Episode 33 – Old Wounds

"Previously on Thundercats" (scenes from the last episode are shown, right before the title finally appears within the show itself)

We are soon able to open up this episode almost precisely where the last one originally left off: with our dear friends; King Lion-O, Miss Pumyra and General Lynx-O, along with all six of the Rodent guards that were with the general and all of the captive Berbil slaves that were currently with, all sealed up inside of the cargo hold area, which has been, apparently, detached from the rest of the Ratstar and left to plummet several stories above the solid ground. Now then, as one would, of course, imagine it to be the case; they were all currently screaming their respective heads off as they all fell to their apparent doom. But, when we then cut right back to the bridge of the Ratstar itself, we are then shown that Ratar-O was actually smiling rather happily in regards to what he had just caused to happen.

"(Chuckles) well then, I suppose that that takes care of just about all of the loose ends for now…" is what the vermin warlord said, right before he started chuckling just a little bit again before clearing his throat, and right before he turned towards the Rat who originally told him about the Thundercats' initial presence "Now then, are you absolutely certain about what you last saw in regards to the two ThunderCats that were both on-board? You most definitely saw them both heading right towards the cargo holding area?"

"Y-y-yes, sire; I swear to you that that was exactly where I saw them both heading last…" said that very same Rat

This made Ratar-O smile rather largely, as one would initially expect, and his happiness was only more confirmed when he began to say-

"Excellent, then that means that we have also seen the final end of the child King of the Thundercats, which means that, now, we can move on to far more important matters on the agenda…"

Now, while Ratar-O was saying that last part, he brought out his trusty pair of Rat's Eye daggers and then, he actually put them both in their standard activation stance. However, nothing happened this time around, but, Ratar-O was still holding them this way as he looked right towards a specific part of the ship's main Bridge. One that almost resembled a viewing glass on a microscope and that was when he began to smile wickedly, chuckled ever so slightly once again.

Meanwhile, though, way back on inside of the currently sealed up cargo hold, as the whole thing was continuing to plummet right from the sky, nearly everyone inside was still panicking, especially the Rats. In fact, one Rat even went as far out to actually say-

"We're going to be splattered, we're going to be pulverized, somebody do something, we're all gonna die!"

It was at that point that Lion-O suddenly managed to land a solid punch on that very same Rodent's face, with his gauntlet covered hand, no less, as well. And then, he used the Spirit stone's pink energy powers to actually restrain all six of the Rats with some pink spiritual energy bonds of some type, as well as create several energy gags for each and every single of them, so that none of them could start their screaming again at this point.

"Um, not that I'm really all that upset about you doing so, Lion-O, but, was there a real reason why you just did all of that, your majesty?" asked Pumyra

"Yes; it's because they were all driving me nuts with all of their constant panicking, and that was making it extremely hard for me to concentrate on things right now…!" replied Lion-O

"C-c-concentrate on things, eh, c-c-concentrate on what, exactly, Lion-O?" asked Lynx-O

"On this, General…" said Lion-O in response, as he kept both of his eyes completely shut, while he summoned forth the full power of the Spirit Stone itself.

However, this time around, he was able cause the Spirit Stone to emit a large number of bright streams of pink spiritual energy, which then, immediately, began to hit the floor and the ceiling, as well as every single wall that was found within this currently falling cargo hold and that soon caused the outside of this falling compartment to glow brightly pink. All of the way up until it was, at last, completely engulfed entirely by a large bright pink sphere made out of nothing but bright pink Spirit Stone energy, which then caused the falling compartment to slow down greatly in terms of its initial descent.

(Oh, and, uh, by the by; the heroic theme music that was heard during the fights within both "Curse of Ratilla" and "Birth of the Blades" was heard the entire time that this was going on)

Now, this was, of course, quite the enormous strain on our dear young friend, King Lion-O, seeing as he was quite clearly struggling during the entirety of this particular action. But, regardless of that, though, everyone else on the inside could most definitely feel the general speed of their initial drop greatly decreasing with each passing second, and, eventually, the Cargo hold was soon set gently upon the ground below it, instead of it crashing just like Mumm-Ra's ship originally did all of those many years ago. However, the young Lion-O was just about ready to collapse right to the ground right after all of that was, but, fortunately for him, though, Pumyra was soon able run right up to him in order to keep him up on his feet by acting as his initial crutch for that particular moment. And it was during this time that Lynx-O, although still unable to see, started to move his head around as if he could see and said-

"Hmm, impressive, very impressive"

However, while all of that was currently happening, the energy bonds that were responsible for restraining all of the Rats suddenly vanished and they were all free to stand up and talk.

"Come on now, quickly-" said one of the Rats "This is our best chance to get away now, my fellows"

Now, as one would initially expect it to be the case; the other armored Rodents of this group were all very quick to nod at this particular idea, and then, completely comply with it. But, before they could all even begin to actually make their escape, they were all soon immediately assaulted by some sort of strange-looking barrage of some kind, one that was consisting of some very odd-looking spherical objects of some strange and unknown type. And once these exact same spherical type objects were all able to actually make contact with the Rats, they were all soon smeared all over them all like they were some form of wet paint, but then, they also made them stick to the floor rather thoroughly, like they were some kind of strange and unusual form of chewing gum. Or, at least, that was the, apparent, case, up until it all started to dry out rather quickly. Then it was a lot more akin to something like, say, quick drying cement, to be perfectly honest. Now, the Cats were all, of course, able to take quick notice of this, I can assure you, but that was only after the deed was initially done, and when they were able to discover that it was none other than the tiny Berbils who were the ones to fire out all of those shots, and with the Rats own weapons no less, as well.

"Berbils install plasma cannons into all of Rat army's bad weapons for them…" said one of the Berbils who was currently holding one of the Rat army's weapons at this time

"Berbils believe that plasma cannons are very useful in dealing with enemies…" replied yet another one of the Berbils in the group

Now, the Cats were all still, understandably, dumbfounded at this moment, but that still didn't stop Lion-O from glancing over at the struggling Rats found on the floor again and then saying-

"Oh, yes, very useful indeed, my little friends, haha, very useful indeed…"

It is about at this exact same moment in time, though, that we then cut right back to the outside of this currently downed metal compartment, where we then see that both Lion-O and Pumyra were, currently, both staring directly right up at the sky at this particular moment, whilst they were both standing directly right up on top of this recently detached cargo hold, no less, as well. And, what's even more so is the fact Lion-O was currently in the possession of some sort of high-tech type of telescope of some kind, and he was currently using it to look directly straight upwards, in order to see just how far ahead that the Ratstar had gotten since Ratar-O's initial attempts to get rid of them all.

"Oh, this is so not good, Pumyra, we've already fallen too far behind the RatStar's flight trail as it is and the distance between us is only increasing with each passing second…" is what the Young Lord of the Thundercats said "… And, if we don't hurry up and catch up to it, fast, then, we might not be able to ever find it again, or, at least, not until it's much too late for us to do anything about it or the threat that it now poses to the rest of Third Earth, at any rate…!"

"And it's not like we can just snap our fingers and bring out our very own flying machine right out of thin air either…" said Pumyra, right after she sighed ever so slightly

"Ahem, Berbils may have found a way…" said Berbil #1 as he called out to the young duo of humanoid felines from way down below on the ground just beneath the two of them

This prompted the two Thundercats to immediately jump right back down to the ground (with relative ease, I might add as well), in order to meet up with the rest of their current group, the former Berbil slaves. However, they still could not fully wrap their heads around exactly what their small and friendly robotic bear companion was currently getting at, not even a little bit. But that soon started to change once Berbil #2 actually came right up to the two of them and pointed them both right towards something that the two Cats were not expecting to see; a new technologically advanced-looking vehicle. Now, horizontally, it was quite circular-looking all around, but, instead of it just being one big sphere by sheer design, there was actually a whole flat top half, with a pair of sleek-looking wings that were both placed carefully upon its right and left sides, respectively. These were both found just south of what appeared to a small cockpit of some kind, and it seemed to be made within the same vein as the ones found within the ThunderTank's two cycle attachments. Now, granted, there was only one seat to be found within this particular cockpit, but, even so, there was still just enough room for at least three or more people to ride along on top of this particular machine. And, as far as its weaponry went; well, the only weapon that was actually visible on this vehicle was a rather slender-looking laser gun that was placed right up at the very front of the vehicle itself. Now, granted; it wasn't much in terms of being armed to the teeth, but, even so; it was still a weapon just the same and that was still something to go on, to be certain.

But, in any case, though, both Lion-O and Pumyra were left in considerable awe of what they were both currently looking at. This was mostly because it was just so incredibly hard for either one of them to fathom just how the Berbils were able to make such a thing, and so quickly, no less, as well.

"Thundercats like new vehicle that Berbils make?" asked Berbil #2

"Berbils use parts from cargo bay compartment to build new vehicle for Thundercats" Berbil #1 added

And, sure enough, it was at this point where we see that the two Thundercats both looked directly towards the cargo bay compartment area and saw that, per what the Berbils just said, it had all been virtually gutted for its parts and essential wires and circuitry. It was only mildly visible, granted, but, the feeling that the compartment had been virtually disassembled in certain parts was most clearly there to be certain.

"Hmph, you know it's hard to believe that we didn't notice that before, especially while it was actually happening…" said Pumyra

"Thundercats not answer Berbils' question, do you like new vehicle?" Berbil #2 continued

"Oh, um, yea-yeah, yes, yeah; of-of course we do, you guys, haha, yeah, haha; we, um-uh, we-we like it, really …" Lion-O replied, with a hint of bewilderment in his voice "… It-it's just that, um, well, um-uh, w-w-what, exactly, does this thing do, precisely, hmm?"

