Disclaimer: I do not own Percy Jackson and the Olympians. Those belong to Rick Riordon
The Olympians sat imposing in front of us to deliver their verdict on whether we live or not. Thalia stood nervous next to me as we watched our parents and family argue on wither we were too dangerous to live or die.
Suddenly Hera breaks out and states, "They should both be killed. They are too dangerous to be left alive and should be done away with."
Hephaestus speaks up from his tinkering, "You are just angry that they were both born bastard and were created through cheating on their wives."
Poseidon stated in protest, "My wife know what I was doing and was present and participating in his creation."
All the gods looked in shock and awe of him while I looked horror-struck in learning about his parents sex life and finding out I was created during a threesome.
Zeus then asks shocked by the statement, "Why does your wife still hate your half-blood children then?"
Poseidon explains that, "She believes that no mortal should be worthy to give birth to a child of the sea."
Apollo then asks how he managed to have his wife allow him to sleep with other women.
Poseidon then states, "My wife is a wonderful women and know that the sea can't be restrained but is extremely loyal. She is the one to suggested and started it in the first place by bringing in sea spirits, who end up giving birth to the Cyclopes. From what I hear Persephone it the same with Hades."
Demeter exclaimed in shock and looks at Hades who nods and states, "It's true, but with all the work I have to do and how my children usually turn out we rarely end up with another partner with us."
At this point I am in equal parts embarrassment and sickened waiting for them to get off this topic so we can start using brain-bleach to forget this conversation and repress the rest of it so I can look at my mother again without thinking of this.
