contestants up for elimination eye Chris' every move, just waiting for the inevitable announcement. Chris dramatically clears his throat, giving the four contestants a quick scare.

"I am going to read the results. But I won't just say how many votes everyone got, I'm going to say who voted for you! Won't that be a kick in the pants?" Chris laughs.

"Just get on with it!" Heather snaps.

"We begin with two votes for Alejandro." Chris announces. "His voters are Bridgette and LeShawna." The two girls high five each other, knowing their vote wouldn't have any affect, but still feeling proud for each other.

"So I'm still in? Can't say I'm surprised." Alejandro says to himself. He looks over, spying Tyler and Lindsay sitting together. Feeling the weight of Alejandro's stare, Tyler glances over. Alejandro holds his gaze, giving him a sweet smile. Tyler gulps, quickly looking away.

"Eleven votes for Heather!" Chris announces. "Cast by Alejandro, Gwen, Duncan, Cody, Lindsay, Harold, Jo, Beth, DJ, Owen and Blaineley! It doesn't take a genius to figure out why these people voted for her!" Chris says, alluding to the fact all these voters were ones who had feuded with Heather in the past. Heather takes a short breath, on the brink of exploding in an attempt to keep her composure.

"Twelve votes for Jo!" Chris says. "Cast by Dakota, Zoey, Mike, Scott, Brick, Anne Maria, Cameron, Lightning, B, Staci, Sam and Dawn!" Chris chuckles. "Wow! The entire second generation cast must really hate you!"

"I can't help I'm competitive!" Jo shouts, a shake in her voice.

"And finally, twelve votes for Gwen!" Chris chimes. "Cast by Courtney, Heather, Ezekiel, Noah, Geoff, Tyler, Eva, Justin, Katie, Sadie, Trent and Sierra!" Almost everyone casting their vote for Gwen was on Team Trent during their feud on Total Drama: Aftermath.

"Now! Wait…Izzy, you didn't vote." Chris says, looking over to Izzy. "You can vote for Gwen, Jo, Heather, or Alejandro. Mind you, if you vote for Heather, she'll be tied with Gwen and Jo, and all three of them will be going home!"

"What the hell?!" Heather screams, stomping her foot.

"Izzy! Go me!' Izzy cheers as she starts to dance like a buffoon.

"One vote for Izzy - " Chris starts.

"That doesn't count! Vote for Gwen!" Courtney screams.

"One vote for Izzy. Two votes for Alejandro. Eleven votes for Heather. Twelve votes for Gwen and Jo. The numbers don't lie! Gwen and Jo - time to say goodbye!" Chris announces with an eerie amount of positivity.

Heather:
"I probably would have gone Courtney-level crazy if I got eliminated just because some retard like Lindsay nominated me to. Those eleven who voted for me are going down! Good thing Gwen and Jo are already out of here, so those other nine better watch themselves. They're about to get hell from me. No one is getting out alive!"

Alejandro:
"I'm not surprised I was chosen, but I knew I wasn't going to leave so quickly. After Jo, Gwen and Heather were called; I knew I was safe. There's already so much existing drama between all of them, no one would pay attention to me. For the two who did wish to take me down, I vow to take them down…again. It's nothing personal, I just don't take too kindly to what I perceive as a threat against me."

"This isn't fair McLean! There has to be a normal elimination procedure!" Jo screams. "I demand a normal one, or I am not leaving."

"It was normal. People voted for you, and you and Gwen got the most votes. The Lift of Losers waits!" Chris replies, gesturing over to the Stairs of Shame.

Jo stomps up the squeaking stairs and up to the harness. She examines the harness, seeing what appears to be blood on it. A murmur travels across the contestants, most of them uneasy and terrified about what really lies at the end of the Lift of Losers. Jo looks back down at her now former contestants. Blank faces stare back at her, none of them showing any sadness over her departure. Jo grinds her teeth, wanting to spit out some anger, but knowing her mouth always gets her in trouble, she stays silent.

