The story, Tokio Makes a Phone Call to Her Brother, was originally written as part of the storylines for the Gumi Reloaded universe. The action in GR had not gotten far enough along to post the Phone Call story in that timeline before GR went on an extended hiatus. (The Gumi Reloaded stories are posted here on the fanfiction website.)

When Gumi Reloaded went on hiatus for a number of years, I decided to post the Phone Call story on my personal fanfiction site. Now that the Gumi Reloaded writing community has resumed writing their storylines, and posting what is completed on the Gumi Reloaded fanfiction site, the story Tokio Makes a Phone Call to Her Brother, will be reposted to the Gumi Reloaded fanfiction site in the appropriate place in the Gumi Reloaded story timeline.