"It flies, Berbils invent new flying machine for the Thundercats to use against horrible RatStar" said Berbil #1

"It a very fast flying machine, as well" Berbil #2 added "It will help Thundercats to catch up to RatStar and fast, help them stop Ratar-O and his mean Rat army, as well"

It was then, at that very same point, that our dear young friend, Lion-O, actually began to smile a little bit. And then, soon after that, he actually began to stare directly at the new "flying machine" and proceeded to say-

"Really…? Huh…"

Now this was the point where he actually began to start physically approaching this new and rather strange-looking flying device, and it was all for the main purpose of him actually hopping himself right into its apparent cockpit, so that he could start fiddling around with its initial piloting instruments and apparent primary controls. This would only continue all of the way up until the machine actually started to make noises and sounds that implied it was, at last, starting work, of course. And, while things were a little bit shaky in terms of the initial takeoff, our dear young friend, Lion-O, was still, eventually, able to get the vehicle airborne and then, quite steady in terms of its initial movement, and when he did, he looked over towards Pumyra and said-

"Well, come on, Pumyra, let's go, I mean, don't forget; we still have a lot of ground to cover before we can even come close to catching up to the RatStar's position…"

Now, of course, Pumyra was quite ready to go at this very instant, but, before she could get too close to the flying vehicle, she then looked back towards General Lynx-O, who was currently just leaning himself up against a tree in a very casual manner, and said-

"But, hey, wait a minute, what are we gonna do about the traitor over there, I mean, do we just leave him behind or do we…?"

It was at this point where old General Lynx-O himself actually stood up straight and then said-

"I'm coming with you"

Now, this, of course, was more than enough to make both Lion-O and Pumyra look just a little bit shocked, and it showed in the way that they both said "What" and "Beg your pardon", respectively. Although, this still did not stop Lynx-O from continuing on by saying-

"Well, after all, my dear young fellow Thunderians, do try to remember that my odious former master, old Ratar-O, did just make an attempt to kill me along with the rest of you, and, I, for one, have no intention of letting that little transgression go unpunished, not in the slightest, if I might be so perfectly frank with you both…"

"Ha, the last thing we need with us right now is yet another one of Ratar-O's very own vindictive little lackeys tagging along, especially one who has already proven himself to be a complete and total traitor to everything and everyone that he once swore an oath to protect…" said Pumyra, after scoffing very loudly, as she then got up really close to the old blind Lynx-O's face (which seemed rather pointless, seeing as he is blind and all) and then pushed him away ever so slightly, yet still very aggressively, with just one single paw

"Oh, I'm afraid that I'll most definitely have to disagree with you on that point, my dear sweet child. In fact; I dare say that you both need me to come along on this mission of yours more than you both initially know…" said Lynx-O in reply, which, most definitely, attracted the collective attention of both Lion-O and Pumyra "For you see, while I may not have been able to actually see the RatStar's initial construction, I was still able to hear quite a few interesting secrets about it, like how to get on the inside without being detected as an excellent example…"

"Oh really, well then, how about the secret about how we can take the whole thing down altogether, hmm, General Lynx-O…?" said Lion-O, still a little unsure of the blind old Lynx

Lynx-O let out an exasperated sigh after that, right before he replied with-

"There is a way to do that as well, but, I will give you this one fair warning, Lion-O; it is a very slim chance, to be certain, and I can't guarantee you that you will live long enough to make it happen either…."

"Well then, we'll take that chance then, won't we…?" said Lion-O with determination in his voice "…Get on the flying machine, General…"

Now, this, of course, left the young Pumyra feeling mildly shocked about all that was currently happening, as the next words to come out of her mouth were-

"What, L-Lion-O y-y-you can't be…"

"There's no time left for us to argue about this point any further right now, Pumyra…!" Said Lion-O in response "Now hurry up and get on, because, in case you have already forgotten; we still have a very large RatStar that we really need to catch up to at the moment and a very dangerous Rat army that's currently flying right on board it that we still need to stop…!"

And then, once all of that was finally said and heard, we are then shown that our dear young friend, Lion-O, was actually starting to lower the flying machine down ever so slightly, so that both Lynx-O and Pumyra could actually climb right up onto it via the two different sides of it, with Pumyra on the right side and Lynx-O on the left. Then, once all of that finally taken care of, Lion-O soon started to look directly right at the Berbils and then said-

"Wait here and stay hidden for now, you guys, because I promise that we'll be back as soon as we can to take you all back home to your original villages, every single one of you…"

"Good luck, Thundercats" said Berbil #1, right before Lion-O immediately gave his response to that in the form of a simple nod with a small smile to go right along with it.

Then, soon right afterwards, he immediately began to pilot the new flying vehicle further up off of the initial ground and, eventually, he had it flying up far off into the sky, with both Lynx-O and Pumyra currently crouching down upon both the right and left sides of it while all of this was actually happening.

(Commercial Break)

Pretty soon, in practically no time at all, the three humanoid Cats were all able to, eventually, come within the general proximity of the Ratstar itself; which was, surprisingly, making very good time, despite its initially massive-looking size and its general bulky-looking design and build. And then, just when the Thundercats were all able to get in even closer to the giant airship, Lion-O was finally within the mind to actually break the silence by saying-

"Well, all right then, General, considering just how close that we're all starting to get to this giant Ratstar thing of yours at this point, I would say that now would be a pretty good time for you to start letting the rest of us in on this little plan of yours to get us all inside, wouldn't you agree?"

Now, of course, Lion-O was expecting an immediate response to this particular comment of his. But, instead, when he and Pumyra both looked directly at Lynx-O's initial position, they both saw that the old Lynx was still in his crouching down position on the flying vehicle and was still maintaining his initial silence. His eyes were not even open at this particular moment in time and he looked as if he was currently fast asleep.

"Uh, General…?" said the young Lion with a hint of confusion heard within his voice

It was at this point that both Lion-O and Pumyra actually took notice of the almost twitchy-esque movement of Lynx-O's long and pointed ears. He was clearly listening for something with a great deal of effort and concentration.

"Just as I suspected…" said the old blind Lynx, upon finally breaking his silence with a modest smile, after giving out a mild chuckle first "…with all of that loud clinking and clanking and banging that's currently happening all across the Ratstar's metal surface right about now, I believe that it would be a pretty safe bet to say that the Rats never fully finished up sealing the warship's hull before they actually launched it up right into the skies (chuckles again) a rather reckless move for them all to make, if I do say so myself, hahahahaha…"

"Seriously, Lynx-O, did you honestly believe that we would need a blind old Cat to help us figure that one out, out of all things?" said Pumyra, after sighing, while Lion-O just looked on at her with a concerned glancing look on her face "I mean, come on now, General; there are practically dozens upon dozens of those empty spots found all across that massive… thing of yours, why, anyone with eyes could have told us that it wasn't completely armored all around in practically no time at all…!"

"Hmm, perhaps, but could anyone with eyes have told you that there was a particularly large hull breach found just behind the left wing?" said Lynx-O "One that is not only large enough for us all to fly right through, without any trouble, but, more importantly, is in a complete blind spot, which will allow us all to be able to fly right inside of the RatStar, completely undetected…?"

Now, Pumyra was not entirely accepting of this initial answer and this was only confirmed even more so when she actually responded with-

"I've got both of my eyes locked onto you right now, General, and I can assure you that they are not very friendly-looking eyes at this particular moment…"

"Hmm, oh, really…? Well then, I guess that I'll just have to try and take your word for that one, my dear sweet she-cat, and at least try to fake being intimidated by it, if nothing else, hahaha…" said Lynx-O with a smile

(No doubt, this was meant to be a reference to him being blind and therefore unable to see that Pumyra was glaring at him)

This, of course, made Pumyra scowl directly right at him upon hearing all of this, but, the young king, Lion-O, simply spent the next few seconds or so right afterwards only rolling his eyes in an "Oh brother" type of manner, right before he soon promptly took the old blind Lynx's initial advice and headed right towards the Ratstar's left wing. And, just like what old Lynx-O had already said, there was indeed a vacant breach found within the hull, large enough for them all to fly right into, which, of course, they all did, with very little trouble involved, I am also inclined to add as well.

We then cut back to the Ratstar's bridge, where we see that the old Ratar-O was currently standing up right in front of his chair while the rest of his crew continued to man the controls. And this was because Ratar-O was clearly aggravated about something, and it was made all the more apparent by the way that he crossed his arms and tapped his fingers in a very fidgety way.

"Haven't you dolts been able to find a suitable target for us yet?" is what the rodent warlord said, finally breaking the silence "I am practically itching to do some real true damage somewhere and, so far, all we've been managing to find is simply more empty wilderness! Where are all of the cities and towns and villages, I ask you!? I didn't have this thing built just for the sake of show, you know!"