"How do you put this stupid harness on? And where is my stupid memory book?" Jo asks.

"You're a loser, Jo. Losers don't get them - or deserve them!" Chris states.

Without warning, the harness begins to slowly rise off of the ground. Jo struggles to properly put the harness around her body as it rises higher into the air. She screams in terror as it rises higher and higher. Hanging on with just her hands, Jo disappears into the clouds. Chris looks over to Gwen and flashes her a goofy grin, indicating it's time for her to go. Gwen sulks up the stairs as Courtney and Heather shout a variety of piercing insults at her. Gwen straps on the harness successfully, and awaits her departure.

"Gwen! Wait!" Duncan shouts to Gwen as he leaps up the Stairs of Shame to her. "I have to tell you something, and it's important." Gwen's face goes blank, hearing the genuine worry in Duncan's voice. It's a tone she's never heard before out of him. "I don't know why I waited so long..."

"Ten seconds you goth lovebirds!" Chris chuckles as he begins counting down.

"You know whatever it is Duncan, you can tell me. I won't be mad, I won't judge you. We're a couple and we're supposed to share things with each other!" Gwen tells Duncan, holding his face. Duncan averts Gwen's eyes, searching for the words inside his head.

"I think...I think I'm - " Duncan stops, unable to get his words together. Suddenly, Gwen begins rising, being lifted away from him. The two call out each other's name as Gwen disappears into the sky. Duncan falls to his knees, throwing punches onto the ground. Duncan quickly composes himself, and hops off the Stairs of Shame, passing by Trent. "What do you want, freak?" Duncan snaps, holding a fist up at Trent.

Duncan:
"I'm an idiot! I took too long and now Gwen is gone and I honestly have no idea when or if I'll ever see her again. I have no clue how I'm gonna' deal with this…secret. It bites! And what the hell was Trent doing there? Just…sitting there. Such an idiot."

Trent:
"What on Earth was that? I don't think I've ever seen Duncan cry. Man. I bet he cheated on her or something. Maybe he has a crush on someone else. Who knows. Whatever it was, it seems pretty big."

"Wow! That was some awesome drama to start off this shindig! If you will all follow me, I'll give you some more info on the team situation!" Chris starts off with all the contestants following him. All that is but two. Duncan slumps down at the bottom of the Stairs of Shame. A pair of footsteps approach him. He looks up to see Trent standing above him.

"You okay?" Trent asks. Duncan remains silent, unable to speak without falling apart. "Look, I know we aren't friends, or even get along. But we both care about Gwen, and I know what it's like to lose her. I just don't want you to go through what I did." Trent takes a seat by Duncan, putting a hand on his shoulder.

"I'm good." Duncan softly says, looking up at Trent. Trent smiles, helping Duncan up, and the two boys head off to the rest of the contestants.

"As I said earlier, there will be four teams with season! Each of the teams will have a team captain. The captain will select eight members to make a team of nine. The captain will select the first member. The member they picked will select the next member, than that member will select the next and so on and so forth. To get the teams decided, we'll have an old-fashioned race. A race up to the top of the island's most notorious thousand foot cliff! Once up there, dive down into the mutated-shark infested waters. You also might want to swim fast, those waters are radioactive! So, swim to shore as fast you can, where your next challenge awaits!" Chris explains. From inexplicably out of nowhere, Chris pulls out a flare gun and shoots it into the air and the thirty six contestants bolt for the top of the cliff.

Lightning and Eva lead the herd, constantly fighting for first place. Not far behind, Brick and Scott struggle to keep up. Izzy blazes behind the two boys, executing wild flips and moves to propel herself further. A determined Courtney speeds up behind Izzy, doing her best to pass her. This season is Courtney's time to shine, and she sees it as her chance to win once and for all.

