AN: Hey, guys. I've been looking through my story archive and I've just realized that Wizard hasn't even been introduced to 2014. Let's rectify that. SoI've decided to keep uploading Wizard for next few days. Now, Showtime!

Chapter 3: The Doll

"Easy, easy!" Wajima muttered as he was trying to pull out the eggs from the pan. While Koyomi was cleaning the display cases in her school uniform.

"Hey, Koyomi."

Koyomi looked to see Kyon in his casual clothes.

"Kyon, shouldn't you be in your uniform? We do have school today." She said.

Kyon looked at himself.

"Oops."

Kyon got a new ring and used it.

"DRESS UP! PLEASE!"

The magical circle appeared in front of Kyon and he went through it. He came out with his school uniform on.

"That's better, anyways." Kyon said as he sat himself on the couch.

"You know, you don't have to do this now." Koyomi said, feeling fine.

"True, but I rather take care of this now." Kyon said.

Koyomi sighed and sat next to Kyon. On her finger was the Please Ring. She placed her hand that was wearing it on Kyon's belt buckle.

"PLEASE! PLEASE!

Soon energy traveled from the belt and onto Koyomi, making her glow.

"Hey, guys, we're going to be la-." Haruhi started before seeing Koyomi glow. Kyon noticed her and soon Koyomi stopped glowing before noticing Haruhi as well. Wajima soon got breakfast and Koyomi left to get her school bag.

"Oh, good morning." Wajima greeted. "Shouldn't you be heading to school?"

"Yeah well, I thought I could pick you guys up on the way. But, seriously though, what did I walk in on?"

Wanting to change the subject, Kyon looked at the food that Wajima was setting up.

"Oh, that looks good! I'm hungry!" Kyon said.

"Here you go." Wajima said, playing along as well.

Before Haruhi can change topics, the door opened.

"Morning!" Asahina greeted before Nagato and Koizumi followed. They were soon engaged in one big conversation, making Haruhi have a somewhat irritated look.

(In a junkyard)

A man was resting on a car before Medusa, Phoenix, and the hooded man showed up. They were staring at the car that the man was sleeping on.

"Wake up, Caitsith." Medusa ordered.

"Aw man, not now…" Caitsith moaned.

"Hey, get up!" Phoenix order before kicking the car, making Caitsith fall.

"Ow, ow, ow…." He moaned before the hooded man got him up. "Why do you have to do that!?" He complained

"Just get up, you have more important things to work on." The man said.

"He's right, it's not time for a catnap." Medusa said. "We need you to make a Gate give into despair in order for him to give birth to a Phantom."

"But that takes so much work. Can't we just kill him? It'd be much easier." Caithsith complained.

"That's what I said!" Phoenix agreed before receiving glares from Medusa and the man. "Uh, never mind, I know what the deal is…"

"My orders are the will of Wiseman. If you have a problem with that…" Medusa threatened before her eyes glowed blue and all the windows of the cars shattered.

Caithsith jumped back in fear.

"Okay, I get the picture! I'll take care of it, Lady Medusa! Just point me at my target!" He said.

"This man is the Gate." Medusa said as she pulled out a photo. The photo had a young teenager who was playing on the piano. She threw it and Caithsith jumped before transforming into his Phantom form. He then sliced the photo and growled.

A magical circle appeared before spawning the four Wizard Rings.

"The magic rings, the Wizard Rings" A voice said as the Fire Style ring slipped onto Kyon's hand. "They shine on both hands of the modern mage…" And on Kyon's other hand was the Driver On Ring.

"…as he changes despair into hope." The voice said as Kyon, shadowed, was standing in front of a magical circle. A light shined on him, revealing Kamen Rider Wizard in his place.

(Play Life is SHOW TIME)

[Maji ka!? Maji de!? Maji da! Showtime!] The song starts as Kamen Rider Wizard twirls a few times with a magical circle in the background. The scene changes to see WizarDragon roaring with Wizard on him. Wizard shows his ring before making another magical circle. WizarDragon appeared next to it and spewed flames, making the title.

