Well it's been a long time. I'm sorry! Writer's block sucks and it seems like it want to follow me into every chapter! Either way I'm glad I was able to continue writing and hope you guys enjoy. Thank you for all the support as well!

Blade L. Flame: To be honest I don't know where I got the idea from. When this story originally popped in my head it was completely different from what it is now. I have not idea how it all changed.

"Maybe I should have stayed home and studied using their books instead." Soul thought.

She arrived at the train station early and found the entrance to the station fairly easily. Now she was just waiting in one of the compartments of the train but she felt agitated by all the other students around especially since all of their emotions were emphasized by their magic. It was like it was all screaming at her eyes, and she hoped the school itself won't do the same thing. The train started to move soon after and Soul hoped to get there soon.

"I'll get used to it soon." She muttered to herself rubbing her eyes to relieve the pain. She took out wooden doll she was finishing carving out, just needed details but didn't know how she wanted it to look. The compartment door then opened and boy walked in and the first thing that caught Soul's attention was the energy that was coming off from one of his eyes.

"May I?"

"Go ahead."

"I guess I'll do a boy." She continued her work and was glad that the other boy didn't disturbed her but it was soon disrupted by another boy and Soul could tell that he wanted attention.

"Anyone else sitting here? Everywhere I full."

" Go ahead." Soul replied. She didn't care if he did and the other boy didn't even bother to respond and continued reading his book.

"I'm Ron, what are your names? And whats with the weird blindfold? Are you blind?"

Soul felt her eye twitch in annoyance. She didn't want to get close with anyone and that including saying anything about herself. She just didn't trust anyone outside of her family.

"Soul and none of your business."

The other boy looked up from his book, slightly annoyed and simply said his name before going back to his book. "Ciel."

Ron looked uncomfortable when he noticed that neither Soul or Ciel wanted to talk and only went back to what they were doing before. He eventually left after an hour of awkward silence and Soul sighed in relief. His aura was annoying just like many others and her eyes still hurt. She rubbed her eyes again to try to relieve the pain and then opened her eyes from under her ribbon.

"At least I can see through it." She thought. She then noticed how the other boy, Ciel, had an eye patch covering the eyes with the weird energy she noticed earlier.

"I wonder if it has some sort of ability like mine. Never know because of this magic stuff."

Soul then took out her books to read since the movement of the train would ruin the more delicate carvings she had to do. As soon as she took out some of her books to decide which to read someone opened the compartment door and a girl stepped in.

"Excuse me, did you two see a toad around here?"

Both said no but it seemed like it was ignored when the girl noticed the books in their hands.

"Oh! Your both reading Hogwarts: A History! I read it a few time during the summer and the whole thing was quite fascinating. There so much that the school can offer and I'm just excited to get there and learn all I can!" Soul was surprised that the girl could talk so much without breathing, she didn't even turn blue from lack of air. After a while Soul started to get annoyed while the girl kept talking and talking! Then next thing that can out of her mouth really annoyed her.

"I didn't know they had the books in braille, but I guess they are necessary sometimes. I guess they have them separate from the selves until someone comes in and asks. How do you think they'll teach you? I heard that movement from the wand is very important."

She continued until Soul closed her book and made make zipping motion and the girls voice stopped while her mouth kept moving and she started to panic. Soul mentally smirked. Silencing charm but with her own little spin to it. How she loved it.

"One, I'm not blind. Two, you talk too much. Three, your annoying me. And four, if you want to continue to talk do it quieter and not to me." She spoke in a deadly tone, she then undid her spell and went back to her book. The other girl kept trying to talk to Ciel who also seemed a bit annoyed by the amount the girl spoke as well and eventually he politely asked to girl to leave stating that he wanted to concentrate on his book. The girl just huffed and left soon after.

"Irritating" Soul and Ciel said at the same time. Both looked at each other smiled in amusement and went back to their books.

"Future study partner maybe? Never know when you need an extra pair of eyes. Or in his case eye." Soul thought.

It was dark by the time the train stopped. Soul got off the train and noticed that many people were giving her odd looks. She ignored them and followed the shout of "First years!" that came from Hagrid. She eventually found herself on a boat with three other students sailing across what seemed to be a giant lake. Looking at the lake she saw the aura of many creatures, not just fished but also what seemed to be mermaids and a giant squid that waved when she waved.

What surprised her was when she looked at the school itself. "The school's alive!" She thought. After getting over her shock they got off the boat and walked towards the school. All the new students excitement grew by the time they reached the doors to the school. Hagrid knocked on the giant door and soon a witch came out.

"First years, Professor McGonagall."

Thank you Hagrid."

She lead them all inside. Everyone was buzzing with excitement or nervousness and eventually they stopped at an empty chamber.

"Welcome to Hogwarts. The start of the term banquet will begin shortly-"

Soul just tuned out. She already knew about the four houses of the school and she really didn't care how and where she was sorted in. Mostly hoping that none of the other students would be annoying or at least they wouldn't be nosy about anything personal.

McGonagall soon left and everyone began to talk. Some about how they would be sorted while some others talked about what they may learn. Soul continued to ignore them.

"Wait. If the school's alive then... does it have a conscious?" Soul thought.

Soul put her hand on the wall she was close to and searched for its aura, its soul. Before she was able to finish she heard screams coming from the other students startling her. She looked to see what was going on while trying to calm herself down and noticed that apparently the ghosts of the school were the cause. She also swore she felt the castle laughing at her and every other student who were scared.

Professor McGonagall soon came back and told everyone to follow her to the dinning. Many more student and teachers were there as well as what seemed to be an old hat on a stool.

Soul smiled a bit. The sorting was about to begin.

Glad that's done. Oh, I also noticed that a few asked for pairings which surprised me. I mean that was one of the last things on my mind for this story but if you guys want it I'll add it in. Mind you, it will be for later especially since Soul is only 11! Apparently there are 3 people hoping for a Soul/Ciel and one person for a Soul/Snake. I would say vote but instead I would like a reason. Why do you think Soul should end up with this person. If there any any other couples you guys want might as well tell me!