"Courtney! What are you up to?" Izzy greets Courtney as she catches up to her.

"No time to talk you - you psycho!" Courtney screams. "I want to win! I am going to be a captain! So get out of my way!" Courtney shouts in between breaths.

"Well, here's a tip genius, just shut the hell up and run. If you talk you're just going to wear yourself out more!" Izzy explains. "You think you can negotiate with a police helicopter and run? No way! No time for talking. Man, that was a rough seven months in jail!" Izzy chuckles. Courtney growls at Izzy, pushing her out of her way and sending her tumbling to the ground.

Zoey and Mike ran side by side, encouraging each other the whole way. In the back of the herd is Owen, Cameron, Staci, Sam - who is unsurprisingly attached to his video game, and Noah, Katie and Sadie - who all didn't feel like running.

"Can't…run...much longer!" Owen cries, tripping over himself.

"We haven't been running that long! Also, did you know my great, great, great second cousin, Philip, he invented the term running. Before then people would say 'who wants to go walk at a fast pace?' Yeah." Staci lies. Everyone around her looks at her, unable to process what she just said.

"Oh my gosh Katie, I have a cousin Philip too!" Sadie chimes.

"So do I!" Katie replies, hugging onto Sadie.

"We get it, you're alike! This is not new information." Noah remarks as he rolls his eyes and quickens his pace to get away from them.

"I can tell you for a fact, Staci is lying." a winded Cameron says, even though no one is listening. "I need to get in shape...or just go back to my bubble!"

Cameron:
"I really forgot how exhausting all these challenges are! And also, not to be mean, but how exhausting the other contestants may be! I don't want to be mean, but Staci was sent home first for a reason during my season. It's hard to want to stay here when there's so many people who irritate you! I did win last time, so maybe my stay this season will be shorter."

In the middle of the horde runs Lindsay, Tyler and Trent. Just a few paces behind is Alejandro, making sure to keep a close proximity to Tyler. Tyler glances at Lindsay to see her slowly losing her energy and falling behind. In an effort to impress her, Tyler scoops up Lindsay in his arms and holds onto her tightly. He looks over at Trent, who gives him a nod of approval for his sweet moves.

"I got you, babe." Tyler whispers to Lindsay, kissing her on the cheek Lindsay giggles playfully and grips onto Tyler tightly. From behind the two, Alejandro runs up, keeping an even pace with them.

"Hola amigo!" Alejandro greets Tyler. Tyler squints his eyes in confusion, unsure of what to make of Alejandro's sudden interest in him. Tyler's eyes widen, coming up with a sudden idea.

"Trent! Take Lindsay!" Tyler commands, throwing Lindsay at Trent. Lindsay screams as she rockets into Trent, sending the two of them into the ground. "Dude, what do you want from me? You were looking at me on the dock and the Elimination Pit and now you're here? I feel like you wanna' start drama or something man, and I don't want Lindsay to be a part of your dumb schemes!" Tyler snaps.

"They aren't schemes mi amigo, I just want to be friends. You know we were friends once upon a time. I just want to rekindle that." Alejandro lies.

"Rekindle it? You don't have to make it so romantic sounding, geez!" Tyler groans.

Tyler-
"I don't see what Alejandro is trying to do. It's honestly super weird. I don't even get it. What does he want from me? An alliance? A bromance? Lindsay!? I'm gonna' make sure to keep my eyes on him, all over him! You know?"

Alejandro:
"It's foolish of Tyler to think he can resist me. No woman can, and no man can. I will have him in the palm of my hands by the end of the day."

After reluctantly putting his video game away, Sam summons all his strength and runs as fast as he can, finally deciding to participate in the challenge. Dakota bolts in front of Sam, just to be pulled back by him. Dakota spins around and smacks Sam across the face, sending him crashing to the ground. Trent, who's ahead of the two, stops and turns around at the sound watching the confrontation.

