AN: Hey guys. Sorry for not updating in a few months. Anyways, the story continues!
Johnny and Yosaku fell onto the deck, completely exhausted. Nami and Usopp were sound asleep, but the bounty hunting pair was training. They hadn't told either of their companions yet, but every night after Usopp and Nami fell asleep, they would go above deck and duel each other for a few hours, and then return to the room to sleep. They knew they would need to fight others, but their fear got in their way. What if they fought a pirate only to completely fail?
"Every night, we're getting stronger by a hair," Johnny said in between breaths, "Not much per night, but we'll be much stronger over time."
"Yeah," Yosaku agreed, "Next time we need to fight, we won't be so weak!"
Well past midnight, the pair went to bed, careful not to wake their captain as they crept into the men's quarters.

After X Drake returned from the buster call, he started to doubt the integrity of the marines more and more. Slowly he began to notice the innocent casualties in their attempt to cleanse the world. He noticed the way the world nobles were treated and the way they were able to treat others. He noticed the treatment of fishmen and giants as races in general and the deceit that went on without reason. The seeds of doubt were watered until he stayed up all night at war with himself. His rebellion started off small. During the Buster Call, he smuggled a young child off the island, careful to be discreet about it. It only grew from there. Any information he was given was committed to memory for a time when it may be needed. He snuck peaks at classified information and memorized the contents. It got to the point where he couldn't take being in the marines any longer.
And so, one, he left. He stormed out with only a handful of people with him, stole a marine battleship, declared himself a pirate, and sailed away. Not too long after, he received a bounty. He was a threat with the sheer amount of information he had. As a pirate, he no longer had marine rules and regulations. He and his small crew were spying on the seven warlords, plotting to take some down. The ones who got away with the most atrocious of crimes.
Which was how they discovered Sir Crocodile's plot to take over Alabasta.
When Baroque Works discovered that they were on his tail, they went after him, killing his crew one by one, and then sinking his ship. If Luffy's crew hadn't seen him, he would have drowned with it.

On the deck of The Journeyer, Bon Clay was leaving.
"Goodbye, new friends," he said, "I would love to stay, but I do have some errands to run."
After his ship was out of sight, Bonney sighed, "Finally. I hated his mimic of me!"
"He was funny!" Luffy laughed.
"Maybe to you, rubber idiot!" Bonney said.
"Guys," Vivi said, a hint of panic in her voice, "I think that was Mr. 2!"

Drake had just finished his story and looked towards his doctor, who just looked up from his clipboard.
"So that's how you ended up here?" Law asked.
"Yes," Drake replied, "I only told you this because you saved my life. That was the deal. I owe you no more."
"Just get some sleep," Law said, "You got beat up bad in that fight. I'd still like to know how the Baroque Works lowest ranks managed to mess you up this badly, but you should get some sleep."
With that, Trafalgar Law put down his clipboard filled with notes and left the room.

Nami dropped a small pile of paperwork onto the table of the Going Merry kitchen.
"Here are all the forms we need to fill out before using the pass into the North Blue," she said, "They don't want pirates or smugglers using it, so they keep track. They also are going to need to inspect the ship. I am going to be with them while they do this, so that I can keep an eye on them and make sure they don't touch our money."
"Sure, Big Sis Nami!" Yosaku said.
"We also need to pay a fee before gaining access," Nami continued, "I tried to bargain with them to lower the price but those idiots didn't listen. It ended up costing 50,000 berries."
"That's not too bad," Ussop said, looking at the finance log that Nami was keeping, "We're not having too much luck recruiting here. Maybe we'll do better in the North Blue."
"You're forgetting that when we go to the North Blue, we're going to need to purchase warmer clothing," Nami said, a hint of anger in her voice, "It's so much colder there."
"What are you suggesting?" Johnny asked.
"I'm saying that we should hunt one more bounty before leaving the East Blue," Nami said, "I saw one with a 1 million beri bounty, and he's close. We're going to fight him before continuing."
The other three crewmembers swallowed hard. They had only gone after a million beri bounty once before, and they had barely succeeded, leaving the fight with many injuries. Luckily for them, the relieved villagers were more than willing to patch up their wounds afterwards, but it was not an experience they were extremely eager to repeat.
"Are you sure you don't want to try this one?" Ussop said, holding up a 100,000 beri bounty poster.
"Don't be such a coward!" Nami shouted, "We're going after the million bounty!"
And despite the fact that Nami was not the captain, her decision was usually the final one.
All the other three could do was prepare.

"If that was Mr. 2 then he already knows all of our faces," Zoro said to the rest of the crew, now seated around the kitchen table.
"That was a really stupid move to let a man on the ship without knowing who he is!" Law scolded.
"IT REALLY WAS!" Bonney shouted.
"He is unaware of who we are," Hawkins said, shuffling his cards.
"Well that's a good thing at least," Bonney said bitterly.
"But in the future he could impersonate any one of us," Zoro said, "Meaning he's a danger to us."
"What do you think we should do?" Vivi asked, "Once we get to Alabasta, we might get split up. How will we know if we're really talking to each other?"
"We're going to need to mark ourselves with something," Law said.
"He's right," a voice said from the doorway of the kitchen. Everyone turned and Zoro unsheathed one of his swords.
Leaning against the doorframe was X Drake, clutching one of his elbows.
"What are you doing up here!" Bonney asked.
"I heard voices and followed them," Drake replied.
"You're still injured. You should be resting," Law ordered.
"It sounds like you are all planning on fighting Baroque Works," Drake said, ignoring Law.
"Yep!" Luffy replied.
"I want to help," Drake said, before losing his balance and falling to the ground.
"I said you should stay in bed. It isn't wise to ignore a doctor's orders," Law said.

Sanji was walking about in the streets of Alabasta, trying not to spend all his pocket money. It was hot, especially in his dark suit. Buildings were cooler, so after sampling various foods at the market, he wondered into a bar. His heart raced when he noticed a beautiful lady standing behind the counter.
"Hello there, my lady," Sanji said, "You look quite marvelous today. May I be so bold as to ask your name?"
The woman smiled ever so slightly. "I'm Paula."
AN: Yay! I finally updated! I am so so sorry for not updating in a while. Life got busy. You know how it is...
So, I was going to ask if anyone would mind if I added my own arcs? Like a multiple chapter arc that was not in One Piece at all? Or do you guys prefer that I stick to the One Piece story as it already is, but changing it up with the Supernovas? There are a few arcs I'm doing either way (Like the whole Marineford arc), but if I included my own arcs, I might replace someplace like Thriller Bark (or maybe not Thriller Bark because I liked Thriller Bark) or I might add one in between arcs...It would be kinda like the whole Bonney joining the crew arc, but a little more involved with new characters and stuff...I'm interested in hearing your feedback! Any critique of my work is again, always welcomed!
(Side note, if any of you forgot, Paula is Miss Doublefinger.)