[Maru de tsuki to taiyou kasanaru toki no shougeki] We see Kyon standing on a platform overlooking a city while he thought about the Eclipse. We see Wizard's face then Kyon's. Kyon was in the city, standing in the middle of a huge crowd as they moved in a fast pace. Kyon looks to see Koyomi.

[Dare date kiseki wo shinjimitai]The two pass by each other as we soon see Haruhi and Asahina. And on the other

[Kitto hitsuyou fukaketsu no ENAJI kokoro no da be] The scene shattered like glass. We see Nagato reading a book while Asahina was in her maid's outfit. The next scene shows a determined Haruhi with a smile while Koizumi was in the background with a green aura before it faded. We then see Koyomi approaching Kyon but when the shine shined on Kyon, he was replaced with Wizard before it faded turning him back into Kyon.

[Yume to yosou ii imi de uragitte kureru mono] Kyon flips the goggles of his Flame Style Ring as we soon see White Wizard carrying an unconscious Koyomi. Then in a dark background a girl was crying. We soon see the inside of a book then a bunch of rings with shattered magic stones. Kyon gets ready to transform as his Driver and Ring were ready to use. He places his hand on it.

[3! 2! 1! Show Time!] Koyomi watches Kyon transform into Kamen Rider Wizard through her crystal ball.

[Magic Time! Trick ja nai!] Wizard twirled once before stopping.

[Mahou HIIRO hanpa nee ze] Wizard summons his three PlaMonsters. We then see wizard posing as explosions occurred in the background with three magical circles behind him.

[Kioku no roots moguri-konde kibou sukui-dase] A blue magical circle appeared to the left and Wizard stepped through it, coming out as Wizard Water Style. A green magical circle appeared above him and he jumped through it, coming as Wizard Hurricane Style. A yellow magical circle appeared below him and he fell through it, coming out as Wizard Land Style. Koyomi reaches out while Wizard reaches out to the Eclipse.

[Life is Show Time! Tobikiri no] Wizard rides on his bike and then we see Wizard entering an Underworld. While Wizard was riding his bike, WizarDragon appeared flying nect to him.

[Unmei to RAIFU mucha shite mo] Wizard attaches onto his Phantom with his bike. The two soon flew off together. We soon see Kyon started placing the Hope Ring on Koyomi's finger.

[Kinou, kyou, ashita, mirai] We soon see the whole SOS Brigade in the antique store doing various silly things.

[Subete no namida no (Show time!)] We see Kyon driving his bike down the road. We then see him finally placing the Hope Ring on Koyomi.

[Houseki ni kaette yaru ze] We then see all four Wizard forms before Water, Hurricane, and Land merged with Flame while the background repairs itself. Kyon shows his Flame Style Ring once more.

[Maji ka!? Maji de!? Maji da! Showtime!] Wizard, in front of his bike, shows off his Flame Ring before the title appeared as the song ends.

(Later at school)

Everybody was talking about the upcoming recital. Meanwhile in the music room, the same guy on the picture was practicing piano but for the recital but soon stopped. The instructor noticed.

"What's wrong, Takashi?" The instructor asked.

"It's all wrong." Takashi admitted.

"Really? It didn't sound that bad to me, Takashi." The instructor admitted. Takashi was a pianist prodigy but…

"It's Takashi Arita. Do you really think the audience would be satisfied if I play this drivel for them!?" He asked before tossing the music sheet away. He soon went out of the room and sighed to himself. "Nobody understands. Everyone's riding on the recital tomorrow."

"Well, what a relief!" A voice said. Takashi turned around and saw no one. "Crushin' your hopes is gonna be easier than I thought!"

Takashi looked up and saw the Caithsith Phantom.

"A monster!?" Takashi recognized before he started running. Meanwhile it was lunch for Kyon and the others. Everyone was having their lunch in the club room, except Nagato who was just reading, and Kyon was eating donuts.

"How could you eat that many donuts? It's not healthy." Koizumi pointed out.

"You've got to burn calories to burn mana." Kyon answered as he took another bite of his donut.

"Mana? What does that mean?" Koizumi asked.