"Oh, we know that, O' great Ratar-O, sir, and we're very, very sorry about all of this, but, there just don't seem to be that many populated areas found within our general area at this particular moment, o' sire" said one of the Rat crew members

"Y-yes, sir, I mean, uh, d-do try to remember that you did tell us to go out and find the most remote and abandoned looking area that we could find, so that we could begin work on this massive warship without interference, uh, sire, which is, uh, exactly what we ended up doing, um, m-m-my lord" said another Rat soldier

Now, of course, Ratar-O was not entirely that accepting of this particular answer, but, just when it looked like he was going to do something out of anger, his scowl turned into a sigh of exasperation as he sat back down into his chair and said-

"Had I known that telling you lot to do so would have meant that I would be waiting this long to actually use this accursed warship, then I would have just told you to construct it within the junkyards outside of Dog City. Hmph, at least then we would have had a much more suitably populated target to hit and it would've saved me a whole lot of trouble in the grand scheme of things, as well"

"Yeah and it would have saved us a whole lot of trouble in the long run too…" said the first Rat soldier as he whispered to the second "…seeing as we're the ones who risked our tails to get the material from that Soul Sever guy and then had to lug it all the way out here, to boot"

"What was that, soldier?" said Ratar-O, in the tone that suggests that he heard them

"Oh, uh, nothing, nothing, sir, uh, haha, uh, nothing…" said the first Rat soldier, upon realizing that he had been found out. He even gave nervous chuckle while the other Rat just smiled with much chagrin.

Ratar-O's facial expression implied that he was not buying any of this, but that didn't stop the other Rat from saying-

"Um-uh-err, uh, anyway, sir, um-uh, since it is taking us this long to actually reach a far more populated area, um-uh, p-perhaps we could try to satisfy your itchy trigger fingers right about now by blasting upon some open and empty area in the wild, as a practice run for the future, if, uh, n-nothing else, hmm"

"Hmm, well I suppose that that would make for some good rehearsal for when the actual campaigns start to begin" said Ratar-O as he stroked his mustache "Very well, pick me out a nice little target for this, gentlemen: something big and something that I can… leave my mark upon"

And with that, the entire rodent crew all then began to fiddle around with their individual consoles, with the old Rat leader himself simply eagerly awaiting for them all to finish from the comfort of his very own command chair.

Meanwhile, though, way back at the hidden breach within the hull, which was located just behind the Ratstar's very own left wing, we are shown that the Tcats had already landed their flying vehicle on the inside of the massive warship and were already starting to make their way even further into the enormous flying vessel. Lynx-O was, at the moment, the one placed up in the lead, for the time being, and he was most definitely on high alert for anything and everything suspicious looking during this time, as were both Lion-O and Pumyra, as well. Eventually, though, the group arrived at a doorway, and while Lynx-O attempted to open it with the password console, Pumyra took the opportunity to look back at the Cats' new vehicle and say-

"Ya know, Lion-O, we never did get around to naming that fancy new vehicle of ours; um, what should we call it from now on anyways, hmm?"

"Mmm, well, I was hoping to wait until after the other Thundercats got the chance to see it before we decided on a real name" said Lion-O "But, me personally; I was leaning more towards the "Hovercat""

"Hmm, catchy" said Lynx-O, rather sarcastically, right before he finished punching in the last of the code that, at last, made the doors slide wide open, right away

"Oh, and I suppose that you have a better name in mind, O' great and wise General Lynx-O, hmm?" said Lion-O as the doors finally finished up opening wide, right in front of the three of them

The feline trio then made their way right through the opened doorway right after that, but that still didn't stop Lynx-O from replying with-

"Mmm, nope, no-no-nope, none that I can think of off hand, really, hm, nope. But then again, that is probably because of the fact I have never really been one to put that much stock into such simple frivolities and minor interests before. I mean, I am, after all, just a simple and hard-working, hardened soldier from the Royal Thunderian Army, you see, not some highly privileged Royal feline from out of the Royal palace, like some other people that I could mention."

Now, of course, Lion-O could, quite easily, tell that that last comment was quite clearly directed right towards him and, thus, his only response to it was-

"Um-uh, excuse me, General, but, uh, what exactly is that supposed to…?"

-which was being said with an annoyed and defensive tone, by the by

However, just before the young Lion could actually finish that angry statement of his, the ever alert Lynx-O was very quick to hold up just one of his reddish-colored hands right in front of the young monarch, thus gesturing him to stop and be quite, right before he started to say-

"Hold, (starts sniffing the air) I am almost certain that I have smelled this particular scent from somewhere else before" is what he said, right before he started to sniff some more "Yes, yes, I am quite positive that I have indeed smelled this scent from somewhere before, (sniffs one more time) we are undoubtedly heading in the right direction right about now, which leads right to where we need to go, to be certain"

"Oh, really?" asked Pumyra as she crossed her arms

"(Sniffs the air again) yes, because (sniffs), unless I am mistaken, there should be a-(sniffs)—small built staircase at the end of this very same corridor…" said Lynx-O "…which should (Sniffs some more) lead us straight to-(sniffs)-yet another, much smaller corridor and, (sniffs) on the other side of that, there should be a-(sniffs)-another intersection that should lead us straight to—(sniffs)-two very important places to be found on the Ratstar (sniffs), yep, no doubt about it…"

"And, uh (clears his throat), you were able to figure all of that out just by sniffing around in the air like a hungry little Jackal pup looking for food, huh?" said Lion-O, as Lynx-O gave a mild facial expression of confusion "Right, of course you were"

"Follow me and stay close, the both of you, alright…?" said Lynx-O as he started to move yet again

"Whoa-whoa-whoa-whoa there, old timer, not so fast, okay…? First things first; I would like to know a little bit more about this little intersection of yours, if you don't mind me asking, General…" said Pumyra, as she and got in front of the blind Cat and blocked his path "Like, for example, what, exactly, is so important about these "important places" that you just spoke of, hmm?"

Lynx-O managed to slip right passed Pumyra during that last part, and right after he did do so, he replied with-

"Well, in your case, my 'dear sweet Pumyra', the corridor on the right side is important because it actually leads one directly to where the Ratstar safely houses its main source of power and energy. And, since you did both, after all, just recently, tell me that you both wanted to bring down this whole entire airship as a complete whole, well, I would say that the best way to go about doing that would be to simply take out that one small part of it, would you not agree…?"

"Hmm, well, okay, fair enough, General; but, um, what about the left side, hmm? Where, exactly, does that one side lead to, eh, General, hmmm?" said Lion-O

"Hmph, that is the path that I really need to take, and that's about all that the two of you really need to know about the subject, period" said Lynx-O, almost defiantly

However, a mere few seconds afterwards, the blinded old Lynx suddenly felt a strong tug on his left arm and he could easily tell that it was Lion-O who was the one behind it.

"You'll understand why I can't really accept that type of answer, right, General?" is was the young Lord of the Thundercats said

"Do you really believe that we have the time for this sort of thing, Lion-O?" said Lynx-O after scoffing just a little bit

"Oh, we can make time for it, Old Man, so, start talking, now…" replied Lion-O while giving his "no joke" face

"(Sighs) well then, I suppose that I shouldn't be all that surprised that we can take a break from just about everything just because you were the one who told us that we could, your royal highness…" said Lynx-O "I mean, after all, you are the almighty and all-powerful Lion here, are you not? While I ...I, on the other hand, am just a simple common Lynx soldier, who's only real purpose is to obey your every single ridiculous command and whim…"

"Okay, there you go again, Lynx-O, um, what, exactly, is that supposed to mean precisely, hmm?" said Lion-O in a frustrated tone "Because if you have a complaint with me, then, please, by all means, feel free to simply let me know right now…!"

"Oh-oh, you really want to know what the problem is, do you, your majesty? Well, then, fine …" replied Lynx-O, in an almost angry tone "For as long as I or anyone else on Third Earth could remember, the Lion Clan: your clan; has always been the most privileged of all the Cat species and all the other animals in general, as well. Why, you're always the ones who are wielding the most power, you're always the ones who get to decide what actions are going to be taken by others, and, while the rest of us have had to work our hardened little fingers to the bone to get the things that we want in this life, the only thing that you and your fellow Lions have ever had to do in that regard is simply snap your own royal fingers and suddenly, whatever you want is brought right to you, at your pampered, royal feet!"

Lion-O was visibly annoyed after all of hearing this, but Lynx-o continued his ranting, regardless-

"Well, I for one have actually grown tired of having to deal with that all of time, your majesty, and considering that I was once a leading member of the very same army that had once served you and your clan in the past; that should really be telling you something, my king. Why, even the initial fall of all of Thundera did very little to change your species initial luck. Your entire empire has been reduced to rubble, and yet, somehow, at least one Lion has managed to stay alive and is still be worshipped by any and all of the other surviving Cats as a result of that! Ha, your kind has always had it far too easy, O' great King Lion-O, hehe, far too easy indeed…"

Now, while Lynx-O was just about ready to get back to doing what he was doing before all of that was initial started, he was, suddenly, able to feel himself being, once again, pulled onto him by Lion-O, only, this time around, it was by his armored shoulder. And this time around, he could actually hear Lion-O's very ferocious-sounding growling right before he did so and right before he angrily said to the General-

"Okay then, that's it!"

-apparently, the old blind Lynx had just hit a new nerve within the young Lord of the Thundercats.

