A/N I'm so sorry that I have not update for a while but I was very busy. I'm not very proud of this chapter and I will probably change it sometime in the future. At the organization
Sandy was sitting in her office trying to concentrate on the job, but the events of last night and this morning were playing in her mind; Sandy smiled to herself. Suddenly there was a knock at the door.
"Come in" Sandy said pretending to write.
The door opened and Sandy turned her head to look at the person who came in.
"Rain" Sandy said surprised, getting up from her chair hugging her, "What are you doing here?" she asked.
"I came to visit my best friend; I didn't knew I needed invitation for that" Rain replied smiling "I like what you've done with this place" she said looking around.
"Thanks" Sandy said smiling, "How are you, how is Ratchet?" she asked.
"We are both good" Rain replied, "Listen Sandy I need something to tell you."
"Yes."
"It's about Optimus."
"I'm listening."
"Sandy Optimus is…." Rain started when suddenly something caught her attention it was a masculine scent that spread across the office.
"Do you smell that?" Rain asked as she sniffed the air, looking around; Sandy raised her eyebrow at Rain in confusion.
"What smell?" Sandy asked.
"You don't smell it?" Rain asked.
Sandy sniffed the air.
"I don't smell anything other than my perfume."
"No it's not your perfume " Rain said still sniffing around, "But the smell is coming from you."
"Excuse me" Sandy said offended"Are you implying that I stink?" she asked crossing her arms across her chest.
"What….no it's not that kind of scent" Rain quickly said.
"Then what kind of scent it is" Sandy asked.
"It's a mech scent….." Rain started.
"So now I smell like a man thanks Rain."
"No let me finish" Rain said "as I said the scent belongs to the mech" she said as she sniffed Sandy, "Cybertronian mech but there is not mech except….."
And then she stopped and looked at Sandy.
"You mate with Optimus" Rain said shocked not taking her eyes off Sandy.
"Whaa….. how did you know?" Sandy said in utter shock.
"His scent is all over you." Rain calmly said.
"WHAT!"
"Each Cybertronian has a unique scent and when we mate….."
"I know" Sandy quickly said blushing from embarrassment.
"Why didn't you tell me?"
"I was going to" Sandy started when suddenly she felt dizzy. The room seemed to spin around under her feet. Sandy leaned against the wall so that she wouldn't fall.
"Sandy are you alright?" Rain asked with a concern in her voice.
"Yeah" she replied weakly.
"You sure I can call Ratchet."
"No, no I'm alright I just need to sit down."
Taking a step forward, Sandy felt dizzy again and her knees give out; the last thing she heard before all went black was Rain shouting her name.

In the med bay
Sandy slowly opened her eyes and looked around her in a daze; the blurriness soon disappeared and she saw Optimus holoform sitting next to her bed.
"Sandy are you alright?" Optimus asked her worriedly as he gently stroked her hair.
"Yeah where am I?" Sandy asked as she sat up in bed.
"In the med bay" Ratchet said as he and Rain approached her bed.
"You scare me to offline" Rain said.
"What happened? " Sandy asked.
"You fainted" Ratchet said "I'm going to check your blood pressure" he said as he wrapped the cuff around Sandy's upper arm. Few seconds later he removed the cuff from her arm and took out his clipboard and wrote something down.
"Ratchet do you know what's wrong with her?" Optimus asked.
"As a matter of fact yes" Ratchet said as he put the clipboard down.
He looked first at Sandy and then at Optimus and smiled gently.
"Sandy is pregnant congratulations" he said.
Optimus body was still as he absorbed Ratchet's words and then his face lit up.
"I'm going to be a creator" he said kissing Sandy on the lips.
Ratchet smiled at them before he spoke.
"But there is something you should know."
"What?" Sandy asked.
"This is a high risk pregnancy the sparklings are growing much more quickly than your body changes."
"Sparklings as more than one" Optimus said.
"Three to be precise" Ratchet said turning to Optimus.
The look on Optimus' face was priceless.
"Triplets" Optimus muttered in complete shock.
"Yes."
"Triplets" Optimus repeated, it seemed like he was in a trance.
"Yes my friend, you and Sandy are going to have triplets" Ratchet said laughing, "As for you you will have to remain in bed for the rest of your pregnancy" he said turning his head to look at Sandy "But don't worry you have the best doctor in the universe."
"I know" Sandy said and smiled as she rubbed her belly lightly.

Eight months later Sandy gave birth to triplets two boys: Roadblock and Silverstorm and one girl: Ruby.
Ruby immediately become the apple of Optimus' optic but little did he know that this bundle of joy will give him a headache more than any Decepticon ever.