"Mana is the source of all magic, duh!" Haruhi answered, based on her experiences from video games. "Right, Kyon?"

Before Kyon can say anything, he started choking on the donut.

"That's what you get for eating fast." Koizumi said before Asahina rushed with a drink before she accidentally spilled it on him.

"Hey!"

"Sorry!" Asahina apologized before getting what seemed to be a towel. "Here use this." She said before Kyon tried wiping himself with it.

"That's the dust cloth." Nagato calmly answered before Kyon sneezed.

Koyomi was just watching the scene with Nagato. She turned to Nagato.

"Are things usually like this?" She asked.

"On a daily basis." Nagato answered before Koyomi noticed the crystal ball, that she brought from the shop, glowing. She looked into and saw the Caithsith Phantom trying to find Takashi.

"Phantom!" Koyomi recognized, everybody stopped when they heard her. Kyon got up and was about to leave the room but…

"Kyon." Koyomi called and Kyon looked at her. "Please…come back safely."

Kyon smiled.

"It's okay. I'm topped up." Kyon said before leaving.

"I'm coming too!" Haruhi said before following Kyon.

"I'll be coming as well. It'll be a good opportunity for me to gather data on these Phantoms." Nagato said before leaving as well.

'Of all the times for a Phantom to show up…' Koyomi thought.

(Outside)

All the students were running away as the Caithsith Phantom was trying to get Takashi.

"C'mere, you!" The Phantom said before Garuda noticed the scene.

Takashi soon tripped and tried crawling his way out but the Phantom got close to him. It was about to pounce on him but Garuda appeared and slashed him.

"What!? What kinda bird is-!?" Takashi used the distraction to run away. "Outta my way, you little-!" The Phantom then swatted Garuda away before resuming his chase.

Garuda regained its balance before flying. Takashi was running until he saw the Caithsith Phantom sitting on lamp post in front of him.

"I wanna see you try playin' your fancy piano, after I cut off your hands!" The Phantom said before tuning his arm into a sword. He jumped off the post and started approaching Takashi. Takashi tried running but he tripped. "That's heavy despair, right?"

Takashi looked at his hand but before anything can happen, Kyon appeared with his bike and drove through them, repelling the Phantom against a wall.

"Ow!"

Kyon quickly turned his bike around while Haruhi and Nagato appeared in front of Takashi.

"We'll help you! Get up!" Haruhi said before helping Takashi up and running away along with Nagato.

"Oh no, you don't!" The Caithsith Phantom said before trying to run to them. Nagato stopped and kicked him away while Kyon drove in between them. Ngato quickly helped escorted the others while Kyon stopped his bike. "Ow…now who's gettin' all up in my business!?"

Kyon took off his helmet and showed his ring.

"Me." He answered as he got off.

"The guy with the blinging magic? You must be Wizard!" Takashi overheard all of that.

"A wizard?" Takashi wondered.

"We'll take care of things here! Just kick that Phantom's ass!" Haruhi said before running off to safe location.

"Hey! Man, I just wanna get this over with and go home!" The Phantom said, showing his lazy side.

"That's funny, I feel the same away." Kyon admitted before placing his right hand on his belt.

"DRIVER ON! PLEASE!"

Kyon's belt transformed into the Driver and Kyon tilted the buckle to the left.

"SHABADOOBIE TOUCH TO HENSHIN!"

"SHABADOOBIE TOUCH TO HENSHIN!"

"SHABADOOBIE TOUCH TO HENSHIN!"

"Henshin!" Kyon said as he flipped the goggles of his Flame Style Ring down. He brought his hand to the one on the belt.

"FLAME! PLEASE! HI! HI! HI! HI! HI!"

As the chant was going a red magical circle appeared to his left. Kyon places his left arm out as the circle approached him. It soon went through him from left to right leaving Kamen Rider Wizard.

He got his Connect Ring on, switched the buckle to the right, and placed his hand on it.

"CONNECT! PLEASE!"

The magical circle appeared and he placed his hand in it before drawing out his gun.

"Saa, showtime." Wizard said before firing, making the Phantom dodge.

