Its a dark and rain Tuesday and I am now about to find out the sex of the baby. I get to glee and see that Tina is crying and I can't figure out why. I look at Finn and can tell that he is upset. I look at Mr. Schue and realize that Puck, Santana and Quinn are not in glee and Finn tells me that Quinn was with Santana and Puck when her stomach started hurting and she passed out. He Says they rushed her to the hospital and got into a car accident and that when the medics got to them Puck told them that Quinn passed out and that her stomach hurt. Mr. Schue takes us to the hospital to see how they were doing.

"I hope they are ok!"

"They have to be Artie."

The doctor comes out and says that Santana has not woken up, but that she is stable and that when she wake up they can run more test. Another doctor says that Quinn has an Optic pregnancy and that is why she passed out plus cause of the accident she has a brain bleed and that she is going to need surgery to fix the problems.

"So you mean Quinn is pregnant with a bad baby?"

"Yes, she is pregnant. Do you know who the father may be?"

"Yeah the man involved in the accident is the father. How is he by the way?"

"The doctors are still working to stabilize him last I heard was that he had an injury to the spine."

"I am going to call there parents you Rachel and Mercedes wait with Santana, Tina and Brittany wait with Quinn."

The hours pass by and all I hear is the slow beeping of the machines. I look at the clock and notice that it is lunch time and I tell Mercedes that I am going to get something from the cafeteria if she wanted anything. As I get to the cafeteria I see Finn and he says we need to go see the doctor to find out the sex of the baby.

"Lets go Finn."

As we get the ultrasound the doctor has a strange face and says I have some news and I get worried.

"Doctor Peterson what is wrong?"

"Well it seems the previa is still there but you guys are having twins. I also and going to get a 3d ultrasound done cause I see that the babies are tiny for there size the good news is baby A is a Boy and baby B is a Girl."

The doctor says the baby's are fine and that I don't need to come back till 27 weeks pregnant. we go back and find out Quinn is out of surgery and that she is awake and talking. We also Find out that Puck is stable and that he is ok for now but that he needs to get a screw in his back to keep spin in tack. Santana is awake as well but the doctors are performing test cause she has no feeling in the lower half of her body.

"Mr. Schue Finn and I have some news we are having a boy."

"Congrats guys."

"Wait there is more we are also having a girl."

"Twins that is great of you guys you are going to be busy."

"Mr. Schue where is Puck I need to talk to him?"

"The doctors are going to bring him in after surgery."

"So I was pregnant and the baby went bad and they got rid of the baby."

"Yes, Quinn they did."

"Well, Quinn I am going to check on Santana and then we are going to head home to let you guys rest."

"Hi, Mr. Schue."

"Hey so what did the doctors tell you?"

"I might not ever walk again."
