Disclaimer: I don't own anything but Laura-Marie, Thomas and Tobias the twins. Aka all of Derek and Stiles children, that I created in my little children verse.

Ok, so my sister told me Derek's birthday was on the 25th of December and I said no, because I didn't believe her, but she said it was in a lot, a lot of fanfics. So I went and looked it up because I never knew that, which is clearly obvious, when I created this verse. A Home for the holidays'.

I did pull away from Teen Wolf after season 2.

By my research it appears to be true, and then this happened in my head.

I know they might seem a little forward for four years old, but there Werewolf babies, so in my mind that makes them a little more advanced, what with being a Werewolf and all the added bonuses that come with being one. Like speed and strength.

I know it's probably not funny to you people, but it was to me.

Just the idea of children's logic, sometimes it's funny.

Anyway hope it isn't too bad.

The 25th?

Stiles smiled at his daughter, she looked beautiful in her Christmas dress, and now she was older she could enjoy the festivities more and get lost in the magic of it all, along with her little brothers.

It was hard to think his babies were growing up, it only seemed like yesterday when they were just a day old and resting against his chest. How the time went so fast, Stiles didn't know but Laura Marie was now six, nearly seven and her brother's where four.

He loved his children, but this year for Christmas he almost wished for them to stop growing so fast.

"Papa do you have the cake?" Tobias peered up at the counter top edge, wondering where this cake was. He was hungry and technically they had to wait until after dinner to have it, however today was also a special day, because it wasn't just Christmas but his dad's birthday as well, and since it was a birthday they could technically have cake after they blew the candles out.

"Yes, but you're not getting any until after dinner." Stiles looked at his youngest twin, knowing what his son was thinking. Tobias was the more mischievous twin, who liked to pushed the boundaries, of what he could and couldn't do. Derek liked to point out that Tobias took after him, and this is what Stiles did to his father as he was growing up.

His father agreed with Derek.

He disagreed.

Tobias took after his daddy, he had the Hale expression down perfectly by the time he was two.

"But that's not how birthday cakes work." Tobias rolled his eyes as he gripped the counter edge and started pulling himself up, so he could look over the edge.

Stiles lifted his youngest up, pass the counter to press a kiss to his cheek. "I don't care how it works, your four, so what I say goes." He smiled sweetly at his son, feeling his amusement deepen, at Tobias actions.

"Oh so unfair." Tobias sighed and let his head drop back, looking at his sister and twin upside down. "I think we should vote."

Stiles hummed as if thinking about it, they had tried this tactic before.

Derek walked into the kitchen at the Sheriff's house, having heard the conversation from the living room, where he finished putting some presents with the Sheriff. "Ok, but remember parents and Grandparents votes count as two votes each."

Tobias sighed again, loudly and unhappily, one day he would figure out a way to beat them.

Stiles lifted his forearms bringing his son closer to him and pressed another kiss to his cheek. A part of him, enjoyed these games of tactics but another part of him, was looking forward to the future when his son got a little bigger, and the tactics changed.

He and Derek would always be kept on their toes, and he loved that.

Thomas pushed his curls out his face, and smiled up at his Daddy and held a card towards him, they had worked really hard last night to make them. "Happy birthday Daddy."

Derek paused on his way to the fridge and took the card his son gave him, it was an explosion of glitter everywhere and a picture of a wolf drew on the front surrounded by all the glitter. He felt his lips curve, knowing when Thomas got older he would have to stop doing that, since people couldn't know that they were Werewolves, but he loved it none the less.

Inside was big words scribbled across the two pages, saying Happy Birthday Daddy, I love you. From Tom-Tom.

"Thank you, I love it." He threaded his fingers into riotous curls and pushed them back while bending down to press a kiss to his son's cheek, and when arm wrapped around his shoulders, he picked his oldest twin up.

Stiles felt the wriggling and lowered Tobias to the counter top, before crying out as Tobias took off running over the top of it, at his Daddy and brother. "Stop doing that."

Derek was fully prepared, he grew up in a pack, he knew what to expect and wolf pups where more than a handful, even on their most tameable days. He caught his youngest twin as he jumped off the counter top towards him and lifted him to rest over his hip, taking a kiss that was given to him.

"Happy Birthday Daddy." Tobias wrapped his arms around his Dad and his twin, smiling when Thomas started laughing from his hold.

Marie shook her head, jumping off counter tops, little brothers. What was she to do with them? Moving towards the counter top she pushed up on her tip toes and grabbed her card she made and moved towards her dad coming to a stop before him holding her card up. "I made you this."

Derek looked at the card, seeing an explosion of glitter again. "Did you help your brother with his card?"

Marie smiled as she nodded her head. "I used the glitter set Grandpa got me for Christmas eve." She was allowed one present and she asked her Grandpa to help her make a card, so he hinted at which gift she should open.

"Such a good big sister." Stiles had helped as well, clean up, when the card making party had finished, and the glitter was everywhere…. Including all over his children, who needed baths after they finished.

Derek read the inside of the card as his daughter opened it and read the words inside, the script was neater, still wobbly on some letters, but defiantly improving as the years progressed. He didn't know when his baby girl started to get big, but she would always be his baby girl. Bending down while still holding his twins on each hips, he picked Laura Marie up and pressed a kiss to her cheek. "Thank you, you all made me cards, Daddy's so happy."