"Watch it! Man, this is a lame scene!" The Caithsith Phantom complained before trying to charge, despite the bullets coming at him. He withstood it before jumping behind Wizard. Wizard turned around before the Phantom jumped again, making him transform his gun into a sword.

He jumped back as the Phantom landed in front of him. The two started to engage in a swordfight. But soon Wizard managed to land a few slashes on him before kicking him away.

"Come on, is that all you got?" Wizard asked as he pointed his sword at the downed Phantom.

"I ain't done yet!" The Caithsith Phantom said before he jumped up and landed in front of Wizard. Wizard blocked most of his hits but soon the Phantom managed to scratch up Wizard's chest before pushing him away.

"He's pretty fast." Wizard noted before getting out his Water Style Ring. "So let's go with the flow."

He tilted the Hand Author to the left and placed his hand on it.

"WATER! PLEASE! SUI! SUI! SUI! SUI!"

A blue magical circle appeared and it went through Wizard, transforming him into his Water Style form.

"You think a hypercolor costume's gonna scare me!?" The Phantom questioned before charging.

Wizard placed his Liquid Ring on, tilted the Hand Author, and used it.

"LIQUID! PLEASE!"

Wizard remained still as the Phantom tried tearing but, whatever part he slashed came out as liquid before Wizard was reconstructed.

"What's the deal here!?" The Phantom questioned as he kept trying to tear into Wizard. Soon Wizard completely turned into liquid and wrapped itself around the Phantom. It soon rematerialized to Wizard, who was now holding the Phantom.

"How's that, pussycat?" Wizard asked before flipping him over in a hold.

"I'm tappin' out!" The Phantom said. Wizard got off and two stood up before continuing the fight. However, Wizard shortly brought the Phantom back on the ground before grabbing the arms and pulling them.

Wizard turned to liquid and again wrapped itself around the Phantom before it was lifting him upwards. It soon turned back to Wizard, who was now introducing the Phantom to a world of pain.

"Now, let's get this over with. I have class soon." Wizard said.

"I got more than just speed, sucka!" The Phantom mocked before summoning spikes from his back, almost hitting Wizard. Wizard kicked him off and allowed the Phantom to crash on the floor. Wizard and the Phantom got up and were prepared to fight again but then the Phantom said, "I'm tapped out, man, I'm done!" The Phantom complained before running away.

(Inside)

"He got away." Koizumi observed as he and the others were watching the crystal ball.

"But Kyon can catch him though, right?" Asahina asked, hoping that Phantom will be taken care of soon.

"Kyon does things like that all the time." Koyomi said, reminding them that Kyon has been at this for summer vacation now.

"True but at least the others helped too." Asahina said.

Koyomi just glared at her as a response.

(Later outside)

School has been cut short due to the Phantom's attack so Kyon, Haruhi, and Nagato decided to take advantage at this by explaining the situation to Takashi.

"So you're saying I'm something called a Gate, and these Phantoms will keep attacking me?" Takashi said, trying to wrap his head around the situation.

"Pretty much." Kyon answered.

"How ridiculous." Takashi muttered. The others couldn't blame him, he is a source of potential magic being targeted by creatures. It's not every day that happens to someone. "The recital is tomorrow."

"Do you honestly care about more about a stupid recital than your own life!?" Haruhi asked.

"Playing piano is all I ever hoped for!" Takashi argued.

"Your hope?" Kyon wondered.

"It is not the best course of action." Nagato advised. "It is ninety-nine percent certain that the Phantom could back for you."

"I couldn't care less." Takashi answered before leaving.

"That guy has some nerve!" Haruhi remarked while Kyon and Nagato was just watching him leave.

(At the junkyard)

"Man, I'm beat…" The Caithsith Phantom complained as he walked back to his usual spot. "Why does that jerk gotta be all up in my grill?"

He soon saw his usual resting place and jumped up.

"Whatever, man, I'm done."

"I take it mission successful, then?" The hooded man said as he showed himself.

"Oh, you! Uh…"

The man took off his hood revealing a middle-aged man with black hair.

"Call me Orma. Now then, is it done?' Orma asked.