"Don't talk to me, trader!" Dakota snaps, stomping her foot on the ground.

"I told you what happened between me and her way an accident! Well...she tricked me. Well actually - " before Sam could finish, Dakota smacked him across the face again.

"Save it Sam! We are over! And we have been since you began flirting with HER and making out with HER! I thought you loved me Sam, I thought you really cared for me!" Dakota spins around and dashes off, sobbing.

"Girl troubles?" Trent inquires, walking over to Sam and helping him off the ground. "Sorry about that beating man, that was not cool. Anyway, I feel your pain. It can be a real downer when your lady betrays you and cheats on you."

"That's the thing, I cheated on her!" Sam cries out, falling back to the ground. "I've tried to apologize but she won't listen to me!"

"Oh yikes. I know someone who went through that. She didn't take it too well." Trent told Sam, reflecting on Courtney, Gwen and Duncan's love triangle fiasco.

Sam:
"It was in between seasons! I was trapped, deceived. I've tried so hard to apologize to Dakota, but all she does is beat me up or say mean things to me. I guess no matter what mistakes you make, they follow you around."

Dakota:
"Yes, it hurts what Sam did. I'm not mad at HER, but at HIM. He knew what he was doing and he went out of his way to hurt. I don't blame HER, because she was just a victim like me! A victim of a manipulative jerk face!"

After what seemed like an eternity, both Eva and Lightning make it to the top of the cliff: tying for first. At the top of the cliff stands Chris, showing his infamous obnoxious smile.

"You made it! Now you must dive off the cliff, into the hula hoop placed below in the waters! The first four to make it through the hoop will be declared a team captain! Diving through the hoop will also score points for your team, which will be utilized in a future challenge." Chris gestured over to a small hula hoop drifting through the ocean, which had a chunk bitten out of it.

Lightning steps back sprints right off the cliff and heads right for the hoop. A giant, mutated beast rises from the waters, letting out an atrocious roar. The head of a shark, the body of an octopus - it's a sharktopus! Lighting screams in terror as the creature opens its mouth, ready to swallow him whole. Lighting evades the animal, landing right in the center of the hula hoop. Lightning desperately swims to shore, the sharktopus trailing close behind. With the sharktopus chasing after Lightning, Eva takes the opportunity to dive off the cliff - landing right through the hoop. Another sharktopus rises from the waters and roars at her. Eva spins around and growls, punching the creature in the eye, sending it back into the waters.

Back at the top of the cliff, Heather, Zoey and Duncan all come up at the same time, reaching the edge of the cliff. Heather pushes the other two away, giving herself room to dive off. As she gets ready to dive, Courtney comes sprinting up, filled with steam.

"Get out of my way losers!" Courtney screams, purposely running into. "Move it you flaming haired hussey!" Courtney shouts at Zoey. Courtney grabs onto Heather in an effort to get her out of the way. The two girls scream and fight, pulling at each other. Duncan walks over to the two of them and shoves them off. He laughs as he watches two girls plummet into the waters; just outside the hoop.

"No!" Courtney screams. "I want a redo! This isn't fair! It's Heather's fault! NO! It's Duncan and Heather's fault!" Courtney looks up, seeing something falling from the top of the cliff. A bottle with a note comes rocketing down, hitting Courtney in the head. She tears the note out, and it's one from Chris reading 'No redos!'. Courtney crushes up the note and throws it into the water. "I hate this game! I hate everyone!" She cries.

"Good, cause we all hate you!" Heather shouts. Suddenly, Zoey comes falling from above suddenly plops right into the hula hoop. She emerges to the surface, a big smile on her face.

"Yay! I'm a team captain!" Zoey happily cheers, receiving a threatening looks from Courtney and Heather.

"This game is rigged! I'll sue you Chris!" Courtney shouts up at Chris. She looks back down, eyeing Zoey. "You better watch yourself!" Courtney sneers, holding up her middle finger.

