"Daviddd," Bryan whined as they walked through Ikea "We need to get this. Look at it!"

He held the stuffed... (elephant? bear? it mus be an elephant) in front of his face, waggling it back and forth while petting.

"Fine," David sighed, "But let's focus on furniture now, okay?"

Bryan threw the elephant in the cart, did a little happy dance (which attracted some attention, naturally), and rushed forward to the baby display, complete with lights, mobiles, and cribs.

"How about a Little Mermaid under-the-sea theme?" Bryan suggested, and David shook his head.

"No, how about..." he looked around, "A jungle theme? Like Tarzan, or The Jungle Book if you're intent on this Disney thing."

"Maybe..." Bryan said, but then he found it. The perfect theme. "David," he said, and the urgency in his voice led his boyfriend to believe something was wrong, so he turned and walked to his side.

"Yeah?"

"How about a sky theme. Look at this," he held up a plastic, mushroom-shaped lamp with clouds on it. "It's pretty neutral, and general."

"You know, that could work," David said. The couple continued to look for furniture that matched their newfound theme, and eventually settled on a white crib that turned into a bed as the baby grew, light blue curtains with clouds, a couple of toys and a playmat, and a blue plastic chest and wardrobe. By the time they found everything, they had met up with Goldie and Shania, who had been shopping for new furniture for Shania's room, since the extra house had only one bedroom. She had gotten a zipper comforter and sunglass-patterned sheets, along with other stuff.

"This seems like your kind of furniture," Bryan said to Shania as they walked to the restaurant.

When they got home, Bryan and David started setting up the room.

After Bryan had set up everything approximately where he wanted it, he lay on the floor. David lowered himself next to him, and the two sat in silence for a while, staring at the ceiling.

"You know," David said, "I really do like this room."

"Yeah," Bryan replied. "I do too."

A/N: Well that ending kinda sucked but what can I say. I was at Ikea last night and we were walking through all the baby stuff and this happened...
