A/N: WOW everyone I am SO INCREDIBLY SORRY that it has taken me THIS long to post a new chapter. I know you all probably thought I'd just given up on the story. And to be honest at one point, so did I. It's just that college was way more difficult this year and it took away a lot of my free writing time. I took many literature courses forced to read and write about other pieces. But now that it is Christmas break I FINALLY had a chance to grab some inspiration. So here, better late than never, is chapter eight.

Weeks had gone by and somehow Analeese remained inside of Bonnie's body and Bonnie remained trapped on the other side. "Look, Jeremy, we've tried basically everything. Maybe, maybe this was a stupid idea. Analeese is stronger than me, now more than ever." Bonnie couldn't believe no one, not even Elena, realized that Bonnie wasn't Bonnie. Jeremy had brought up nearly every memory he could think of and still no one noticed anything strange with Analeese's answers. And Bonnie couldn't stand to keep putting Jeremy in the line of fire that was Klaus.

"What?" his voice elevated slightly as he watched her pace around his bedroom floor. Elena had gone off to the Grill for dinner with Caroline. Being alone in the house was the only time he and Bonnie could talk freely, without him looking insane that is. "You can't be serious, we can't give up. You said it yourself, you feel more—distant."

It was true, being away from her body for this long had really taken a tole on her. Stopping to face him, she rolled her eyes. "Yeah, I said I was feeling a little under the weather but big deal. We can just do this instead." She pointed to the space between them, it wasn't the best option but it was an option.

"No," he protested while standing from his bed. Staring her deep in the eyes he stepped closer. "Bonnie, this isn't the same. You lie next to me but you're not really there." Attempting to press the back of his hand gently upon her cheek, he felt nothing. "Touching you feels empty, and when I can actually touch you, when you somehow muster up enough energy, you just become even weaker. So no, this is not an option. I'll keep trying, I'll still fight even when you can't." Although she mostly felt nothing while being on the other side, now she felt a tingle, a ping in her heart.

"Well what else can you do, we've tried everything Jer."

"No, we haven't." Stepping around her, he grabbed his jacket off of the doorknob.

"Where are you going?" She questioned while watching him get ready to leave.

"To Klaus." He answered sternly. Walking through him she stood facing him.

"Jeremy, no. Don't even think about it. He'd kill you!" Bonnie's voice was strained and she knew if she could hear it then so could Jeremy. "If you want to keep fighting then fight another way. Fight a way that won't get yourself killed! Don't be an idiot Jer, think about what you're trying to do. You go over there, tell Klaus he's been tricked this whole time. That I'm not really who he thinks I am, that he, who is supposedly in love with me can't tell the difference? Do you not realize how enraged he'll be by you calling him a moron?" Bonnie practically shouted as she watched Jeremy continue to get ready. He reached behind his bed and collected two wooden steaks then retrieved what she assumed to be a water bottle of vervain water from his closet.

Ignoring her attempts Jeremy headed out of his room. "You can't actually stop me from doing this Bonnie."

She followed him down the stairs and to the front door, as he opened it she closed it, gathering much more energy than she thought she would need. "What is your plan—for when he rips out your heart?" She questioned while trying to catch her breath.

"Well," he began slowly, noticing how weak she really looked. "I highly doubt you're just going to stay here. If things look like their heading South, tell me something that only you and him would know. It'll convince him. I'm sure of it."

Finally retaining what little strength that she had, Bonnie mulled it over. Yes the entire idea was a suicide mission, but what if it actually worked? They would be one step closer to having her back in her own body. "Ugh, fine! We'll try it, but the minute I see his eye do that twitchy thing it does when he's angry, you're going to drop it and leave." Smiling at the corners of his mouth Jeremy opened the door once more allowing Bonnie to walk through first. "Wipe that smile off your face. Jerk."

Luckily Caroline had picked Elena up and she'd left the car at home. Walking to Klaus' would be like running a marathon, he lived on the outskirts of town. There was no point in wasting energy on sitting in a car, so Bonnie poofed herself to Klaus' mansion and waited for Jeremy to pull into the circular driveway. "Do you think he's home?"

Before Bonnie could answer Rebekah opened the front doors. "What do you think?" She retorted and then allowed him to listen to the uproar of laughter pour out from the inside. "They are driving me absolutely insane." She shut her eyes briefly before staring at him. "Why are you here?"

"I just came to talk to Klaus." Swallowing the lump that had formed in his throat he continued. "Alone, but since Bonnie is here, I don't think I can. Unless, you help?"