"I think you better watch yourself!" Zoey replies, pointing to a large fin speeding towards Courtney. The sharktopus emerges from the waters and roars at Courtney, sending her speeding towards the shore.

Zoey:
"Courtney was a favorite of mine on the show in the first season, but now she's just so mean. I admire her hard work but now it seems like she just wants to cheat to win. I hope we aren't on the same team! I don't wish her bad, but I don't want that energy around me."

Courtney:
"That Zoey chick is going down. She just bought herself a one way ticket to an elimination. I hope we're on the same team. I will make her life a living hell and make sure she gets kicked off first! She stole my spot as a team captain! And don't even get me started on Heather. Or Duncan! Those bitches - "

"Three team captains! Who will be the final one?" Chris asks to the remaining contestants yet to dive. Tyler, Alejandro, Lindsay, Scott and Dawn all stand atop the cliff, ready to take their shot at potentially becoming a team captain.

"I've got this!" Tyler cheers, flexing his muscles as he walks past Lindsay.

"Go Tyler!" Lindsay shouts, clapping her hands together.

"You can do it amigo." Alejandro adds. Tyler turns to Alejandro who gives him a smirk. Tyler, taken aback, stumbles backwards and falls off the cliff and misses the hoop entirely. Scott chuckles to himself, receiving an all but happy look from Dawn. The two stare at each other in awkward silence.

"I don't see what the big deal is, it was funny! I thought we were going to be friends this season, but now you want to give me dirty looks?" Scott says to Dawn. "Didn't we try to patch things up following all that silly crap last season?"

"I wish, Scott. I wish we could mend the past. But your aura is a dark red. Dark red means evil or usually misfortune. I can't get involved with bad auras!" Dawn tells Scott, stepping away from him. "I'm sorry."

It's now Alejandro's turn to dive, and much to no one's surprise, he lands directly in the ring, cementing himself as the fourth team captain. The remaining contestants jump off the cliff, not caring where they landed. While everyone went back to their cabins to dry off before the second part of the challenge, the very first alliance of the season begins its formation.

"Hey, hey, hey! The Zeke is in the house, and is here to win!" Ezekiel gloats obnoxiously to himself as he rings the water out from his hat.

"As If you could win without an alliance!" Eva mocks, walking up to Ezekiel.

"Did I hear alliance?" Blaineley chimes, walking to the two.

"Eh guys, we should form an alliance, eh?" Ezekiel offers. Eva and Blaineley look at each other skeptically. A sly smirk spreads across Blaineley's face.

"Fine, but I'm the leader. I'm stronger than you two princesses and you both know it." Eva demands.

"I think I should, since I'm the oldest. I have great leading skills." Blaineley suggests.

"Is that why you got kicked off the second episode you were in?" Eva asks mockingly.

"Fine, be the leader Eva. But it's Ezekiel's alliance - he did suggest it!" Blaineley agrees, her words littered with a malicious intent.

"My alliance!? Yah, we'll be unstoppable, eh!" Ezekiel cheers.

"But what if we're on different teams?" Blaineley asks.

"Just wait!" Eva screams at them. "We'll…figure it out."

Blaineley:
"This is my alliance. If they agree or not, it is mine. By saying it's Ezekiel's alliance, I give him the false perception that he's in control. Then I can make all the decisions for him and there won't be any questions asked. This is too easy. Besides, I don't have any friends here. Ezekiel is so desperate, so he'll take anything he can latch onto. And Eva? Well. She's just as desperate. It's pretty sad! But me? I'm not desperate. Nope, not one bit."

Eva:
"Blaineley is acting as if she's already in control. The teams are all in nines and if we have an alliance of three, there's no doubt we'll have control of the majority vote. I need these puppets. No one trusts me, and I don't trust them."

Ezekiel:
"Eh, I'm so excited to hopefully get further this time! This alliance is my winning ticket. I got some two strong girls to help me out. But I know I gotta' protect 'em! Girls ain't stronger than no guy, nor any smarter, eh."