Lion-O immediately made Lynx-O turn around so that he could face the young Lion directly—

(Again, kind of pointless, seeing as he's blind)

- And then said-

"Now, you listen to me right now, okay, General Lynx-O; you might think that being a Lion means having to live in the lap of luxury all of the time, you might think that it means getting whatever you want, whenever you want it. But let me tell you; it has only brought me nothing but complete and total misery! From the moment that I was first brought into this world, every Cat in Thundera was expecting me to be the perfect King, and, for a while, I really did want to live up to all of those expectations, it was my family legacy, I had no choice. But, no matter how I worked, no matter how hard I tried, it just wasn't good enough… for anyone. Not for my Father, not for my "perfect" brother, and definitely not for the rest of the people of Thundera. No, to them, Tygra was always the better choice to be King, and that, on its own, was enough to make me just throw up my paws and say "I give up", there was just no real point to any of it anymore, there never was! (Chuckles) but, surprise-surprise; that only turned out to be yet another huge mistake, because it only ended up making the general public believe that I was lazy and irresponsible, and it certainly didn't help things along when I actually showed a pair of Lizards a sign of mercy, because, apparently, showing mercy to anyone but other Cats is considered a sign of weakness. A fact that both my Father and Tygra basically rubbed in my face during the original fall of Thundera and even with my empire in complete ruins, even when I'm only surrounded by a small number of Cats, I am still made to continuously hurt and to suffer! Because, now, not only do I have to deal with a group of five other Cats who are always constantly questioning my every single word, decision and action every single chance that they get, but, so far, I've also had to find the Book of Omens, lead the other Cats to the fabled Stones of power, avoid the Lizard Army at every turn, deal with my very own brother attacking me and knocking me into a well, and to top it all off, I also had to watch the girl that I had a crush on reveal herself to have feelings for another! But, heaven forbid that that misunderstanding could be anyone else's fault but mine, so, of course, I had to be the only who felt like a misled fool who just got left high and dry. Not that anyone cared about that, mind you, and, just when it felt like a near-death experience was just the thing that I needed to get reinvigorated, I soon found myself crossing paths with a certain female Cat refugee in need. I wanted to stop and help her, but what did I get in return? Endless insults, a savage beating and her blaming me for every single bad thing that has happened to her already. Never mind the fact that I was basically out there trying to keep an ultimate evil away from ultimate power. Still, though, I did still feel a certain responsibility for this particular refugee and her fellow Cat slaves, so, I decided to take some time out of my mission to help them, and just when it seemed like doing so was what allowed me to finally win the respect, and possible affection, of my Cat refugee, it turned out that I was being misled once again, and it cost me dearly. Not that anyone cared about that either, mind you. So, tell me, General Lynx-O, tell me, does any of that sound like the type of thing that a Cat living in the lap of Luxury would have to deal with, be put through, be forced to endure, hmm, does it, hmm…?!"

Now, when Lion-O was, at last, able to finally start breathing again, after making such a very long speech, the old blind Lynx-O was left to, essentially, just make a facial expression of deep yet relative shock as an expected result of all that he had just recently heard. But, as for our dear sweet Pumyra; well, she was, currently, just backed away from the emotional Lion-O ever so slightly by this point in time, with a look of surprise and uneasiness placed across her feline face as an apparent result of his little speech.

"L-Lion-O, I…d-didn't know, I…" said Lynx-O with an obvious sense of remorse over what he said earlier

But Lion-O didn't seem to pay that much attention to this hint of sincerity and it showed in the way that he replied with-

"No… no, you didn't, so let's all just keep on moving for now, before we all get ourselves caught again, alright…?"

-which was said in an almost angry sounding, and yet, still half depressed sounding, type of tone in voice

However, once all of that was finally said and heard amongst this particular group of felines, the three Thundercats all then began to proceed to head down the long corridor that was just right in front of them at this very moment. But what they didn't notice, however, was the fact that they were all being observed by what resembled a small mechanical eyeball with a red pupil. It seemed like a very superfluous-looking type of mechanism at first, but, the sound that it was making whilst it was focusing in on the three ThunderCats implied that it was the equivalent of a modern day brand of security camera. And the fact that it was showing what it was seeing on a small video viewing screen installed onto a console on the bridge only fully supported that very same comparison. The Rat sitting at that very same console, of course, ended up noticing this and then tried to tell Ratar-O-

"Um-uh, R-R-Ratar-O, sir, I t-t-think that you might want to come see…"

But before the rodent soldier could finish that statement, Ratar-O rudely interrupted by saying-

"Quiet, you miserable soldier, can you not see that I am currently waiting for something very important right about now?"

"B-b-but, sire, I-I-I really think that you should come and see this, it-it-it seems very important in its own way…" the Rat soldier continued before being cut off by Ratar-O again

"Did you not hear me the first time, you worthless worm…? I said; be quiet, now…!"

The Rat soldier then decided hold his tongue after hearing all of that, and while he was just sitting there within his own personal chair, Ratar-O just looked towards his other Rat soldiers and then sighed before saying-

"Why has it, suddenly, become so hard for you fools to find me a simple, yet, at the same time, very suitably empty place, for us to fire upon, hmm? I am quite literally becoming more impatient with this with each passing second and, I can assure you, I was never all that very good at waiting for things very patiently to begin with either…!"

"Well then, be forced to wait on us and our long and arduous, hard work for you no longer, my great lord and liege. Because I think that I might have just found us a perfect spot for you test out the Ratstar's amazing and advanced weaponry, O' Sire" said one Rat as he typed onto the keyboard of his console, which allowed him to display a particular image on the bridge's main monitor screen

It was a nearby mountain range, to be precise, and while it was indeed a fascinating sight to behold, to be certain, there was nothing all that significant about it. Although, that still did not stop Ratar-O from saying-

"Hmm, hm, it will due, for now…"

And then, just like that, the very corpulent-looking rodent warlord almost immediately began to get up from out of his comfortable-looking command chair, and then, he, gradually, began walk straight up to where the part of the Bridge that had what looked like a viewing glass on a microscope, was currently located, all so that bring out his two incredibly powerful magic Rat's Eye daggers. He then placed them both right up over where the initial "eye piece" was located and then, when the two daggers were both starting to glow in their usual type of blue-colored magical aura, they both then fired out their usual blast of blue-colored, lethal, magical energy, right into what appeared to be the viewing glass. Then we cut right back, almost immediately, to the initial outside of the Ratstar, particularly the very front of the warship, which looked like a very angry-looking rat's head, by the by, just so that we could see that the rat's head was actually starting to glow bright blue in both its two massive eyes and its enormous and opened up mouth. Until, finally, it fired out a magnified version of Ratar-O's energy blast, right out of its enormously artificial rodent's mouth, which, swiftly made its way towards the mountain range and, ultimately, reduced it to pebbles within a mere few seconds. This made Ratar-O quite happy, since he was currently watching the whole thing from the bridge's main monitor; very happy indeed, I can assure you.

But, then, we immediately cut right back to the internal corridor where our dear young friend, Lion-O, and the others were all currently located. And while they were all, at this, both swiftly, and yet carefully, walking down this very same internal corridor, they all managed to both heard and feel a faint rumbling that was suddenly happening all around them.

"W-w-what was that?" asked Pumyra

"Hmm, I'm not sure" said Lynx-O "But, if I had to guess, I would say that that was the result of the Ratstar being used to its true destructive potential…"

Now, this, of course, made both Lion-O and Pumyra look incredibly uncomfortable, and that was only further illustrated by the fact that, when Lion-O actually got a quick close-up of his face, he actually started saying-

"Well then, if that's the case, then, we had better hurry up and get things started on this horrible metal monster and fast…"

(Commercial Break)

It was, roughly, about at this particular moment in time when we are shown a complete external view of the Ratstar itself, which was still, currently, maintaining its initial position, way up high up in the sky, as the once mighty mountain range that was once standing right in front of it was still, currently, smoking after being blasted into oblivion by the warship's truly raw and destructive brand of energy-based power. And, once Ratar-O had finally removed his two magical daggers from the viewing glass, right afterwards, he could only just start chuckling whilst he was also saying-

"Marvelous, simply-simply marvelous; an excellent display of true unbridled power, if I do say so myself"

"Yeah, and-and just think, Ratar-O, sire, with this kind of firepower, all you'll ever have to do is simply fire an ordinary warning shot at a populated area, and the locals will all quickly get the message, right then and there, both loud and clear" said an excitable Rat soldier who was found among the ranks up on the bridge

"Yes and that message will, of course, be; "Surrender everything you have to me or be blown away like mere dust in the wind"" replied Ratar-O, right before he chuckled wickedly "Part of me almost even wishes that the child King of the Thundercats was here to witness this; my greatest triumph over all who would dare oppose me (chuckles yet again)"

"Um-uh, yeah, hahaha, um, it's, um-uh, funny that you should mention that, specifically, O' great Ratar-O, sire…" said the Rat soldier from before "B-because, um-uh, hehe, um, r-r-remember that thing that I was just trying to tell you about a mere short time ago, right before the initial test fire, that is, just now, uh, hehehehehe…?"

It was right about at this point in time that the newly intrigued and concerned Ratar-O actually began to make his way over to where this particular Rat soldier was currently stationed. And once he was finally able to get himself over there, the rodent soldier quickly directed his leader's attention right towards the console monitor that he had at his station, which showed him, specifically, the sight of the young Lion-O, Pumyra and Lynx-O all heading down a short staircase and making their way right towards yet another corridor.

"W-w-what, b-but, how…?" said Ratar-O in complete shock "T-t-the Cats; how did they; where did they…? (Sighs exasperatedly) oh, just never mind it all, it doesn't really matter all that much now in the slightest at any rate. (Clears his throat just a little bit) you four and you four, come with me, now, and bring all of your own personal weapons, as well, we'll be needing them all soon enough. For it appears that we'll have to deal with a certain little problem on my precious RatStar and deal with it in the old fashioned way (snickers just a little bit, while his troops all stood at attention). The rest of you; I order you all to simply remain at your stations until I return to this bridge, do not fret, though, this won't take long…"

And with that, we are then made to, suddenly, cut right back to the three TCats, who were all now drawing ever the more closer to the intersection, which Lynx-O had mentioned to them a mere short time ago. Plus, once they were all only just a few steps away from it, Lion-O actually to the time to verbally say-

"Well, how about that, Pumyra, the blind old Lynx actually managed to get us both right to the intersection after all"

"Huh, so he did, my King, haha, so he did" said Pumyra "But, of course, now that we're all finally here, I'm going to assume that this is where we part company with our dear blind old General, yes…?"

