A/N: Just a little oneshot drabble that I daydreamed up in my college math class.

Spencer Reid and Jennifer Jareau were celebrating their two year anniversary, and Spencer had something special planned for that night. It was about 8:00 that evening in June when he knocked on her door.

"Hey, sweetheart," she said smiling.

"Hey, yourself," he responded taking in her outfit.

She was wearing short khaki shorts and a form-fitting, dark blue tank top that perfectly accentuated her blonde hair and pale skin.

Being around JJ so much caused Spencer's fashion choices to relax. He was wearing khaki shorts as well and a light blue button up shirt with the sleeves rolled up just above his elbows.

"Shall we?" he asked taking her hand in his.

"We shall," she responded, "So what's in the picnic basket?"
"You'll see when we get to the park," he replied simply.

They enjoyed each other's company on the ten minute walk to the park. When they got there, they spread the blanket on the ground in a clear yet secluded area Reid already had had in mind. They settled down on the blanket and shared a kiss.

"Happy two years, baby," he whispered pressing a kiss to each of her eyelids.

She giggled and replied, "The best two years of my life."

He smiled and pulled chocolate covered strawberries from the picnic basket. They spent a few minutes taking turns feeding each other the strawberries giggling in spite of themselves before lying down on the blanket to cuddle and gaze up at the stars. Suddenly, a shooting star shot across the sky.

"Oh, look, Spence. A shooting star. Make a wish, baby," JJ said.

"Hmm…," he said thoughtfully knowing what he had planned could not have gone more perfectly.

"What? No famous Spencer Reid statistic on shooting stars?" JJ laughed teasing him.

"Oh, I have plenty," he laughed, "They can wait for another night though."

He stood up, grabbed JJ by the hand, and helped her to stand up with him.

"I would make a wish on the star, but there's nothing more for me to wish for. I already have everything I could possibly need because I have you. You're my wish upon a star come true, Jenn," he said.

"Oh, Spence," she replied unable to say any more with tears already moistening her eyes.

He took her left hand in his as he sunk down to one knee, pulling a small box from his pocket saying, "Jennifer Jareau, you are the best thing that's ever happened to me. I love you with all my heart. Will you marry me?"

Tears were pouring down her cheeks as he slipped the ring on her finger.

As he stood back up leaning in to kiss her, she gained composure long enough to whisper, "Yes."