Everyone makes their way back to the beach after getting changed. Chris stands before them, eagerly waiting the new drama to unfold. "Now, we will select our teams! Choose wisely, no team swaps this season, unless I want them." Chris warns the team captains. Lightning, Eva, Zoey and Alejandro stand on giant matts, each of them labeled numbers one through four, all standing in their respective order of becoming a captain. "Lightning, select your first team member."

"Uh…I'll go with…Scott!" Lightning decides. Scott smirks deviously, walking over to Lightning.

"I pick the guy named after a rock. Brick." Eva commands, doing her best to intimidate him.

"Your request is my pleasure." Brick announces, giving a salute.

"Whatever just get your ass over here." Eva snaps, making Brick hustle over to her.

"Mike!" Zoey squeals. The couple reunite and hug each other.

"Yeah, choosing your stupid crush, that'll get you far!" Eva remarks to Zoey.

"Tyler. I chose you." Alejandro says. Tyler looks around uncomfortably and stands by Alejandro. "We got this, and I got you." Alejandro whispers to Tyler, his hot breath traveling down Tyler's neck.

"Alright! The chosen members will now select the next teammate, and then the contestant they choose will select the next teammate, and so on." Chris explains.

Time goes by and decisions are made. After the the first four members of the teams are chosen, the remaining five members of the teams are all randomized to throw in some drama for Chris' liking. And with that, the four teams are created, the team names paying homage to the classic teams from the first, and fourth season.

Screaming Bass: Lightning, Scott, Duncan, Trent, Blaineley, Anne Maria, DJ, Geoff, Sadie

Killer Gophers: Eva, Brick, Cameron, Owen, Noah, Beth, LeShawna, Izzy and Katie

Toxic Maggots: Zoey, Mike, Cody, Sam, Staci, Heather, Sierra, B and Ezekiel

Mutant Rats: Alejandro, Tyler, Lindsay, Bridgette, Courtney, Dawn, Harold, Dakota and Justin

"Great, all the teams are done so let's do our challenge - now!" Eva screams, scaring the rest of her team.

"Hush down child." Chris whispers. "As if I haven't already explained; you want to really try to and win. When the four teams become two, your number of teammates will be severely altered. So trust me, number advantages are the most important thing this season! We'll have a few reward challenges as well this season, and they'll be special ones! Invincibility! It can be granted to a team, or to an individual. And trust me, you'll want to work hard cause this reward can last up to four challenges! With that said, someone will go home EVERY episode. Forget what you think you know about this show. This season, MOST bets are off! Now make yourselves comfortable and go get settled and unpacked in your cabins! Once you all get settled in, we are starting our very first team challenge!"

Alejandro:
"Chris said numbers are most important, but I doubt that. My team will be incredibly easy to take down and manipulate. If I can destroy my own team, I can destroy the one I'm merged with. With Tyler by my side, I can do anything. After this next challenge - he will be mine."

Zoey:
"I'm not so sure how I feel about my team. I want to give everyone an equal chance, but...Ezekiel? B? Staci? Heather?! There's a questionable lineup going on here. But I know Mike and I will work well together. I hope we don't end up pulling most of the weight here."

Eva:
"My team is filled with weak idiots. The only one I have hope in is Brick. He is strong, submissive and can be under my control in an instant. Everyone else is just a pawn in my game. This is my season."

Lightning:
"I got some pretty cool dudes on my team, I ain't a fool! I don't really care 'bout no one else! I am here for me, and I am here to win baby! I came close last time, but this time, it's all mine!"

One episode and already two contestants gone!? What is Duncan's big secret he couldn't tell Gwen? Will Alejandro win Tyler over? What is with Scott and Dawn's feud? What happened between Sam and Dakota? Will Eva's alliance work out or implode? More to come next time on...