Folding her arms across her chest she pursed her lips. "And why on Earth would I do that little Gilbert?"

Rolling her eyes Bonnie shifted her gaze from Rebekah to Jeremy. "Look, you might as well fill her in. There's no way Klaus will even hear a word you say if Analeese is still here."

Nodding his head in Bonnie's direction Jeremy let out a breath of air. "Bonnie says that I should tell you that Bonnie isn't Bonnie."

"What on Earth are you blabbering about? She's been here all day, how could she have told you anything. And 'Bonnie isn't Bonnie' do you realize how idiotic you sound? Go home Gilbert." Turning on her heels she began to close the doors.

"Jeremy, stop her!" Bonnie shouted.

"Wait! Look, I'm telling the truth." Watching Rebekah stop suddenly, he continued in a whisper. "It's not Bonnie in their with your brother."

Walking back outside and closing the doors behind her she cleared the distance between them. "And who exactly do you think it is?"

"Analeese." He whispered back at her. Her face lit up, only for a moment but it was enough of a sign to show Jeremy that he'd won her over. "Bonnie says that the last time she did expression, Analeese found a way to replace Bonnie's spirit with her own. The same way your mother did to you."

"Why?" She protested, still not believing it entirely.

Bonnie snorted and rolled her eyes. "To cozy up to Klaus, her one true love. Why else? Dumb blonde."

Chuckling at Bonnie's comment, Jeremy tried to control himself. "What's so funny Gilbert?"

"Bonnie, she called you a dumb blonde." As she growled a bit he raised his hands. "Get mad at her not me, I'm just relaying information. Bonnie thinks Analeese swapped out her spirit because she still loves Klaus."

Sighing Rebekah rubbed her temples. "Not this again," she mumbled.

"Not what again? Jeremy what is she talking about?" Bonnie asked intently.

"Bonnie wants to know what exactly you mean by—again."

Looking over her shoulder Rebekah listened for her brother's voice. "Not here," she mouthed then pointed in the direction of the road. She lead the way and once they were far enough from the house she began. "Yes, my brother did love Analeese once. But that love wasn't real. She's a crazy bitch hell bent on being the only one for him."

"What?" Jeremy asked shocked.

"Everyone could see their relationship was on the brink of ending. And when I mean everyone I mean Analeese. So she put some kind of spell on him; knowing my brother all too well I knew something wasn't right. And when I confronted her about it, she had Niklaus drive a dagger through my heart." Still extremely bitter about it all she glared off into the direction of her home. "The spell only wore off when she died an entire sixty years later."

"That would have made Analeese—"

"Old," Jeremy finished Bonnie's thought. "Must have been some spell." He joked. "So will you help me get Klaus alone or not?"

"May I ask why you're so intent on bringing Bonnie Bennett back? I highly doubt once you do she'll come running into your arms. She's had a taste of the finer things in life, why would she ever go back to you?"

"Wow," Bonnie stared at her. "What a bitch."

"Regardless of who Bonnie chooses, she's dying on the other side. She's not supposed to be there and it's taking its tole on her. God, and it's not Analeese's body, that should be reason enough for you. Geez what is with you Originals?"

Smirking she inclined her head slightly. "Alright, I'll do it. I suppose I'll suggest that Bon—er Analeese—I mean Bonnie and I haven't spent enough time together. And that I might as well deal with the fact that she and my brother are serious. She's apart of the family, blah blah sister bonding blah. Give it at least ten minutes before entering to speak to Klaus."

"Deal." He smiled back at her then headed back for the house a few steps behind.

Bonnie fiddled with her fingers in anticipation. "I never knew any of the stuff about Analeese."

Jeremy looked in her direction. "Well why would you? It's not like she would be eager to tell you about her obsession with him." Rebekah glanced over her shoulder at him. "Bonnie's still here, I can talk to dead people remember?"

"I thought you said she's not dead?"

"She's not but her spirit's on the other side, but right now she's standing next to me." He gestured to his left.

"Relax Jer, or else you'll have to deal with two pissed off Originals."

"Nah, I can take her." He joked making sure she heard him.

"In your dreams little Gilbert." They all sort of laughed. Then she stopped abruptly; turning to face him any hint of happiness was gone from her face. "Remember, ten minutes." Jeremy nodded his head and the she dashed away.

Standing there alone in the darkness of the night Bonnie felt it all set in. This would probably be their last attempt at outing Analeese. It all boiled down to whether or not Klaus believed Jeremy is telling the truth. "Well, looks like it's game time."
