"Guys, I'm gonna head out for some fresh air." Sam says to Dean and Castiel as he opens the motel room door.

"See ya," Dean replies nonchalantly, grabbing a beer from the fridge.

The door slams shut and Dean looks back over at Castiel. He's sitting on the couch with a completely blank expression on his face.

"Cas," Dean calls.

"Yes?" He turns around.

He gestures to the brown glass bottles. "Want one?"

"No, thank you." He replies, returning to his blank stare.

Dean shrugs and makes his way back to the couch, plopping himself right beside Castiel. "So uh, Cas, I wanted to tell you something."

The angel takes on a serious demeanor, assuming that Dean is going to tell him something serious; something hunting related.

"Well there's this...person that I care a lot about and have loved for a while now."

"Your brother?"

"No, I mean more than just brotherly love."

Castiel's eyes widen. "I didn't know you thought about your brother that way."

Dean cringes, shaking his head. "No, Cas, it's you."

"What's me?" He frowns in confusion.

"I..." He averts his eyes from Castiel's. "I love you, Cas."

"Oh." The angel says quietly.

After a short silence, Castiel finally speaks again. "I guess I feel the same way towards you. I can't think of another person I care for more than you."

Dean slowly rests his beer on the coffee table in front of them. He wraps his arms around Cas, pulling him into a deep kiss and gradually pushing his back onto the couch. When he pulls away, he notices a petrified, innocent look on Castiel's face.

"Gotta lose it sometime, Cas." Dean says with a smirk.

Red flushes through the sides of the angel's face. "I-I have to go." He stammers. He vanishes into thin air, leaving Dean leaning over the couch.

"I was kidding, man!" He laughs, talking to only the air.

He settles back down on the couch and falls asleep.

"Dean, wake up." Sam pushes Dean's shoulder.

Dean smiles sleepily at the faint outline of a man, his eyelids still half closed. "You're back." He grabs the collar of Sam's shirt, pulling him so close that their lips are merely an inch apart.

Sam pushes him off aggressively. "What the hell?!"

"Sammy?!" Dean scrambles into a sitting position.

"What was that?!"
"I-I thought you were Cas." His eyes widen as he realizes what he just said.

A sly smile makes it's way across Sam's face. "You thought I was Cas...so you tried to kiss me? What were you guys doing when I wasn't here?"

Dean begins to panic. There is no way he's letting his brother know he's got the hots for that son of a bitch. "Nothing, man. I meant Cas as in 'Cassie', a girl I met-"

Castiel suddenly appears with no warning. "Dean," He looks sweetly into his eyes. "I changed my mind. If there's anyone I would want to give my innocence away to, it's you."

Sam bursts out laughing, falling to the ground holding onto his stomach.

"Oh, hello, Sam." Castiel says quietly. "I didn't see you there."

"Not the best timing, Cas, not the best timing." Dean shakes his head, holding his hands over his flushed face.
