Hey guys, I just had this random thought of how Percy would propose to Annabeth. This is probably not how you guys would think you how it happens but... You'll see what I did. MWAHAHAHAHAHHAHA

Also just pretend like they're 18 or 19...

This is in Annabeth's POV.

We were by the Long Island Sound in Camp. We were in our usual spot on the beach, and the ocean was calm, like Poseidon was doing that for us. I was leaning against Percy's chest, soaking in the warmth of the sun. Percy started to talk, "Um, I've been thinking."

"Always a dangerous pastime." (Your are SUPER awesome if you know where that's from, :) My eyes sparkled with humor.

"Annabeth, I'm just going to say it to you okay?" I was worried now, I sat up and looked at him.

"I don't like your name." I thought I misheard him, "Uh excuse me?"

"Your name, it's sucks. Particularly your last name." He looked serious, no humor in his sea-green eyes.

I was getting angry, "What's wrong with my last name, Annabeth Chase, that sounds good. What's wrong?!"

He looked like he was having trouble explaining himself... "You know, it just doesn't fit you, your last name doesn't really suit you. You should change it." I was getting really mad. Wait... what? He said I should change it?

"Change it!? To what?!" I was sincerely confused. I didn't understand why Percy was like this. He stood up and started to walk backwards. "Jackson, you should change it to that."

Wait, what? Did he really? "Did you just...?" Percy started to walk back to Camp. "DID YOU JUST PROPOSE TO ME?!"

"DON'T YOU DARE WALK AWAY FROM ME!" I started to run after him. He glanced back at me and smirked...? He started to run too. "ARE YOU SMIRKING?"

"COME BACK HERE THIS INSTANT PERSEUS JACKSON!"

*cue fade out*

Sorry if it seems a little confusing? I was rushing to get this out. :)

Also, who else is excited for the SOM Movie? I wasn't able to see it today, I had orientation... _ Stupid orientation. But, I'm going to go see it this Saturday :) My friend and I are going to get a pen, and put little tally marks on our hands whenever they get something wrong in the movie, :P