"Mmm, well, it's probably for the best, though, when you think about, Pumyra. I mean, after all; I'm sure that this "hard-working common soldier" here is quite eager to leave my particular presence, seeing as I'm such a "high class and overly-privileged royal" and all that, ya know…?" said Lion-O, in his attempts to, quite obviously, throw Lynx-O's very own words from earlier right back at him

And, you know what the weird and yet still funny part of it all was? It actually ended working; because, right after Lion-O had already said all of this, the old Lynx-O actually began sigh just a little bit and said-

"Well, I suppose that I truly did deserve to hear that one, to be quite frank, among other things, to be perfectly honest. (Clears his throat after sighing one more time) listen to me, King Lion-O, sir; I am truly, very sorry about all of those horrible things that I said to you before. I guess I was just trying to vent out some of my very own anger and selfishness at the time, and you had every right to call me out on it, like you did. (Sighs) I suppose that, when you come right down to it, I just haven't been myself since the fall of Thundera"

"W-why, w-w-what happened to you back then?" asked Lion-O as his look of annoyance and mild smugness turned into a look of mild concern

"Well, to be perfectly frank, it was pretty much the exact same thing that happened to just about every single other Cat soldier who was present on that truly dreadful day. Or at least, that was the way that things were starting out to look at first, at any rate anyways…" replied Lynx-O after sighing just a little bit for yet another time in a row

It was at this point that we are suddenly treated to yet another flashback sequence, one that takes us right back to the fall of Thundera, and this one begins right at a very familiar scene from the Pilot episode: Lynx-O sounding the alarm for the initial attack. After that, we are then able to hear the blind Lynx speaking from o.c. while the flashback continued to play unmolested-

"For you see, much like nearly every single other Cat soldier who was present during that truly terrible siege, I too was also preparing myself for a fierce battle against the enemy's forces…"

Now, it was, of course, during that last part of the sentence that we are, apparently, shown the sight of the Lynx-O of the past actually preparing himself for battle against the Lizard army by grabbing both a shield and a spear. Right before he then began to run out onto the battlefield himself in order to join the fighting against the numerous members of the Lizards' invading military force, some time before the latter group originally began to reveal their hidden heavy artillery, keep in mind.

"…and, also much like nearly every single other Cat soldier who was out there with me, out on the battlefield; I too was also prepared to fight with just about every single ounce of strength that my ragged old body was actually able to muster…"

However, it was just after a mere few seconds or so that we are then able to see that the Past Lynx-O ear's were actually starting to wiggle, which was indicative that he was just starting to hear something at this point. He then began to look up right into the sky (again, kind of pointless) and was just in time in doing so for the Lizards army's very first missile to slice right through the air.

"…But, unfortunately, though, much like nearly every single other Cat soldier who was present on that truly dreadful day; I too was caught off guard, completely, by the most timely arrival of the Lizard army's brand new technology, or more specifically; their brand new choice of lethal weaponry and deadly machinery…"

It was only after that very last part was heard that we are then able to see that the Lynx-O of the past was currently hearing the loud sounds of a massive Lizard Warbot fast approaching his current location, which was actually more than enough to prompt him to physically turn around in order to face it (again, kind of pointless). Then, right before he began to hear the sounds of the massive war machine's weapons actually charging up; he then soon began to instruct a small group of Thunderian troops to get out of the way and range of this machine before it fired. And then, once they were all able to dodge the blast and then, get back up so they could regroup, they saw that there was a band of Lizard troops who were fast approaching them, armed to the teeth, and this time, they were all carrying their blaster rifles. Past Lynx-O was then very quick to give the order to attack this battalion at this point, and while he did do so, Present Day Lynx-O could be heard saying-

"And yet, despite of all of that and the odds that were then stacked up against my fellow felines and myself; I was still just as ready as ever to lead my men into fierce combat against the enemy invaders, regardless of what we were all then up against at that truly desperate of times. However, in the end, though, it was, ultimately, those very same odds that made our defeat truly inevitable"

Now, as per what the old Lynx had just recently said; we are then shown that his past self was just ferociously attacking the Lizard troops with his own feline soldiers. But, one by one, the other feline troops were all brought down to ground with screams of agony, all by the means of a few simple direct blasts fired from the laser rifles. And pretty soon, the Past Lynx-O suddenly found himself knocked down to the ground, as well, and surrounded by dozens of the Lizard Army's soldiers. This made him growl for a few seconds or so, right before we then cut to him being handcuffed along with the rest of the surviving Cats and placed onto a Lizard Army hovercraft.

"In mere seconds; I went from being a Cat general to being a Cat slave, and, pretty soon; I was already up for display at the nearest slavery auction, ready to be sold off to the highest bidder there. And while the rest of my feline brethren were all sold off to the likes of the Rats, I, myself, was sold off to one strange-looking gentleman in particular, one who, apparently, specialized in both hunting and collecting, in that exact same specific order…"

It was at this particular moment in time that we are then able to see that the Past Lynx-O was actually being sold off to none other than the infamous Conquedor, who was actually able to pay for the old blinded Lynx, officially, via a large bag filled to the brim with several solid gold coins. Then, the scene almost immediately shifts straight to the sight of the old Conquedor himself, as he was actually chasing after a very strange looking type of creature in the forest, which he eventually captures, via a futuristic-type of looking sort of bolas. And as the creature struggled to get free, Conquedor approached it on foot while someone behind him walked up to his side while carrying various weapons and assorted equipment. It was Lynx-O, of course, the Past Lynx-O, who was holding all of this stuff, naturally, and while old Conquedor was actually reaching his hand into the pile that he was carrying and pulled out a spear-like weapon like a golfer who pulls out a club from the bag held by his caddy, Present day Lynx-O could, of course, be heard saying-

"Now, at first, I was only required to serve as a good pair of legs and a strong back to carry all of his assorted weapons and equipment…"

Suddenly, though, Past Lynx-O's ears soon both then began to twitch, as he began hearing something that was rustling in a nearby hedge. The blind old Lynx then soon immediately dropped everything that he was carrying at that point, except for a medium-sized battleaxe-like weapon, which he soon swiftly threw at the rustling hedges.

"…But, in no time at all, my new "master" soon began to find some real merit in someone with my unique talents and abilities…"

Now, when the Past Lynx-O actually threw that axe-like weapon, it soon flushed out what looked like a very savage-looking type of animal, and that left Conquedor a little bit surprised to say the absolute least. So much so, that he did not even mind it when the Past Lynx-O actually snatched away his spear weapon and then used it to charge the beast with much vicious enthusiasm. We are not exactly shown what happened in the next few seconds in clear detail, of course, but the sound effects that could be heard would most definitely imply that the blind Lynx actually ended the creature without delay. This made old Conquedor stroke his armor-covered chin in very sincere intrigue as an almost immediate result of it all, you see, and that was not an easy task to accomplish, I can assure you.

"…and thus, he soon began to make good use of them for his own form of business and income…"

We are then soon made to cut right to a scene where we see that the old Conquedor himself was actually chasing after a small group of Wollos on the inside of a canyon. But, just before this chase could truly drag on for any amount of time longer, it was soon cut short by the fact that the Wollo group finally found itself near a dark cavern and thus ran right inside of it. Old Conquedor then soon halted his very large vehicle right at the very entrance of this very same cavern at that point and when he did, he just leaned back into his chair and put his big two hands together in a very patient manner. This is when we are suddenly given a far better look at the inside of this cavern in question and are soon shown that the Wollos' group was still looking particularly a wee bit nervous at this exact same moment in time. So much so, that they failed to even take notice of the fact there was a rather large-looking figure that was lurking right behind them in the shadows. It was, of course, the Past Lynx-O who was doing all of this lurking, but, the Wollos did not really take notice of that one for themselves until they were all actually picked off, one by one, by the exact same aforementioned Cat in question. Past Lynx-O then immediately presented the captured Wollos to Conquedor in chains, which made the armored villain more than pleased enough to give him a nod of the "well done" type of manner. We then see old Conquedor actually selling these captured Wollos to a pair of Trollogs, who pay him very handsomely with a rather large bag of gold coins and jewels. We are then shown that the now far wealthier Conquedor himself was actually giving the Past Lynx-O a modest handful of his gold at this point within the flashback. And, while it all only appeared to be a small portion of Conquedor's personal share of the take, the old blinded Lynx was still quite visibly happy about it all, as he proceeded to run his fingers through this modest pile of shiny golden coins. It was during all of this the Present Day Lynx-O's voice could be heard while he was saying-

"I was then soon made his honorary assistant in the hunting down and capturing of various candidates for the Slave trade market, and, in return for all of my services to him, not only did my former master agree to grant me my freedom as my reward, but, he also agreed to grant me a small portion of his initial core profits from all of the slaves that we delivered and sold, which was something that I knew all too well that I was going to need if I was ever going to survive out there in this big wide open world of ours. So I continued to do this new job of mine for quite some time then afterwards, a few days or so, to be exact, if my counting was correct. However, once I had finally accomplished my initial goal of accumulating a moderate and yet still quite sufficient amount of gold and jewels, I was then soon, at last, free to be able to strike out there, all on my own, and with me came the brand new realization that I had just learned a brand new trade with which I could use to survive out there, all by my own lonesome self…"

It was well-during that last bit of narrating dialogue that we are then shown that the Past Lynx-O was actually starting to pack up his modest selection of bags. All so that he could then begin to take his leave of the old hunter, Conquedor, who was then currently being shown to be marching a group of captured Bolkins, all while the old Past Lynx-O himself was actively trying to make his way towards a completely different direction entirely. We are then even shown a brief portion of the flashback's scenes where the old Past Lynx-O himself was actually walking straight towards the apparent camera. And this allowed us the chance to get a nice close up of his face as he continued to keep on walking, just right before we are then given a quick scene transition with some present day Lynx-O dialogue to go right along with it.

