Sequel to: You know him?
Disclaimer: I OWN NOTHING
It had been about a year since Martha and Mickey had moved in next to Amy and Rory. River had stopped by once or twice, in which Martha and Mickey had many questions for her, as she was the one thing they never expected anyone to be. The Doctor's wife.
It was Christmas now. Martha, Mickey, and River had gone over to the Ponds for dinner when there was a knock at the door. Amy went over to answer it while Martha continued her conversation with River.
"So you regenerated after being shot by Hitler? That's unbelievable." she exclaimed while Rory went to see what was taking Amy so long. "That should've been in the history books."
"Oh, I'm sure it is."
"We always have a seat saved for you." They heard Rory say. Not long after he walked in followed by Amy. "We have someone joining us."
In he walked. Tweed jacket, braces, bow-tie, though no fez, and a smile on his face. The Doctor. Martha and Mickey stared I'm disbelief as he took a seat next to his wife and kissed her while Amy and Rory sat down.
"Hello, sweetie." River smiled. The Doctor laughed and looked up at Martha and Mickey, and smiled at them.
"Hello."
"Doctor?" Martha smiled.
"Last time I checked. It's not like I've forgotten my name. Though that has been known to happen. It's like eating an apple, only less gross. Apples are rubbish, it's nothing like eating an apple. Forget the apple!" he rambled while everyone laughed and River shook her head.
"Still mad as ever, boss." Mickey said laughing. "But I thought you liked apples."
"New mouth, new rules."
"Speaking of which. Doctor, I made your favorite in case you showed up." Amy said handing him a plate and a bowl.
"Fish fingers and custard! Pond, you are too good to me." The Doctor smiled. "So! How have all of you been? I've been dead for two years. What have you all been up too?"
"The usual, discussing adventures, wondering when you would show your face. Is it normal for you to keep getting younger...and more...ridiculous?" Mickey asked, eyeing the fish fingers and custard.
"Oi! What's ridiculous about me this time?"
"Bow-tie." Martha pointed out. "And we saw the picture of you wearing a fez."
"Bow-ties and fezzes are cool!" The Doctor protested. "So, Smith and Jones! How have you two been? I heard you went freelance?"
"Can't keep away from the excitement." Mickey smiled.
"When I first met you, Ricky, you refused to get back in the TARDIS. Then you wanted to. Now you can't get enough danger. What's next?" The Doctor laughed.
"It's Mickey." he said as if annoyed, but a small smile appeared on his face. "And it's Smith and Smith. Martha and I got married."
"No, it'll always be Ricky unless you prefer Mickey the idiot. And Martha is still Jones in my eyes. I like the colours, by the way. Black suits the two of you. You know last time I saw you both, you were hunting down a rogue Sontaran. It was right before I'd regenerated into this body. You're welcome by the way."
"Yeah we saw you." Martha smiled. "Thanks for that. We heard you got married also." She said nodding to River.
"I did." He said smiling. "And it's Christmas! Almost forgot about that. You all need a present. I love presents! There so full of mystery. You open one and WHAM! Mystery solved! Anyway, how about I take you all for a little trip? Eh? What do you say? Another round in the TARDIS?" they all smiled and agreed to take one more trip in little blue box.
After they'd all finished dinner, and discussed the many adventures of the past, they made their way into the little box that was bigger on the inside.
"Hey, boss! You've redecorated. I like it." Mickey said next to Martha who was looking around.
"Thanks Ricky. Alright, let's go somewhere special. Hold on you lot! Next stop, everywhere!"
Just a small little sequel I made. I hope you guys liked it. Comments are welcome as well as suggestions for more fanfics.
