This is the last chapter of this story I'm afraid! I really hope you've all enjoyed it (I certainly have!)! I might be writing another at some point so keep an eye out! But I'm writing an actual story at the minute :)

Thankyou for everything and merry Christmas!

EPILOGUE

"I've got her. You ready?" Bond spoke into his phone.

"Yep!" Eve replied, before Bond cut her off.

She got out of her car that was parked down the street from M's house, and watched for Bond who appeared a minute later.

"Just tie her to the railing." He said, handing the woman the leash.

"Ok, two minutes." She said, "Come on!"

She tied the leash to railing outside M's front door and pinned the note to the floor. She rang the bell, and ran down the next street.

From Eves car, her and Bond watched as M opened her door and found Jess tied up outside it.

She read the note on the floor, and hugged the dog tight. In the street lamp light, you could see the tears streaming down her face.

The note read-

"M,

Mr Peters passed away a few days ago of cancer, and a note was left to leave Jess to a dogs home.

However, he turned out to be an old friend of mine, and I arranged with him to have her brought down here to live with you.

I know how much she meant to you, and how happy she made you (I hope that means you'll be a lot cheerier now!) and knew you'd love to have her.

She helped us get on a lot better I think, which is a lot nicer than being at war with each other! I have to admit, it was one hell of a week! But in a good way I suppose.

I'd say look after her well, but I know you will.

Yours,

James x"