"For you see, it was only in a mere short amount of time that I was then soon in need of some more career opportunities and thus, I soon began to find work as the occasional hired mercenary and/or bounty hunter. And, with the help of my varied and unique set of skills, talents and abilities, as well as my previous Royal military training, I was always able to carry out just about every single task and assignment that I was given, right down to the letter, which resulted in me being paid quite handsomely, both time and time again. Now, at first, I was only just trying to be the exact same type of tough survivor that the Lynx clans were all well-known to produce, both time and time again, and, because of that, I was willing to take on just about any task that I was given, regardless of who was going to be hurt by it all in the process. However, as time went on, I soon began to find myself longing for my old position as an army general, presumably because I was truly starting to miss having that type of power at my finger tips, as well as having so many faithful and strong Cat soldiers at my loyal command. In fact, it was precisely because of that very same factor about myself that I was willing to allow myself to be dragged into this particularly dreadful situation in the first place; in the employ of that truly awful and terribly wretched vermin warlord, that… (chuckles) well, I can probably assume that you two of all people can probably both guess just who I am referring to right about now…"

Now, this entire part of the flashback was illustrated quite perfectly, in terms of visuals, right down to the part where old Lynx-O himself was actually able to first meet up with old Ratar-O himself. However, it was right after that particular part of the flashback was shown that we are then soon brought straight back to the present day, which is where we are then able to see that the Present day Lynx-O was looking particular melancholy at this point. This was only further illustrated by the way that he continued on to say the following statement-

"It was a rather simple type of an arrangement that the two of us made back then, really. For you see; he required a good, strong Second-in-Command in order to help him to restore his old vermin horde back to its original former glory and all that rot, and I; well, I required just about any sort of real army of any kind at all in order to feel like I was a real proper army general of any type again. And thus, it truly did seem like this was the type of choice that I would not end up regretting in the absolute long run, all things considered…"

Now then, the young duo consisting of both Lion-O and Pumyra were both still shown to be listening quite profusely to the old Lynx-O's little tale. But, at this particular moment in time, they were both not really all that certain about what to make of it all as whole, to be perfectly honest. Not that that really stopped the old blind Lynx from actually carrying on with his words a mere few seconds afterwards, mind you, right after he then let out a brief sigh and this time around, it was all being said by him in a very melancholy type of voice-

"But, regret it I did…and it was not just because of that old fool, Ratar-O, either, mind you. Oh, no-no-no-no-no-no-no, this was actually because of something that had happened a very, very, very long time ago, prior to me ever being within that loathsome rodent's terrible employ, I can assure you of that. For you see, it all began when I heard…"

But, before the old Lynx-O could actually start to finish up with this particular little explanation of his, he and the other two Thundercats with him were all very quick to hear someone with a very familiar sounding voice actually say-

"Aww, and here I thought that you and I were just starting to become a great deal closer, my dear old General Lynx-O…"

And with that, the three humanoid felines were all then very quick to take notice of the fact that the old Rodent-themed warlord himself, Ratar-O, was now currently present within the exact same room as them. Along with a total of exactly eight of his heavily armed to the teeth rodent soldiers, as I should probably be adding as well, much to the Cats' initial collective shock. However, though, that still did not stop old Ratar-O from merely continuing on to say the following words after he approached the three Thunderian warriors-

-(Now, this actually implies that the very same corridor that they were all using, the one that was found right on the left side of the hallway intersection, was actually one that leads directly towards the RatStar's initial command bridge, which actually makes the reasoning behind old Lynx-O's desire to go off in that exact same direction a whole lot more clear to understand, all things considered)-

"I mean, here I was; about ready to, at least, 'consider' feeling guilty about the whole cargo bay dropping mishap and all that, and then, I find out that this is what I am actually being given in return for it all in the final accounting? An actual rebellion and betrayal from within my very own army of all things, I mean, really now, my dear old Cat General, where is the loyalty in all of this, I ask you? (Sighs) but, oh well, I suppose that I really shouldn't be all that surprised by it, all things considered. I mean, after all, my dear old General Lynx-O; you are still just a Cat before anything else, I am sorry to say, and that, in my book, my dear old feline friend, is actually more than enough to make you two very important things in my eyes, no doubt about it (clears his throat); Number One: a very untrustworthy breed of soldier, and, Number Two:…a very expendable breed of one as well…"

Now then, it was, in fact, during this initially short piece of villainous dialogue that we were then all allowed to see just what our three fearsome feline warriors were all up to during this point; which was, of course, quite simply the three of them all attempting to prepare themselves for an up and coming and intense battle with their numerous and ferocious vermin horde adversaries. But, it was only just right after the old Ratar-O himself was finally able to actually finish up with this little speech of his that the real first aggressive blow of this fight was actually fired out. And that one single blast was, of course, a very large and brightly blue-colored blast of mystical energy fired from straight out of the two mystical Rat's Eye Daggers that the warlord was currently holding, and the three feline warriors were all then only just barely able to get out of its way just in the nick of time. And that, that right there was, in fact, the real true beginning of the actual fight sequence between the two sides proper. For you see; the exact same eight Rat soldiers that were all with Ratar-O when he first came in were, of course, all then very quick to start blasting out their high-tech blaster rifles directly at the three Cat warriors, and they, in turn, were all then very quick to start fighting back with the use of their very own unique and assorted talents, skills, styles, weapons and abilities. For example, the old General Lynx-O himself was, in fact, quite easily capable of holding up his own quite nicely whilst up against the fearsome Rodent soldiers and that was mostly because of the fact that he was just using his acute sense of hearing to know precisely when to attack and when to dodge, respectively, believe it or not.

However, it was only a matter of time before at least one of the eight Rat soldiers finally went a bit too far with this little fight of theirs and then actually brought out something that could only be described as the equivalent of a basic grenade with its initial type of both design and functionality within combat situations. For you see, once this one particular Rat soldier had finally brought out this one particularly small weapon of his out into the open, he then activated it with but a single press of a red button found right there, upon it, and then, he threw it right within a very short distance away from Lion-O and the others, which is when it finally detonated with a very large explosion being shown within the aftermath, much to the initial delight of the Rat that was responsible for it all. But, unfortunately for him, though, it did very little, in terms of actual damage, to be perfectly honest, save only for a few nasty scorch marks found here and there, right within the hallway, and it most certain did not accomplish its initial purpose of finishing off the TCats in any way, shape or form either. In fact, the only real thing that it actually did end up accomplishing, at least as far as the three Thunderian warriors were all concerned, was simply send the three Thunderians flying straight forward towards the precise right side doorway at the hallway intersection, the very same exact same one that both Lion-O and Pumyra were, in truth, both actually planning on heading right over towards anyways. And thus, once the three feline warriors were all then able to take notice of the fact that they were all now heading right towards where they all needed to be in order to bring down this whole entire airship as a complete whole, they almost immediately just began to make their way right towards what they were all told was the main power source for the whole entire RatStar, and, as an apparent result of, and consequence for, all of this; they, essentially, all just forgot about the eight Rat soldiers and their obese leader, right then and there, altogether.

But, unfortunately for them all, though, the old Rat, Ratar-O himself, was, in fact, quite capable of catching the whole entire sight of all of this as it all played out right then and there, right in front of him. And, what was even more so for this particular little situation was the mere fact that he was also actually quite capable of putting two and two together on it all, and thus was able to figure out just what Lion-O and the others were all planning to do right about now, and that terrified him most greatly, to say the absolute least. For you see, the very next two things that he ended up doing right after this little realization of his were to first simply scowl at the Rat soldier that was responsible for all of this very angrily and then to say to him—

"Ugh, you idiot, do you have any idea about what you have just done, you foolish incompetent excuse for a rodent soldier…?"

"Um-uh, n-no, actually, my lord, I, um-uh, have, uh, no idea about what I just did, um-uh, sire…um-uh-um…w-what exactly did I just do that was so bad, um, sir…?" asked the clearly still clueless Rat soldier in his initial confusion, much to the continued frustration of the old Rat, Ratar-O himself, who would then proceed on to face-palm himself as an almost immediate result of it all

But, that still did not stop him from continuing on to say the following statement-

"Ugh, never mind that for right now, you incompetent fool, just-just go after those three Cats for right now and stop them all, immediately, and that goes for the rest of you, all of you; after them, right now…!"

-right before he then began to lead all of his rodent troops right down the exact same hallway that Lion-O and others all took, and at a very fast pace, no less, as I should probably be adding to all of this as well.

