DANCING IN THE STARS
Chapter 6
DECEPTION
Chuckling, holding hands and swaying, exchanging sweet words, walking across the park, looking at the road and playing games. This is what makes a typical couple day for Danny and Sam. They always walk to school in the early morning, but before that, Danny goes to Sam's house to fetch her. When they were jus friends, every man for himself. Now, it seems that Danny had become more caring and loving to Sam than before.
School. A place for fun and learning. Danny and Sam arrives at the school, passing by noisy corridors; some students waving at them and saying hello. In the past, Danny was the laughing stock of the school because of his ghost-hunting parents and his weirdness. Now, he is one of Amity Park's most respected citizens.
Just as the couple was entering their first class, someone called their attention. "Fenton!" The voice was no new for Danny. He had heard the voice before. He remembered it. He cursed it. He swore to remember the voice. "Ugh." Danny growled. "If itsn't Elliot the Michigan Boy."
"Hey, Danny." Gregor said. "I just want to say sorry for what happened before. I mean, I didn't mean to hurt you by taking away your best friend; let's just say I'm a bit carried away."
"Carried away by what?" Danny exclaimed, anger still filled his heart.
"I've been loveless for a very long time." Wiping away a single tear, Gregor continued, "It was my chance. But I never realized that I have might hurt others."
Realizing that Gregor had regretted his past actions, Danny sympathized and gave him a pat on the shoulders. "Don't worry. There are plenty of girls in here. You'll find the right one for you. Not now, not tomorrow, but sometime."
Sam then said, "Okay guys, enough with the guru talk. Our class starts now!"
"All right, Gregor. Pull yourself together." Danny bid goodbye before he went inside the room and Gregor walked outside. Desiree and Paulina were waiting for him, sitting in the benches under the tree.
"I did it. I apologized to them." Gregor whispered. "Now what?"
Desiree said, "We need to wait for a while before they regain their trust to you. At that moment, you can make Sam fall for you."
"Wait?" Gregor yelled, slamming his fists on the wooden table. "I don't want to wait. I want now!"
Paulina then added, "The longer we wait, the closer Danny and Sam become, the more likely we are ever going to lose them!"
"Okay, calm down, calm down!" Desiree sighed. "I'll try to do something that will speed things up a bit. But are you guys willing to take the risk?"
"For Sam, I will." Gregor said.
"For Danny, I will too." Paulina exclaimed.
A FEW HOURS LATER
Sam went to her house together with Danny to have some fun time with each other. "So what do you want to do? Games? Movies? Video chat with Tucker while he repair his tablet?"
"Let's say we spend it on your rooftop and watch the moon and the stars twinkle and we share our secrets and we talk about each other," Danny said, panting after he said that fast.
"Hm. Doesn't sound like fun."
"Oh it is." Danny whispered as he held Sam's hands. When they reach the house, they immediately went upstairs and began setting up. "Some food and gadgets, a blanket, and a telescope is enough." Sam said.
"Too bad Tucket can't come. He's busy doing repairs on his tablet, but it would be fun if he was here." Danny said.
Sam hugged Danny by his back, then whispered, "Awww, just think of this as our date. You and me, watching the stars."
Danny and Sam lie down and turned their eyes to the night sky, watching the stars sparkle as they hold hands."
"You know, I was thinking about what Gregor said this morning." Danny said. "I believe he has completely changed."
"How can you say that easily, Danny?" Sam asked. "You were angry at him, then all of a sudden you feel okay with him now?"
"I suppose," Danny answered. "Maybe some kind of a good ghost overshadowed him and turned him good."
Sam chuckled at his last remark. "Or maybe Skulker scared him and threatened him."
Both of them chuckled and sighed, but their eyes remained on the sky and their hands held each other.
"But I still can't believe that Paulina tried to kill you." Sam said. "Well, she did kill you, but thanks to my grandparents you are alive again."
"Ugh, that girl." Danny grumbled. "She can deceive anyone just with her looks."
"Yeah, true." Sam remarked. "You even fought with Tucker just to see who out of the two of you Paulina likes better."
"Yeah, I admit that I too was deceived by her. But not anymore." Holding Sam's hands tighter, and both of them sitting up, he added, "You will always be mine. I will always be yours. No one stands between us."
Sam's love for Danny once again skyrocketed by this unexpected romantic move. They both had another of those sweet tender hugs, and the stars seemed to sparkle more.
I AM THE PHANTOM X

Hello, Phans! So this story is back! I want to focus on this one for a while, so you'll be expecting more of this story soon!
Anyway, it's only 5 hours 'till the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympics begin the opening ceremony, so I'll be watching it!
Speaking of fanfics, there is a possible sequel for the Amnesia The Quest for Answers and Teardrops on a Love Letter. I'm having ideas, but I got little time to do them, so it might take a while. Also, I'm putting my With Each Other, And They Call it Evil Love, and The Knights of Phantom stories on hold. On hold means low priority, and other fanfic writers are open for contribution and suggestions.
So, that's all! More of this story coming soon! Until then, EXCELSIOR! ~Nickster