Marie made an excited loud noise as her Dad picked her up, they used to do this when they were litter, she wrapped her arms around her Dad's neck as well, enjoying the kisses being pressed to her cheek.

Stiles placed the last candle in the cake and picked it up off the counter moving towards the table. "Dad."

"I'm right here." The Sheriff was leaning against the doorjamb, "Why do you always need to shout?"

Stiles shrugged his shoulder as he turned to look over his shoulder at his father. "I didn't know, I wanted to make sure you heard me."

He sighed while shaking his head, no matter how old his son got, Stiles would always be shouting his name. "You never learn."

Stiles pressed the lighter down and lit the candle, finding a smile on his face. He remembered the first few Christmases he would arrive and fling the door open, shouting for his dad, and he would always be in the kitchen.

The Sheriff sat in the chair closest to him and watched as his Grandchildren gathered around the table, and when Marie started to climb on his lap, he helped her get comfortable, before looking at the cake.

Derek sat opposite the Sheriff, looking at his three children sat around the table, watching his cake and him. He leant forward about to blow when they started singing.

"Happy Birthday to you." Marie sang loud wanting her brothers to follow her lead, as she knew all the words by now, but at the same time Tobias said something stupid.

Thomas leant forward on his arms and sang along yet laughed at his twin. "Happy Birthday to you."

"Happy Christmas-Birth-Day, to you." Tobias sang hard and with a lot of enthusiasm, not understanding why everyone looked at him. "What?"

"It's just happy birthday." Marie gave her brother a look, not understand how he got his wrong.

"Yeah that's what I said, Happy Christmas-Birth-day because it is Daddy's birthday day and it's also Christmas. You wished people Merry Christmas and that means, Happy Christmas." Tobias shot his sister a look right back, before sticking his tongue out.

The Sheriff hide his grin behind his fist because all his Grandchild where just like Stiles when it came to sarcasm and retorts.

Marie just blinked at her youngest brother, while shaking her head before looking at her younger brother.

"Does that mean dad's Jesus…." Thomas felt his eyes get big as he looked at his brother and sister. "Jesus was born on the twenty fifth of December as well…." He trailed off and looked at his Daddy hard.

Tobias' mouth was open as he looked at his Daddy as well.

"Jesus was not a Werewolf." Marie held her hands up, looked at her brothers, she'd been learning about it in school.

"How do you know; to other people we don't exist." Tobias pointed at himself, because he did exist.

Marie frowned at those words before looking at her Daddy, and tilted her head. He couldn't be Jesus…. right?

Thomas kept staring at his Daddy. "Are you Jesus?"

Stiles placed his hand over his mouth, he didn't always understand the logic of children but through his years as a parents so far, he understood their logic was funny sometimes and this was one of them. The way their kids where looking at Derek as if he was actually Jesus was so funny, he couldn't help but laugh.

Derek shook his head. "I'm not Jesus, we just share a birthday." He tried to keep a straight face.

The Sheriff coughed, to clear his throat and tried not to smile again. "We should blow out the candles," He probably shouldn't, but he couldn't help himself. "Jesus."

"Oh." Tobias stood up on his chair and pointed at his Daddy.

Thomas' mouth dropped open.

Marie just dropped her forehead to the table. "I'm so confused."

Stiles started laughing harder and tuned his back towards his kids, one hand on his mates' and husband's shoulder, as he kept laughing.

Derek glared his Father in law, making a mental note to get payback.

The Sheriff just covered his mouth with his hand, hiding his amusement, although badly.

Derek leant forward and blew the candle out, hoping that this conversation and speculation didn't carry on any further. "Let's eat cake."

"Yay." Tobias shouted, throwing his hands in the air before climbing on the table to be closer to the cake.

Thomas mirrored his brother and sat on the table top with his legs hanging off and waited to have some, as his Grandpa cut the cake.

Lifting his arm up, he curved it over his mates' hips and pulled Stiles to sit on his lap, still feeling the last bit of laughter leaving him. "You do know he will go around tell everyone I'm Jesus."

Stiles rested his hands on board shoulders and leant forward brushing their lips together, still grinning widely. "Well set them straight."

Thomas ate around a spoonful of chocolate cake, but looked at his brother when he made a loud noise.

"If Dad's parents are in heaven, does that make them God and God's wife?" Tobias held his spoon halfway to his mouth.

Marie just glared at her brother while continuing to eat her cake. Yet looked at her Daddy.

Stiles shook his head and pressed his face into his mates' shoulders, still laughing at Tobias exclamation.

Derek held his husband as he shook against him, still laughing. He noticed his daughter looking at him and exhaled loudly. "Marie's looking at me."

Stiles slid his arms around Derek's shoulders, unable to stop laughing, his mates sounded dejected his children didn't believe him, and it just added to his amusement.

"You do remember when they heard the story of little red riding hood in school, the problems it caused?" They at first denied the story happened and that the wolf wasn't bad, that red riding hood was really the bad guy out to get the wolf before the teacher explained to them, that the villain of the story was the wolf, but that didn't make all wolves bad.

His children had come home, wanting to know who exactly the big bad wolf was and asked if they knew the big bad wolf.

It had taken time to explain it wasn't real, it was just a made up story.

It only took a couple of months.

So now all he had to do was spend the next couple of months convincing his children he wasn't Jesus. "Oh this was by far the best birthday."

Stiles shook his head, feeling his laughter deepen as his mate kept saying things.

Derek would remember this one for years to come.

Hope it wasn't too bad.
