A/N Hello guys! Long time, no see! Well, this is one of my old stories, enjoy!

"BRUCCCEEE!"

The man's head shot up.

"Richard?" he called worriedly.

"BRUCEEEEE!"

His eyes widened and he started to run up the stairs.

'What was I thinking putting this many stairs in the house?!' he thought.

Finally, he reached the 3rd floor.

"Richard, I'm coming," Bruce said, as he heard the boy scream yet again.

'Too many rooms!' Bruce grumbled in his head.

Luckily, the boy's room was painted in a bright cherry red with a black R encircled in a yellow circle.

He opened the door and found an adorable sight.

Richard was on his 'big boy bed', his batman blanket tangled.

The boy's blue orbs were misty and puffy and his cheeks and nose red from his antics.

"Bwuce?" Dick called out.

"Hey little buddy," Bruce replied, sitting down beside the boy.

"They were falling, Bwuce! They left me!" he exclaimed, flinging himself to his adoptive father.

The father held his son, rubbing small circles in his back.

"Dick, they never wanted to leave you, " Bruce started. "And.. I'm always going to be here, for you."

By this time, the young boy had fallen asleep by his father's comforting words.

"I love you, Tati,"

Bruce's eyes widened.

Had Dick just called him...Dad?

Bruce's heart fluttered in joy.

"Don't leave, Tati,"

Again, his heart fluttered.

"Never,"

He put the boy down and lay down beside him.

Pulling up the blanket, he snuggled in with his son.

"I love you, too, Dick,"
