HELLO :D

I DO NOT OWN AO NO EXORCIST.

I stayed up a little bit. Thinking of what I saw in the hallways of the hospital.

When morning came, I slowly opened my eyes. I didn't get that much sleep. I looked around to see Kamiki and Paku still asleep.

I walked out to the garden. I walked towards the lilies, my favorite kind of flowers. I bent down to smell them. I've always loved the way they smelt.

I heard little feet running across the garden. I looked up, but I didn't see anything.

"Hello?" I called out, no answer. "Is anybody there? If there is, can you please show yourself?" I heard noises. I turned my head to where the noise came from.

I see eyes, staring at me. They weren't scary, no. They seemed.. peaceful.

I stood up and started walking to the pair of eyes. "Why, hello there. Were you the one I saw at the hospital?" As I got closer, there was a little creature. It had wings, like a butterfly. They were beautiful.

I bent down to get a closer look, it backed away. "May I know your name?"

It gave me a look like it wanted to say something, but couldn't. "Can't speak?" It looked like it was sad. Then it ran off.

"Oh." I started to walk back to the house. Then, I saw the creature pop out of nowhere in front of me. She had something in her hand.

She opened it, more than 1 butterflies came out of her hand. "Whoa.." I watched as all the butterflies fly to the sun. "Oh. So, your name is Cho? Which means you're a girl?" Cho nodded her head.

"Well, nice to meet you, Cho. My name is Shiemi. Would you like to come with me to meet my friends?" Cho nodded with happiness.

She jumped on my head, we started walking back.

When I walked through the door of Kamiki's room, they were already awake. They had some worried look on their face.

"Shiemi, where the hell were you?" Kamiki said, as though she was mad. "I-I was in the garden. I need some fresh air."

"U-Uhm.. Shiemi. What's that on your head?" Paku pointed to my head.

"Oh, this is Cho. I met her in the garden." I grabbed her and held her out so they could get a better look of her.

"She's beautiful." Paku and Kamiki said. Cho blushed from embarrassment. "Well," Kamiki put her arm around me, "we have things to do, so get ready." Cho gave a quick glance to Kamiki before she growled at her. Kamiki backed away. "Uh.. what's her problem?"

I honestly don't know.. Anyways, you girls can go on without me. I have things to do today."

"Oh, okay. Well, have fun." Paku said.

We all got ready and went our separate ways. I went to the Big City, the spot where there are grocery stores and stuff like that. 'I wonder why she would growl at Kamiki like that.' I looked at Cho who was so francized by the different foods showing behind the window.

'That's because I'm here to protect you.' I heard a voice in my head. I looked around to see who said that. No one was paying any attention. I looked at Cho, who was staring at me. 'W-was that you?'

She looked at me wide eyed. 'Yay, you can hear me, you can hear me.' She started to jump around me.

I was confused. 'Why couldn't I hear you earlier?' I asked her. 'I think it's cause I didn't know if you're the one I needed.' I gave her a confused look. 'I'm your guardian angel, Shiemi.' She gave me a smile.

I grabbed Cho and started running towards the hospital. At the front, I see Rin and Yukio.

"Rin! Yukio!" I caught up to them. "Shiemi, what are you doing? And why are you running?" Yukio asked.

I explained everything that happened since the morning to that exact moment.

Rin's POV;

Shiemi was talking about things that made my head hurt. I looked down to arms; she was holding a butterfly-like thing.

I leaned in to get a closer look. Her eyes were blue, her eyelashes were long and black, and she had antennas on her head like a butterfly. She looked at me with a surprised look on her face.

I saw Shiemi look down at her then back at me. "Wait, Rin. Can't you hear her?"

I now gave her a confused look. "Hear who?"

The creature looked at Shiemi, like it was communicating with her. "okay.. Cho told me that it's impossible for humans to see her, but why is it you can see her?" Shiemi spoke for her.

The creature, Cho, jumped out of Shiemi's arms and up to my face. She sniffed. When she dropped to the ground, she had this scared look.

She then ran to Shiemi, got into a fighting stance and gave both Yukio and I a deadly look.

Shiemi picked her up. "Sorry you guys. She got scared."

"What did she tell you?" Yukio asked. "Well, she told me to stay away from you because from what she sensed, you are demons. So, I explained to her that your nothing what she sensed. I guess you can say she loosened up, but she is still insisting to protect me." Shiemi giggled.

"What? This little pipsqueak? Protecting you?" I laughed out loud. Cho turned bright red and glared at me. "Uh, Rin. She said to not get so cocky."

"Oh yeah? What is she going to do? Stare me down to death?" I laughed even harder.

Cho jumped up and used this exploding spell that sent me flying. Yukio just shook his head and sighed. "You can never challenge a guardian angel. He will never learn." Shiemi, Yukio and Cho both laughed.

"Ugh.. that hurt.."

I sat across from Shiemi, on the ground in her garden. She was playing with Cho. I was told to keep an close eye on Cho, but I couldn't get my eyes off of Shiemi. She's really good at playing with kids., or as I should say, an guardian angel.

"Hey, you're really good at this." I told her while she was tickling Cho.

"You really think so?" I nodded. I got closer to her.

I leaned in.

Then, I felt a big hit on my head. I looked at Cho who had an upset look.

We both had a glaring contest. Shiemi just laughed at the both of us.

here you go, sorry about the wait. c;
