Hey there!

I have a short one-shot for you all ^.^ This was inspired by a part of the game I played last night, and I decided to write it up. (I also have some terrible writers block for my other stories, and had to do something to let my creative juices out, lol.)

Anyway, Enjoy~ Cam is by far my favourite Bachelor. In this he's slightly OOC, but hey ho.

Enjoy!

Lillian sneezed, earning Cam's attention. He looked over to where his wife was preparing their lunch.

"Are you okay?" He asked, concern shining in his eyes. The pair had been married for just over a month now.

"I'm fine!" Lillian replied, forcing a smile. She turned around to finish preparing their lunch, when she tripped over.

"Woah!" She cried as she fell backwards, throwing the bowl of salad backwards. Cam was at her side in an instant, catching her round the waist and stopping her from falling. He brought his hand up to her forehead, taking her temperature.

"Lillian!" he exclaimed "You've got a fever! You're sick!" Cam lead her gently over to their bed, and tucked her in "Why didn't you tell me you were ill?"

"I had to look after the animals." his wife replied "And you were busy working. I couldn't worry you."

"Oh, you silly girl!" He replied, stroking Lillian's hair back off her red-hot forehead "I wouldn't of minded. Now, how on earth did you get sick? I bet it was whilst you were out in the rain last night!"

Lillian closed her eyes, and thought about last night.

"These flowers." Cam said, pointing to a picture of a yellow flower "These flowers are my favourite. They're called Moondrop flowers. The best ones bloom in the moonlight."

"They're really pretty." Lillian replied. Suddenly a thought came into her head.

'It will be a nice surprise if I pick him one of those flowers as a gift.' she thought. Lillian waited until Cam went back to work, and left the house. She walked up to the mountain side, and started to look for a Moondrop flower. Finally, it started to get dark, and Lillian was sure she would find one of the beautiful flowers.

Lillian heard the pitter-patter of rain, and suddenly a downpour started up.

"Oh no!" Lillian exclaimed "I forgot my umbrella! I'm going to get soaked! And I haven't even found the flower yet!"

She tied her head-cloth a little tighter behind her head, and continued to look. Hours later, she had scoured the entire mountain side, but with no luck. In the end, she gave up, defeated, cold, and soaked to the bone.

When she got in, Cam was fast asleep in their bed. Lillian dried up, changed her clothes and curled up into bed next to her husband.

Lillian told Cam all about this, and when she was finished he leaned down and gave her a hug.

"Oh, sweet-heart." He said, planting a kiss on her forehead "You didn't need to go through all that trouble for me! And now you're ill! I feel responsible. I'll take a few days of work to look after you."

"No, that's okay. I can take care of myself." Lillian replied, yawning "You take care of your work."

"Just get some sleep." Cam replied, stroking the top of her head "We can talk when you wake up."

Lillian nodded, and closed her eyes. She drifted off into a quiet, peaceful slumber.
