Fate of two, Chap 8:

Hibiki looked at her eyes, his face getting a bit sadder every second. "If you hugged me.. I would be a bit happier.." Lucy looked up to Hibiki suddenly blushing as she finished speaking. Hibiki wrapped his long arms around her and placed his head on her shoulder "Lucy.. You're the most beautiful female alive.. But I must admit you look prettier when you smile.." He murmured and Lucy giggled sweetly into his ear and a heart warming smile appeared on her face. " Hello there sir and Madame, I'm very sorry to interrupt you but your wine is ready." Lucy and Hibiki both looked at the man and then Hibiki grabbed Lucy's hand and led her to the table. The man came over to them and poured them wine in their glasses and then he placed down the bottle on the center of the table and left.

Lucy grabbed her glass and beautifully drank out of it trying to show Hibiki how gentle she can be. "So.. What are the plans after this ball ends?" Lucy curiously asked as her lips formed into a sexy looking smile. " Hmm.. That's a secret.." Hibiki played the game along with her. She looked into his eyes and he locked his on hers, "Why are you so perfect?" Hibiki complimented her and she furiously blushed "I'm not perfect. I'm ordinary."

Hibiki laughed then and looked into her chocolate brown eyes " You're the most beautiful girl and you are so talented and brave and loyal.. How can you NOT be perfect?" Hibiki asked her and she turned her head trying to avoid his eyes once again.. " I was simply born this way" She laughed a bit and then looked back at hibiki. "I'm not really good with stuff like wine or beer.. " She looked at her glass, she barely drank anything and then hibiki took a sip of his wine. "I will be here for you so if anything was to happen I will protect you." Hibiki spoke in his charming voice as if he tried to hypnotize her.

She drank a bit of her wine and then a bit more " This stuff is delicious.. Well It tastes good for me anyway" Lucy looked at the wine as it floated around her glass and Hibiki laughed once again " This stuff is normal.. Even though it's the best wine around.. Probably the most expensive also" Lucy shook her head like a bird as she listened. Hibiki explained some things about rich people and how their lifes are different to the ones that are poor.

Lucy without noticing took a massive sip of her wine and suddenly felt a buzz of energy fly through her, she looked at Hibiki and leaned in closer to his face " I love you " she smiled like a child and kissed his nose and Hibiki realized what happened to her. "Oh dear lucy.. " He laughed and grabbed her hand "Let's see what's happening below us, Shall we?" He spoke in his charming voice once again and Lucy gently shook her hand as she stood up. Lucy leaned on the balcony railing and Hibiki wrapped his arms around her waist and placed his chin on her shoulder "This room is beautiful" Lucy whispered "So are you Lucy." Hibiki kissed her cheek and looked around with her " Hibiki could we ever be a couple...? Just like them.. And them.." Hibiki looked at her unsure of what to say, then he smiled " We could be.. But I would have to ask you.. I can't ask you right now because.. Well.. You're drunk and I don't want to cause problems." Lucy giggled and slowly turned around placing her hands on his cheeks she leaned in closer and placed her soft lips on his. Hibiki went along with it and kissed her softly and then their lips finally departed from each other. "Hibiki..."

Hi guys, I'm ever so sorry for not updating for 3 months or so... I just got really busy.. I will be regularly uploading now so. I'm fully back to upload stories for you guys! Also Magical ten will be uploading on Fictionpress. I never heard of that website before but a reader said that it exists and that I should upload it over there.