However, it was right about at this point within the story that we are then soon made to cut straight back to the three Cats that were all now, currently, hurrying down the hallway at this time. For you see, they were all only just now able to reach the very end of the hallway at this particular moment in time, and, as a result of that, they were all, at last, able to reach the main room housing the main power source for the whole entire RatStar warship itself. Now then, this was, of course, a very impressive sight to behold, at least as far as both Lion-O and Pumyra were initially concerned about it, and it showed in the way that they both said—

"Whoa…"

-Right before Lion-O could actually say—

"I've…I-I-I've never actually ever really been able to see anything like this type of machinery before today, Pumyra, I mean, ever…"

-And right before Pumyra could actually reply with-

"It's…It-it-it's just so very breathtaking, th-that's what it is, Lion-O…it-it-it-it-it's all just so very-very-very-very-very breathtaking to say the absolute least…I…"

But, as far as the old blind Cat general, old Lynx-O himself, was currently concerned; well, since he was not actually able to be enthralled by the mere sight of this technological wonder of invention, his next move upon physically entering this main power source room was to feel around for the door's main control panel, and thus, find the switch that completely closed and locked the door before the Rats could all arrive. And then, once that matter was, at last, taken care of, and the two respective attentions of the two, much younger, feline warriors were, at last, now back on him, courtesy of the doorway's closing and locking sound effects, the next thing to come out of the old blind Lynx General's mouth was simply-

"There, that should give us just enough time to; at least, begin dismantling this 'simply breathtakingly' amazing power source that nobody has ever laid their eyes upon before. But, uh (clears his throat just a little bit right before), I'll, of course, probably just have to take both of your respective words for all of that, my two young friends; for, um….obvious reasons, hehe. (Clears his throat yet again), um, not unlike how you'll both most likely just have to take my respective word for it when I tell you both that this device is mainly at its most dependent when in it comes to the apparent numerous wires that were all attached to it from about all sides of this very same room... (Clears his throat one more time) I was, uh, at the very least, fortunate enough to actually hear about their apparently particular importance to the Ratstar, from way back during the initial construction of this mechanical monstrosity of Ratar-O's…"

And, sure enough, when both Lion-O and Pumyra then started to tilt up their heads right up towards the upper parts of the power source (which is when old Lynx-O could be heard, off camera, saying that last part of his statement, by the by), they were then both quick to see that there were indeed quite a few different types of various wires connected to it at the top, and all of them were practically surging with electrical energy at this time. It was a sight to behold within its own right, that much was for certain, but, that still did not stop old Lynx-O from continuing on to say-

"…And, uh, suffice it to say; if we were to actually begin to disconnect some of these very same wires, if not all of them, then we could, most definitely, bring down this whole entire metallic menace of the Rat army's and actually do it within the span of just a few minutes or so or less…"

Now then, it was, of course, during the timeframe that took place just right after that very same one, last, sentence that we were then soon made to see just how both Lion-O and Pumyra were currently preparing themselves for their next planned course of action, respectively; preparing their very own respectively sharp weapons and instruments. For you see, Lion-O was then soon shown to be holding very tightly his mighty Sword of Omens at the hilt at this point in the story and the young Miss Pumyra was actually shown to be bringing out her seldom seen dagger, which she carries around with her, within her trusty side pouch. And this was all because, as of this one particular moment in time, the new game plan for our three fierce feline warriors was to severe just about as many wires as they could all possibly manage it, and to do so within a very short time-span, as well. But, that still did not stop old Lynx-O from continuing on to say-

"And, um, because I really can't be of that much assistance to you both in this particular little endeavor, due my initial disabilities and all that, and because I really don't want to leave either one of you 'still hanging' about it all, I'll just, instead, simply pass the time by actually continuing on with the rest of my original story, the one that that old fool of rat, Ratar-O, and his men were all so very quick to so rudely interrupt before. Oh, and, uh, don't worry about the time; this part of the story is actually a great deal shorter than the earlier parts from before were, so, um… (clears his throat yet again)…"

Now then, it was, of course, during that last one single part of the sentence, about the time when the old Cat General was just starting to clear up his old throat; that the young pair of Cats, consisting of both Lion-O and Pumyra, both decided to simply just stare at each other ever so slightly and then simply shrug it all off, right before they then both began to get right back to their respective work with their initially new current project. For you see, they were both in, pretty much, an agreement about how they should both just let Lynx-O simply finish up his story, seeing as it was not really all that important to stop him from doing so in the absolute long run. And thus, right as they were both just starting to reach the very tippy-top of the initial power source mechanism, after climbing up it right on the side ever so cautiously, and then as they then began to precisely, but viciously, severe a great deal many number of wires, they both quite clearly hear the old Cat General, Lynx-O, as he proceeded on to finish up the rest of his original story, which went a little bit something like-

"Well, um-uh, as I was, um, trying to explain to you both, um, way before; it was, um, not so much just because of my signing up with Ratar-O's army that led to me regretting just about every single one of my past decisions and choices, oh no-no-no-no-no-no-no, it was also because of something that was far more bigger than all of that put together, you see, and that thing was nothing less than the sheer misery and pain that I had inflicted upon oh so many an animal in that long dark period of my life. (Sighs) I mean, oh, sure, I might have tried to be just a teensy-weensy bit grateful about how my blindness kept me from seeing just about all of the evil that I had wrought, but, I still felt guilty about it all, deep down inside, just the same, anyways, even though I really did try to hide it, at first, and in the very best ways that I could think of. But, when I soon became a general for old Ratar-O and his Rats, it soon became impossible for me to ignore just what type of suffering was happening all around me and how I was the one who helped to bring it about upon innocent civilians and tiny creatures, all for the sake of making myself feel better. (Sighs) pretty soon, all of the memories of all that I had done in the past, how I had failed to remain a selfless soldier who looked out for his own and instead became a cowardly mercenary who fought only for self-gratification; they would not leave me be. So I attempted to find, at least, some sense of redemption by looking out for all of the Berbil slaves, but, ultimately, I failed to do that properly, as well, and then; I attempted to salvage what was left of my shattered honor and pride by taking out the one who betrayed me this time. But, in the end, all of my efforts to do that soon led me back to square one, if you will, seeing as all it really did in the absolute long run was simply cause me to, yet again, try to cause someone else some misery in my attempts to make myself feel better about my own past wrong-doings, and, this time around, it was with a member of the Royal family, no less, as well. (Sighs) it truly does feel like all that I have been really doing these days is simply making others feel bad in order to make myself feel better and… I…I…I-I just don't want that to keep on going, do you understand me? I-I… (Sighs) I just do not want that to be my whole life anymore, do you follow me on all of that…?"

Now then, it was, initially, during this little speech of General Lynx-O's that we are then soon allowed to see just a few brief cutaway scenes here and there, in order to better help to illustrate a few certain things that were being said at this point, as well as a few of the other things that were currently actually happening. First; we are then actually allowed see a very brief flashback sequence at the very beginning of Lynx-O's initial story. But, we are then soon made to cut straight back to the present day, because, thanks to a few other short cutaway scenes, we are then soon shown that old Ratar-O and his men were all still trying to break right into the exact same chamber as the TCats, Lion-O and Pumyra were both still able to make some terrific progress in regards to severing most of the power source's main wires and such, and that, as a result of all of Pumyra and Lion-O's hard work; the Ratstar's Command Bridge's instruments were all starting get a bit wonky, if you will, and the warship itself was also starting to lose a great deal of its original altitude with each passing moment and second. And as an added bonus to show just how bad that things were starting to get for the Ratstar at this point, we are then soon made to see just how the increased rocking was actually causing the "Hovercat" to actually fall right out of the descending warship, and with no one to around operate it or to keep it up in the air at the time either. But, nevertheless, though, all of this still did virtually nothing to stop both Lion-O and Pumyra from feeling just a teensy-weensy bit sorry for the old Lynx general, especially since the two of them had both managed to keep on listening to him and his story, even during their initially short time of properly severing the power source's numerous wires.

However, this initially shared sense of sympathy that the two much younger felines both felt for their much older Lynx comrade was soon to become the very least of their main concerns. For you see, it was right about at this point when the old Rat, Ratar-O himself, and his blood-thirsty band of rodents had all managed to finally break through, right into this exact same chamber as the Cats, and they were all looking particularly ready for yet another fight between the two groups of two different animals. Why, in fact, the very next thing that was to come straight from right out of the old Ratar-O's mouth at this point was the following statement—

"Oh, now I wouldn't be worried too much about any of that if I were you, my dear old General Lynx-O, because, in just a few seconds or so, at best, you won't be having any sort of life at all…!"

-And that was only just a few seconds or so before he then began to light up his twin Rat's Eye daggers for yet another very powerful, blue-colored blast of pure and unbridled energy, which was actually something that was very much to the initial shock and horror of his fellow Rats present, not that the evil and fat Rodent warlord actually paid any of that any sort of real attention or care whatsoever, mind you. But, even so, though, as far as the three Cats that were all still present within this very same room at this very same moment in time were all concerned; well, they were also able to guess just what was coming their way at this point and that had them all preparing for the absolute worst. Or, at the very least, that was the way that things were all starting to look, at first, all of the way up until an extremely panicked Lion-O finally grabbed onto Miss Pumyra by her waist and then pulled her right along with him as he ran right over towards where the old Cat General, Lynx-O, was currently standing. For you see, once the three feline warriors were all standing right there, together, at this point, the young feline monarch was then very quick to start summoning forth the power of the Spirit Stone embedded within his gauntlet and then use its mystical energy to create a protective shield barrier all around himself and his friends, and just a few moments or so before the blast from Ratar-O's daggers could actually get too close to them all, as I should probably adding as well. Not that that really kept all that much else from actually happening on the outside of the shield, though, mind you, seeing as, a mere few seconds or so afterwards, a massive explosion occurred within this very same specific chamber, and that was mostly due to the fact that Ratar-O's blast actually collided more with the power source mechanism itself than it did with the ThunderCats themselves, to be perfectly honest.

