"Ryoga, I'm home!"

Rio placed her bags on the ground, removing her shoes and brushing over her outfit. It was only drizzling outside now, so she hadn't gotten her clothing too wet. She calls for Ryoga again, still receiving no response. The Ice Queen strides over to the kitchen, grabbing a cool drink and taking a few sips. It's cool and refreshing, just the refreshment she needed to cool down. The long day spent with her friend Kotori (she wants more but keeps that to herself) had worn her out quite considerably. Most activities still seemed to have that effect on her lately, but right now she was fairly content.

Save for the fact that Ryoga still hasn't responded since she walked in. Rio's patience was wearing quite thin, so she placed her drink on the counter, and waltzed out of the kitchen. Her brother was probably upstairs, organizing his cards or-and she giggles at this part- thinking about Yuma. Those possibilities were highly plausible, until she heard the television playing in the nearby lounge room. It was fairly loud, and was that yelling she heard on the television?

Rio tiptoed to the source of the sound, peeking around the corner, only to bear witness a rather unexpected scene. Well, perhaps she should have expected this. Ryoga was sitting on the floor, legs pulled up against his chest, his gaze fixated on the television. What was on the screen? A show focusing on the Great White Shark, and boy, did Ryoga seem entranced by the fascinating creatures.

She couldn't help but giggle at the scene, all the while sneaking upstairs to her bedroom. It was the end of the week, but she was already looking forward to next year's Shark Week. It was the only time of the year Ryoga ever watched the Discovery Channel, after all.
