All right, last chapter Sis. And no, I will not make another one.

*Zak* I thought you loved your sister?
*me* I do, but I can't do more than two chapters because my brain just can't handle it.
*Zak* um, ok than.
*me* Anyway, enjoy!

Zak looked out the window of the airship in silence as they flew away from Van Rook's grave. After getting Kur extracted from him he and Monday couldn't hang around each other anymore. Because now that they were exactly the same their energy mixed badly together. Monday wasn't back in the anti-world though. Actually, Zak didn't know where Monday was. He sighed and walked over to his bed, which he proceeded to jump onto and lay down. Wherever he was, he wondered if his 'twin brother' was ok. Zak heard a knock on the wall outside his door and looked over. He sat up and welcomed the presence of his mother, who sat on the bed next to him.

"You miss him, don't you?" she asked. Zak nodded. She gave a light tsk noise and ran her fingers through Zak's hair. When he was upset about something she would always do that. She could tell how upset it was that way. If he just ignored it like it wasn't happening he was just a bit sad, if he looked up at her he was a pretty sad, and if he mumbled for her to stop he was really sad. But this time he surprised her by whacking her hand away. Drew blinked in surprise as he lay back down and looked away from her. Drew sighed. "It's not just that, is it?" Zak shook his head. He turned over on his left side and curled up slightly. Van Rook did a brave thing, but she knew that hadn't got to him this much. So, what was bugging him? "Zak?"

"I don't want to talk about it," he mumbled and shifted slightly. Drew sighed and left him alone, shutting the door behind her. Zak stared at the wall before him in silence. Loosing Monday had gotten to him, yes. But what was really bugging him was the fact that he lost his powers. Saving Cryptids was going to be very hard now. Getting used to not having his powers to help him was going to be tough. And not only that but everything that had happened had hit him like a train full of emotion. Being busy with staying alive and stopping Argost had kept his mind busy, so he didn't pay attention to it too much.

But now that things had settled down everything came to his mind and he ached with mental pain. He sighed and turned onto his other side. He stared at the claw that hung on the wall. Would he ever use it again? No. He couldn't stand to use it again, in fact, he couldn't stand to see it again! Zak sat up, stood up on his feet, and walked towards it. He grabbed the claw in his hand and took it down from the wall. He stared at it a moment. It was his weapon, yes. But it reminded him of all the hurt and pain he had suffered, and made other people suffer, with the power he used with it.

Zak let out an angry yell and snapped the pole it rested on in half. The two pieces fell to the ground and he stared at them a long moment. Zak grabbed both of the pieces that lay on the floor and walked over to his window. He opened it and stared at the ground that lay far below the airship. Zak looked at the claw and clenched his fist. People thought he was evil because of his power, he was hunted because of it, he was nearly killed many times because of it, his family got hurt, people died, and that claw reminded him of it. Zak let out another angry yell, this one much louder than the one before, and tossed the two pieces out the window.

He slammed the window shut and fell to his knees. Tears filled his eyes. Betrayal, death, pain, sadness, and anger. All of this filled his story. And he couldn't stand it, he really just couldn't stand it. He wanted it all to go away, all the memories, all the pain and sadness and anger. He just wanted it to go away. Doyle had heard Zak's yell and walked into his room. He looked over at Zak and a look of sympathy swept over his features. He walked over and knelt down next to Zak. The young boy didn't protest as Doyle brought him up in his embrace and held him tightly to his chest, allowing Zak to cry to his heart's content.

...

Monday stood on the top of the empire state building and stared down at neon sign lit the city below. He was never going to see Zak again. But he was better off that way Monday supposed. He wasn't exactly a good influence. Monday sighed. But boy was he gonna miss him. He hadn't enjoyed someone's company like that since - well, he never enjoyed someone's company in his entire life. His Komodo wasn't to bad, but he didn't really like him, and he was rude and mean anyway. Monday sighed and leaned up against the wall behind him. He looked up at the stars above him a smirked. He had a whole world to see, and all the time in the world to see it. Who knows, maybe he'd find a way to fix the problem between him and Zak and they'd hang out again. Probably not, but he can dream can't he? Monday laughed to himself and walked away. Yeah, he could dream all he wanted, and he'd enjoy it too.

Well, there you have it folks! I'll probably go back to writing for Invader Zim now, but at least I got that down. Hope you liked it!

*Zak* I can't believe you had me crying like a baby.
*Me* Chill dude, ok? Just, chill. Anyway, please review!
