I honest to god apologise for the long wait. I hit a major writers block and I couldn't write for any story. But thankfully here is the latest chapter, enjoy.

Also can people stop asking for Sonic characters to be apart of this world? Unless you have an excellent suggestion that will allow it, I won't let it happen.

Harem: Naruto/Hinata/Ino/TenTen/Haku/Ayame/Kin/Tayuya/?

As Team 10 leapt through the trees, Naruto ran on the ground. Ino kept taking small glances at her fellow blond and these glances were caught by Hinata who jumped next to Ino "This is perfect" she whispered so Naruto wouldn't hear.

"What?" asked Ino acting like she didn't know.

"You can ask him out on a date" said Hinata, which shocked Ino.

"I can't do that!"

"Why?"

"I just can't!" she nearly shouted.

Hinata was confused until it dawned on her "Are you afraid?" Ino did say anything but did look at Naruto before looking away "You are. Well there's nothing to be afraid of"

"What make you so sure?" she asked back "I made fun of him when we were younger and only stopped when we became Genin. He would never go out with me"

"Naruto isn't the kind of person who would just say no. Granted at first he would be very awkward but because of the CRA he will say yes. He sees you as one of his precious people" at this Ino blushed "Go on!"

"Later!" she shouted loudly, which earned looks from the others "S-Sorry!"

Eventually the team came to an ocean. Kurenai looked around before seeing a boatman appear "Excuse me, can you please take us to the Land of Waves?"

The man groaned, "I just got back form there" He then looked at who asked and widened his eyes "Konoha ninjas? What's happened?" he asked.

"I cannot say," said Kurenai "But can you take us across?"

The man stared at her for a moment before asking "Does this have anything to do with the other team that I took across? There was a Jonin with spiky silver hair and a mask"

"That sounds like Kakashi," muttered Kurenai before she nodded.

He sighed "That means Tazuna's in danger. I'll take you all across, but you will need to be silent" Everyone nodded at this and got on the boat. It only took about an hour to get to another island. Once there, Kurenai paid the man and the team ran into the forest.

"Sensei" called Hinata, with her Byakugan activated.

"What is it Hinata?" asked Kurenai.

"I can see Team 7 up ahead. There is also two others, one has Chunin level chakra and the other, Jonin who also has a large weapon"

"Can you see how the others are doing?"

Hinata looked in the direction again "Sakura appears to be next to a person, who the client if I had to guess. Sasuke is lying against a tree and looks to be unconscious. Kiba is leaning against a tree but appears to be injured. The Jonin ninja also just created a clone and it is walking towards Sakura and the client"

"What should we do?" asked Ino.

Kurenai thought for a moment "Ok, Hinata, do you know healing jutsu?" Hinata nodded "Then you go to both Sasuke and Kiba and make sure their fine. Ino, you go to Sakura and add protection to the client" Ino nodded her head "Naruto, you-"

She got cut off "Sensei, if it is all right, can I go after the Jonin? With my speed the person won't see me coming. Plus one of us has to catch the one in the trees. For all we know, the person might be a sensor so you might know how to get past that"

Kurenai looked troubled for a moment before sighing, "I can't argue with that logic. Fine, you go attack the Jonin and if Kakashi is in trouble then you help him" He nodded with a smile "When I say, we all go"

They waited for a few moments before Kurenai gave the signal. They all ran to where they were needed. Ino stood beside Sakura, who was just staring at Sasuke. Hinata ran to Kiba first "Are you alright?" she asked as her hands glowed green.

"Hinata? What are you doing here?" asked Kina, surprised to see her.

"My team is the backup that Kakashi-Sensei ordered," she said as she started healing him.

"Where are the others in your team?"

"Ino is with Sakura, protecting the client and Kurenai-Sensei is dealing with your watcher"

"Watcher? Never mind," he said shaking his head "What about Naruto?"

"Taking care of the Jonin" Kiba grew confused before looking at the enemy.

-With Naruto-

When they were given the signal, Naruto used his speed and used a kunai to slice the clone as he ran past it "What?" whispered Zabuza Momochi, the ninja mercenary that was attacking Team 7 and is trying to kill their client. His right hand was holding his Water Prison Jutsu that was held Kakashi inside and he sent a Water Clone to kill the rest. He was not expecting something to kill the clone however. He suddenly stiffened when he couldn't move and was suddenly thrown away into the water, releasing the jutsu that held Kakashi.

