A/N
Idea for this came from the line "oh give me a home where the pandaren roam" on an update post for Mists of Pandaria. Somehow got me to adapt Home on the Range-something to be sung rather than read, for what it's worth.
Beyond the Mists
Oh give me a home where the pandaren roam,
And I'll show you a house of bamboo.
I'm tired of war, the Alliance and Horde,
I'm sorry my friends but it's true.
…
Home, home in this land.
Where the virmen and hozen all play.
I have found peace, from war been released,
Both during the night and the day.
…
The air has its petal, I'm free of metal,
I'm seen the fair Forest of Jade.
Now this is my home, where pandaren roam,
Free of war, no longer afraid.
…
Home, home in this land.
Where the virmen and hozen all play.
I have found peace, from war been released,
Both during the night and the day.
…
Red and blue banners, I see to the north,
I hope that they never return.
Stay beyond the mists, you shall not be missed,
I do not want my home to burn.
…
Home, home in this land.
Where the virmen and hozen all play.
I have found peace, from war been released,
Both during the night and the day.
…
Oh I do love the Jade Forest,
And the Valley of Four Winds.
Places to explore, like nothing before,
For the first time in years I doth grin.
…
Home, home in this land.
Where the virmen and hozen all play.
I have found peace, from war been released,
Both during the night and the day.
…
Now standing on Summit of Kun-lai,
On its fair slopes of snow white.
Pandas by my side, my new friends and guides,
For the first time my future is bright.
…
Home, home in this land.
Where the virmen and hozen all play.
I have found peace, from war been released,
Both during the night and the day.