But, regardless of all of that, though, as an immediate result of this particularly large explosion, not only was the old Rat, Ratar-O himself, actually blown right back out the way that he originally came from, along with the rest of his fellow Rat soldiers, but, our three feline warriors were all also sent flying away as well. Only, in their case, however, specifically; it was more of a matter of their pink sphere shield being sent flying through the metal levels of the RatStar, all of the way up until they were all finally able to stop somewhere down within the Warship's much further set down lower levels. Now, there were no real injuries that were gained amongst this particular trio, thanks in no small part to the mystic ball-shaped shield that Lion-O was still keeping up all around all of them. But, once the young king Lion was finally able to bring down the mystic shield, with the help of the Spirit Stone, he and the rest of his group were all soon able to see that there was something considerably wrong happening all around them at this point. For you see, that very recent explosion that the three Cats were all able to avoid was, in truth, just the apparent beginning of what was, essentially, a massive chain reaction echoing throughout the whole entire Ratstar, and that was, of course, more than enough to warrant a great deal of panic and worry from our three Feline/Thunderian warriors. But only all of the way up until the old Cat general, Lynx-O, was actually able to begin twitching his ears and sniffing his nose very deeply, which thus implied that he was currently hearing and smelling something from a very great distance away from his current position. And, as a result of all of that, he urged his fellow, but still much younger, felines to follow him very closely, which they both did, due them both currently lacking any sort of real alternative to their current situation/very serious problem.

However, once the Cat trio was, at last, finally able to make a very quick corner turn on their little escape trek of sorts, we are then soon made to cut straight back to an external view of the whole entire Ratstar warship itself, which only served to show us, the audience, just how badly that the whole entire warship was beginning to currently come undone and apart by its metaphorical seams. But, in event, though, once that was finally shown to us all, we are then soon made to cut straight back our three Thunderian friends, who were, at last, all finally able to reach a very large gape within the ship's iron-like metal hull. This allowed them all the chance to properly feel the fast-paced, wind-like air that was currently coming from straight out of it at this point, and that only served to remind them all of just how fast that the Ratstar was currently already descending from the skies at this particularly scary moment in time. But, regardless of all of that, though, the old Cat, Lynx-O, was then very quick to start urging his two fellow felines to actually jump out of the hole with him, only for the twosome consisting of both Lion-O and Pumyra to quite adamantly refuse such a brash course of action, as one would initially expect it to be the case anyways. But, nevertheless, though, once the old Cat general actually began to practically beg them both to trust him on this matter, the two much younger felines, with the two of them both actually sensing the real, true sincerity in his voice this time around; actually both decided to go along with this crazy stunt of an idea of his and they both leapt right out the hole within the Ratstar's hull with old General Lynx-O, with their most fondest of wishes, as well as their most desperate of all hopes, being that someone or something would actually arrive in the knick of time to actually save them all from this most dreadful of possible suicidal deaths.

And then, almost as if it was all right on a complete cue, their prayers were almost immediately answered by the fact that they all landed on what appeared to be yet another high-tech flying vehicle of some kind. It was roughly about the exact same size as the Hovercat; only its design was a bit more elongated in the middle, if only to a certain amount or a degree. It also had a hemispherical looking type of front head piece on it, which, not only produced the steering instruments for the most part, but, it also had a yellow panel of glass plates on its front head side, along with a moderately small dent that was placed at the very tip of the hemispherical front head piece and which contained a red panel of much smaller red plates on some kind as well. It was also colored a very bright shade of orange at its very middle parts, as opposed to the very bland white shading of coloring that was very dominant on both its front head piece and the, also somewhat, elongated tail end of the machine. But, what ultimately made this incredibly bright-colored orange middle part of this device unique was not only just because of the fact that it contained the pilot's main seating arrangements, but, it was also because of the fact that both the left and right sides of the particular part of the machine both had what appeared to be three very large metallic claws actually protruding from right out of them. It was, indeed, a very unusual type of aesthetic choice for this flying device, but, these claws did indeed end up prove themselves to be quite useful, seeing as they were actually the ones that were currently holding onto the unpiloted Hovercat at this point and were also allowing this new flying device to actually carry it right along with it, much like how an eagle would be seen carrying its very own, newly caught dinner in the middle of its long-winded flights back home to its high perched-up nest.

But, what really struck the twosome consisting of both Lion-O and Pumyra as a real major surprise was the general fact that this new flying machine was actually being piloted by none other than a hand full of the exact same Berbils that they had both just recently freed a mere short time ago earlier. For you see, much like how they had all managed to do so with the Hovercat from before, the Berbils had all managed to create a brand new vehicle for the Thundercats to use by relying on some salvageable materials stolen from the downed Ratstar cargo compartment. And, as to why they were all there to begin with anyways, well, suffice it to say; they were all just becoming greatly concerned and worried about their new feline friends, and that was just an answer that made it completely impossible for both Lion-O and Pumyra not to smile in pure happiness. However, just when it became time to ask the old Cat General, Lynx-O, just how he knew that their 'rescue' was going to be there at the right and proper time and place, well; his only real answer to all of that was that he simply heard the sound of grating machinery, very similar to what he heard from the Ratstar and the Hovercat from way before, and that he also smelled the very familiar scent of a large amount of Berbils coming very closely to them all, which is what he claimed was what really allowed him to truly put two and two together on this one. But, regardless of all of that, though, it was simple enough for him to say that what he really needed to save the day was the trust of both the young Lion king and the young Puma female with him, and that also resulted in both Lion-O and Pumyra smiling at each other, I can assure you of that one.

Meanwhile, though, way back on board the still collapsing and still fast descending Ratstar warship vessel, which was still way up in the sky for the immediate current moment, by the by, we are then soon shown just what the old Rat, Ratar-O, and his men were all doing right at this particular moment in time; which was basically just the whole useless lot of them all, simply, just running all around and about in a futile attempt to properly figure out just what they were all supposed to do at this point. Why, the old Rat warlord himself even tried to contact the other Rats that were all found up onboard the command bridge at this point with a moderately sized walkie-talkie like device. But, it soon became quite clear to even the old and incredibly arrogant Ratar-O that, no matter how much he tried to yell at the other Rats to either keep the ship up in the air at the very most or to, for lack of a better word or phrase, quite delicately land it in a very gentle type of manner at the very least, there was truly no saving the Ratstar warship at this point and I mean, like, at all. Why, in fact, the only real piece of, arguably, good news that was to be found right at this particular moment in time was the mere simple fact that the Ratstar was, in truth, actually not going to crash directly right into the hard solid ground found right below them all, as it was originally believed to be the case. Oh-ho, no-no-no, it was actually going to collide with something else, entirely, and that something else was, in fact, a very large mesa that was currently found just right in front of the Ratstar's currently uncontrollable flight path and basic trajectory. Which is why that, at this point; just before the very massive warship finally collided with the very massive rock formation, the very next thing that the old Rat, Ratar-O himself, finally found himself doing in response to all of this was simply scream at the very tip-top of his very massive rodent lungs, a lot like how he did just before he was defeated by Lion-O in "Curse of Ratilla", only for it all to, at last, finally come to a complete and total end, once the Ratstar finally collided with the mesa and then, ultimately, went up in a very large series of individual explosions and dark smoke clouds.

Now then, it was right about at this point that our heroes were all then finally shown to be landing their advanced flying machinery onto a nearby rock formation. And then, just when they were all finally done with doing just that, they were all then very quick to start taking notice of the fact that the once menacing Ratstar warship had, finally, at last crashed at this point, which was when one of the Berbils finally decided to look towards Lion-O and ask-

"What do you think happened to all of the Rats that were onboard, friend Lion-O…?"

"I'm, uh, I-I'm not really so sure that I actually want to think about that one, to be perfectly honest…" is what Lion-O said in response, just before yet another explosion could be heard coming from the Ratstar in the far off distance

And, it was right about at this point that we are then soon made to cut straight back to the old Lynx General, old Lynx-O himself, who was currently just standing right there, right next to the young Miss Pumyra herself, as they were both just watching the charred remains of the Ratstar burn from the far off distance, in complete silence towards one another. But, that all soon came to a complete end, once the ever curious Pumyra finally decided to ask the old Lynx General just what he was planning to do with the rest of his life from this point forward, especially since he was now officially out of the job in regards to his old job from within the Rodent horde's unofficial army. Now then, at first; the only real two things that the old Lynx general was actually planning to do were, of course, see to the recently released Berbil slaves and then return them all to their respective homes and villages. But, after that; even he was not entirely certain about where he was going to go from there, which is why the young Miss Pumyra suddenly felt the need to, casually, suggest to him that he could join up with the rest of the ThunderCats, if he was really willing to fight for a real cause again, that is, of course. Now, while it is true that the young Cat king, Lion-O, did not really make any real attempts to argue with this suggestion to the old Cat soldier, he did not really hesitate to, casually, point out something else to the old Cat General either. And that was this; if the old General Lynx-O actually agreed to this proposal, then, he would have to become completely subordinate to yet another High-Ranking Lion, which was, of course, something that he had previously stated that he was not a real big fan of. But, nevertheless, though, the very next few words to come from straight out the old blind Cat's mouth were—

"I think that I can handle that sort of thing for just a little while longer….Your Majesty…."

(Episode Ends)

Notes: Not the best or even well-written of all of my fanfics endings, I realize that, but it's the best that I can do for right now, due to other things that are going on.
