I will NOT be continuing this story... But i WILL make a sequel :D Got ya there didn't i? So yeah, here's a sneak peak of the first chapter of said sequel... Enjoy :D

The wind gently caressed his brown locks, and he felt better than he had in weeks. In the beginning, the entire happening had been easy to deal with, but then the excitement faded and the nightmares came.

Touching, hot all over. The places he touches still burns... I feel dirty, oh god so dirty...

Hiccup swallowed, trying to take a calming breath. He was out for a flight to calm himself, not rethink it. Terry squawked and flapped his tiny wings to get closer, sensing his uncomfort. "I'm alright... I... Just need something else to think about..." he shouted over the wind, Terry squeaked in understanding, backing off slightly. His wounds had healed nicely, but he still had to take it easy when flying. "Ready bud?" Hiccup smiled a small smile as he leaned down to pet Toothless' head. Toothless made some sort of happy dragon-bark sound and pierced the cloud they had been flying over just a moment ago.

Hiccup could litterally feel all the stress and worries flow out of him and his stomach tickled as they swooshed down towards the sea. He would never, ever get tired of this. hiccup threw his hands up into the air, took a deep breath, and shouted out in delight, toothless and terry joined in. Just before hitting the ocean's surface, Hiccup moved his foot a little, making the tail adjust, thus successfully keeping themselves dry. Terry was lagging behind a little, but that was to be expected, but he soon caught up to them and shook off the water, apparently his manouvering hadn't been that successful. Hiccup laughed as the dragon sneezed out a ball of fire. He would always feel free on his dragon.

As they closed in on berk Hiccup once again tried to earn Terry's forgiveness "I'm sorry i laughed okay? Toothless has slapped me twice for it and i promised you both smoked cod when we get back!" he tried, Terry huffed, then flew close and licked Hiccup's cheek. He smiled in return "Thank you..."

"Where the hell you've been?" his father asked sternly as Hiccup entered their home, once again failing at being sneaky. Hiccup bit his lower lip "Sorry dad... I was out flying with Toothless and Terry..." he looked down, feeling a little ill. His father sighed then smiled "I know... I'm sorry for being such a busy body... I just..." he rubbed the bridge of his nose "I just don't want to lose m' little boy again..." he smiled. Hiccup smiled back and hugged his father, he had done that a lot lately... "I know dad... but i'm not going anywhere... Okay?" he looked up at his father, who hesitated, then nodded. Hiccup yawned "I think i'll head for bed... Night dad..." he mumbeled. Stoic nodded and hugged his son quickly "G'night son...".

Hiccup led both his dragons upstairs, swiftly closing the door when they were all in. Time to go to sleep, or try to anyway... He thought bitterly, removing his vest and laying his head back on his pillow.

"All is going according to plan, we've managed to come this far... Now it's just one thing left to do chief..." a hushed voice grumbeled. "Perfect, now for the final piece in this game of chess..." a gruff voice mused. The first voice seemed unsure "You sure boss? How are you going to give that to their chief without him noticing?" he asked carefully, feeling like he was stepping into a nest of angry dragons. "Oh, i have my ways..." the second voice, obviously the leader snickered. "Or do you doubt me?" his voice turned harsh, and the first voice squeaked "N-no sir!" he cowered. The leader laughed softly to himself "This is going to be fun...". The light shone on Alvin's face as he stepped out into the light, he was grinning like a maniac.

Hiccup brought his hand up to his mouth and yawned as him and tootless headed down the stairs. Terry was still sleeping atop of his head, soft snores could be heard from the small purple dragon. He hadn't been able to sleep well, like always... That stupid nightmare had haunted him for weeks... Hiccup entered the kitchen and opened up one of their baskets, filled with different sized cubes of ice and smoked fish. Hiccup grabbed five and tossed three to Toothless. The sound of chewing and the smell immediately woke up the smaller dragon who squawked in protest. Hiccup placed the remaining two fished in Terry's bowl, and placed the smaller dragon infront of it. He spotted something on the table and turned to face it. It was a smoked salmon, quite a large one too. On the table next to it, there was a note. 'Mind cooking something up for breakfast tomorrow? - Dad' Hiccup's eyebrow rose, his dad wanted him to cook? Sure, he could, but usually Stoic cooked for himself. But if that's what he wanted then sure, and when did his hand writing become like that?

Soon after Hiccup was finished preparing the fish, his father appeared in the stairway "Wow, this smells wonderful..." he mused. Hiccup smiled "Morning dad!" he called, gesturing towards the table. his father sat down, taking a large bite out of the fish "This is delicious! You don't usually make breakfast, what's the occasion?" he grinned. Hiccup blinked, feeling confused "Huh? But you were the one who asked me to make breakfast today?" his stomach churned and a sinking feeling of dread overcame him. Stoic seemed as confused as he was "Did i? When?" he had stopped eating, but to Hiccup's utter horror nearly half of the fish was gone. Hiccup held up the note "But this note said..." he interrupted himself as his father started coughing. Hiccup rushed over "Dad!? Dad are you okay? Dad talk to me!" he was panicking now, what had he done?

His father grabbed at his shoulders, his face rapidly paling "Hiccup... I didn't write that note..." he was wheezing now, and Hiccup could feel his tears start to form. "Dad, i'm so sorry! i didn't know! Oh my god, we've got to get help!" he cried. But his father held him firmly in place "Not... not your fault... not your" he wheezed before falling off of his chair. Hiccup fell down next to him "DAD! DAD WAKE UP! DAD!" he was crying now. Toothless took a wiff at the fish, growling at it. Hiccup sobbed, loudly "DAD! Dad i'm so sorry! DAD!" he rested his head on his father's chest, the tears free falling. Toothless made a panicked sound, hopping around. Then he roared, loudly. And not long after that the door fell off of it's hinges, gobber was standing in the doorway. Hiccup looked up "Gobber, help me! Dad is!" he sobbed again, and Gobber hurried over. He leaned down, ear facing the chief's mouth. "He's breathing, a little unevenly, but he's breathing..." He mumbeled, and Hiccup felt the need to cry more. "We need to get help!" Gobber shouted, lifting the chief up like he weighed nothing more than a feather. Hiccup nodded and gestured for Gobber to place Stoic into Toothless, which Gobber did. Just as they exited, something caught Hiccup's eye. He turned the left, facing a bush and crouched down. A letter... With his name on it, and the same handwriting as the last note. Hiccup nearly ripped the letter open, and gasped as new tears rolled down his cheeks at the content.

A/N: I feel mean now... I just looooove cliffhangers don't i? XP Any of you looking forward ti the sequel? *wink wink*