"Kakashi-Sensei, are you all right?" asked Naruto as he helped the Jonin up.

"Yes, thanks Naruto," said Kakashi.

"What's happening here?"

"We were ambushed by Zabuza. I tried to fight him off but he caught me by surprise and Sasuke decided to attack. He was knocked unconscious and Kiba tried to help but got knocked back. That's when you came," answered Kakashi "Where are the rest of your team?"

"Hinata is tending to the wounded, Ino is adding protection to the client, and Kurenai-Sensei is taking care of your watcher"

"Watcher?" repeated Kakashi "Look out!" he shouted before they both ducked from a horizontal slash from Zabuza's Executioner Blade.

Naruto widened his eyes "Now THAT is a bid sword!" he shouted.

"Naruto" said Kakashi, getting the blonds attention "I thank you for your work but I can handle things from here"

Naruto smirked "Sorry sensei but I can't leave. You look like your about to pass out and plus I still have a few surprises"

Kakashi sighed, knowing that Naruto wouldn't leave so he just nodded. Zabuza looked at Naruto and raised an eyebrow "You'd better do as your sensei say's brat, otherwise you'll get killed" he threatened.

"I don't die that easily," replied Naruto, making Zabuza chuckle.

"I like this kid" he said to Kakashi as he readied his blade.

Naruto saw this and smirked "I was hoping for a chance to use this" said Naruto as he took out a scroll. He then unravelled it before biting his thumb and wiping his blood onto it "Seal: Release!" In a puff of smoke Naruto was holding his mothers sword, the Whirlpool Katana.

Seeing this Kakashi went wide eyed "N-Naruto! Is that what I think it is?"

"Yep! The Whirlpool Katana, my mothers blade" he answered.

Zabuza was confused about the sword until he heard the name "T-The Whirlpool Katana!" he shouted, "That sword is legendary! How do you have it?!"

"It was my mothers, Kushina Uzumaki"

At first Zabuza was shocked, but then started chuckling which turned into a full blown laughter "This is excellent! How about a bet kid?"

Naruto narrowed his eyes but said "Go on"

Kakashi was about to say something but Zabuza continued, "I want a match, just you and me. We only use our swords and nothing else, no jutsu's. I win, I kill you and take that blade because I can't have it until you die"

"So you know about that?" asked Naruto getting an answer.

"Yes. That sword can only be wielded by a single person. Once that person dies, whoever picks it up first becomes the new wielder" said Zabuza getting Naruto to nod.

"And what do I get if I win?" asked Naruto with Zabuza shrugging "How about if I win, you and your partner stop trying to kill the old guy over there?" he said pointing to the client.

Zabuza thought for a moment before nodding "Fair enough"

Kakashi whispered to Naruto "Are you sure about this? What if you lose?"

Naruto smiled "I've been training to use this sword for about a couple of weeks and I already feel like I know how to use it completely. Also, I'm the village's 'Most Unpredictable Ninja' so I can at least keep him guessing" Kakashi tried to argue but relented.

"All right Naruto, I'll trust you," he said before jumping away to see how his team were doing.

Both Zabuza and Naruto took a stance as they stared at each other from a distance. They stared at each other, neither moving nor making a sound. Suddenly, a single leaf fell in between them and, as soon as it touched the water, they ran at each other. Zabuza swung his blade in a downward slash but Naruto used his sword to block it as he continued towards Zabuza. The blades created sparks as they were grounded together. When Naruto got close enough he thrusted his sword up, throwing the Executioner Blade away from him, and then went for a slash. Zabuza saw this and jumped back before using his blade to block another strike "For a brat, you're not so bad" commented Zabuza.

"You're not so bad yourself," replied Naruto, making the man laugh.

Zabuza grinned behind his wrappings "Years being a missing ninja, you tend to learn a few things"

Naruto smirked "Years being in a village that constantly beat me, I learnt a lot of things" Zabuza furrowed his brow at that, confused at what Naruto said. However this dropped his guard and Naruto took advantage. He ran at the Jonin and thrusted his sword forward.

