Another perplexing day, another irresolute day…

The ocean seemed angry, waves interlacing against each other, white foam being rushed trough the air and back into the sea. Waves crushing the sand with an immeasurable strength. Small drops of water splashing and being carried away by the cold wintry wind.

A man was sitting on one of the rocks that laid on the coast. Knees bent, arms wrapped around them and forehead resting on one of the arms. He could feel the shearing wind on his whole body. The tips of his unbuttoned dark red denim shirt flew strongly on both of his sides over a gray T-shirt. Covering his legs, dark blue jeans worked as some kind of barrier against the wind and water. He had his favorite brown leather boots half buried in the sand; the boots Cas had given him.

…Cas…

I could see his soul aching; I could feel his sorrow. I wished I could be there for him; I truly needed to feel his warmth against my own skin. Listening to his heartbeat like I used to. A lonely tear started building in my right eye, making my sight blurry for an instant. I couldn't bare something as simple as that prohibiting me from staring at the man I loved.

…Dean…

Dean felt the urge to scream until his lungs were out of his body, an enormous amount of anger was locked inside of him and he just wanted to get rid of it. Get rid of it now… Just as he was about to let everything out and cry like never before, a familiar presence changed the atmosphere. Suddenly it wasn't winter, everything became warm, soft, radiant… Cas was surrounding him with a pair of dark gray and golden wings. They were majestic. Dean was breathless. "Cas… Cas… Cas…" he could not believe his eyes. Castiel was standing in front of him with those blue eyes Dean knew so much. After staring at each other for endless minutes, Dean stood up and leaned forward, just enough to touch their foreheads. As soon as he felt Cas' skin against his, an electric feeling ran down his spine, making him shiver.

Having those emerald eyes so close to mine made me feel alive once again. I needed Dean so much after not seeing him in such a long period of time. It seemed like an eternity. Heaven felt more like Hell.

I raised my hand and pressed my fingertips on his lower lip. I could not stop looking at them; I longed to kiss them. He wrapped his arms around my waist closing any space that was left between us. My fingertips changed their curse and moved forward so as to place my hand on Dean's nape.

Then it happened, what we both needed. It started as a soft kiss but before we knew it our mouths and tongues were engaging a war of passion and need. Our breaths started picking up speed, arms running down our backs, pressing onto each other. Nothing or no one could break us apart now. Our bond was unwavering. Dean suddenly stepped back and said:

"Cas… I love you, and I will always will"

The answer seemed so obvious and I replied:

"Dean, I love you, and I will always, always will"

Passionate kisses became tender. With their eyes closed, they touched each other's faces, trying to remember every last detail. Tears fell down from their eyes, but this time they were tears of pure and utter joy.