Seeing this, Zabuza used the flat side of his blade to block, but this also blocked him from seeing Naruto. Nothing happened so he looked and didn't see the blond. Suddenly, he was thrown forward as pain exploded in his arms and sides. He looked and saw cuts all along his body. He turned to see Naruto's back to him and his sword sheathed "I...lost?" he questioned before falling forward towards the water.

"Hang on" he heard Naruto say before he saw the Genin appear next to him, an supporting him "Let's get to land, seeing how you lost the bet"

"Shut up" muttered Zabuza in annoyance.

They reached the shore and Naruto lowered Zabuza to the ground "Hey Hinata!" he shouted to his girlfriend "Can you heal him please?"

She ran over and gave him a confused look "Why? Isn't he the enemy?"

"At first but we made a bet and I won. Now he isn't going to kill any of us" Hinata smiled and kissed Naruto before healing the Jonin "How are the others doing?"

Hinata shrugged "Kiba is fully healed and so is Sasuke, but I kept him unconscious. I don't know about Sakura but, knowing her, she was nowhere near any danger. Besides Ino was with her. Kurenai-Sensei, I don't know" Naruto nodded before standing and walking over to Ino.

Ino was wide eyed as she stared at Naruto, with a blush. She knew he was strong, but to defeat a Jonin like that was just incredible "Are you all right Ino?" he asked.

"Y-Yeah" she said with her head nodding 'Maybe I should ask him out' she thought with a larger blush "Uh, N-Naruto?"

"Yes Ino?" said Naruto as he looked at her.

"I-I was wondering i-if y-" she got cut off when Sakura decided to speak.

"Why the hell are you guys here?!" she screeched. Ino glared in anger but it went unnoticed by everyone but Naruto.

"Kakashi-Sensei ordered backup when you were attacked by two Chunin level ninja" answered Naruto.

"Sasuke handled them easily so we don't need your help," she said snidely.

Both Naruto and Ino looked at her with a deadpan stare "Kakashi-Sensei told us that he got knocked out, the very second he tried to fight Zabuza"

"That guy cheated!" she screeched.

"He's the enemy," said Naruto "He's allowed"

Sakura was going red in the face from anger "I'd like to see you beat that guy then! He'd kill you!"

Everyone was silent at that and Sakura smirked, thinking she won. That is until she heard Ino say "He did beat him"

"What?"

"Didn't you not see what happened? Naruto and that Zabuza had a sword's duel in the middle of the water and Naruto won" explained Ino.

They then all then heard Zabuza shout, "If I was aloud to use jutsu then I would have won!"

"Probably" said Naruto "But I would put up a hell of a fight" Ino nodded at this. They turned to Sakura and saw her tending to Sasuke; already forgetting she was in an argument "She's not going to remember this, is she?"

"No" answered Ino.

"Hey Ino" the girl looked at him "What were you trying to say? Before Sakura interrupted" he clarified.

Ino suddenly blushed and stammered "Uh...w-well...I'll t-tell you later" she said finally.

Naruto looked at her before shrugging "Suit yourself"

Once everyone was together, with Zabuza leaning against a tree, Kurenai came out of the trees holding an unconscious person "I'm not saying anything" said Zabuza when everyone looked at him for answers on who the person was.

"Was there any difficulty?" asked Naruto to his sensei.

"No. He thought he heard something but got distracted when you fought Zabuza. It was easy to place a Genjutsu over him and knock him out" she said "Also, nice job Naruto. Training with that sword is starting to pay off"

"Thank you sensei" said back Naruto with a smile. He then made three Shadow Clones and said "One of you carry Sasuke and the other the Hunter Ninja. The last will help Zabuza walk" The clones nodded as they did what they were told. Although the clone carrying Sasuke was close to taking a kunai and dispelling himself if Sakura doesn't keep telling him how to carry Sasuke.

Naruto sighed, knowing that this was going to be a long mission.

I am so sorry for not updating! I have been really busy and my exams are only a week away!

I was thinking of adding the Sacred Swords from 'Sonic and the Black Knight', I got the idea from a story called 'The Shadow'