"Yes, are you?" Phoenix asked as he showed himself as well.

"Well uh…no." He answered.

"Then why have you returned?" Medusa asked as she showed herself as well.

"For starters, that damn wizard got in my way."

"You had to fight Wizard?" Orma asked, making the Phantom nod.

"C'mon…you think maybe…somebody else can do this? Please?"

Medusa just gave him a threatening glare.

"I was just kidding. That's all!" The Phantom said before reverting back to his human form. "I'll try my human form but this a drag!" Caithsith said before walking away.

"Man, that guy's a drag!" Phoenix remarked.

(Later after school)

Kyon, Haruhi, and Nagato were waiting outside Takashi's place after a conversation with him. Nagato used her mental abilities from the Data Overmind to help get the address but Haruhi didn't need to know that.

Meanwhile, the others were back at the antique shop. Right now, Kyon and Haruhi were outside the house while Nagato was talking to Takashi. Soon Nagato was approaching the two.

"Well, what did he say?" Kyon asked.

"He won't allow us into his room." Nagato answered. "He said we'll have to defend from out here."

"So our Gate's one of those headstrong artist types." Kyon mused.

"But in other words, he's nuts about being a pianist, right?" Haruhi asked.

"I have been looking at the school papers. He is a prodigy pianist. He's also been sweeping competitions throughout the years. He even got into the conservatoire just through recommendations."

Inside, Takashi was looking over past trophies and ribbons that he won.

"But recently, his record has gone down and he hasn't won anything in too long." Nagato explained.

"That would explain his idiotic attitude." Haruhi mused.

Inside, Takashi was thinking about what the Phantom said.

"I wanna see you try playin' your fancy piano, after I cut off your hands!"

He tried shaking off his thought by practicing on the piano.

"He most likely wants to make a comeback at tomorrow's recital." Nagato finished explaining.

"So that's how it is." Kyon said as he rested on a bench.

"What? Are you tired from the fight or something?" Haruhi asked, noticing Kyon's tired attitude. "Well, go ahead and rest. Me and Nagato can take things from here."

"It's okay. Actually, you guys, if you want to head back…"

"Do that. He doesn't need you." A new voice said. The three looked to find Koyomi. She was soon followed by Koizumi and Asahina.

"What are you three doing here?" Kyon asked.

"Koyomi just got up and ran out, so we followed her." Koizumi explained. Kyon looked at Koyomi as a response.

"Is something wrong?" He asked.

"I came to help." Koyomi answered as she sat next to Kyon. "I'm not sure if you can handle this one by yourself."

"Hey! What about us!?" Haruhi questioned. Koyomi was fully aware of what everyone here can do and didn't want to give them the wrong impression but…

"I don't think you can help him in this type of situation. I can see through a Phantom's human form." She then stood up. "It's just that, I'm the only one who can help Kyon when it comes to this." She soon walked past them.

"And what makes you so special?" Haruhi asked but Koyomi ignored her. "Hey!"

She then grabbed her by the hand and felt no body heat. She was as cold as a corpse. Haruhi's eyes widened in surprise.

"You're so cold…" Haruhi stated before Koyomi threw her hand aside.

"Don't touch me!" Koyomi said, she was really mad now. She knows that she can't piss haruhi off but this has just cross the line. Koizumi noticed Haruhi's surprised face.

"Hey, what's wrong?" Koizumi asked.

"All of you, just leave me alone!" Koyomi yelled.

No one spoke after that, but Kyon decided to change the subject.

"You know what, let's just work on a compromise here." Kyon suggested, not wanting to end this conversation on a bad note. "I've got things covered here. So everybody except me goes home. Sound good?"

Just then Caithsith passed them and Koyomi sensed the Phantom in him.

"A Phantom!" Koyomi pointed out. The others looked to see Caithsith ringing the doorbell. He waited and the door opened.

"Hello?" Takashi answered.

"Hey, what's up, man?" Caithsith greeted.

"Who are you?" Takashi asked.

"You don't know? I'm-."

"Mr. A. Phantom, I think." Kyon answered as he and the others approached him.

Caithsith sweated a bit.

"W-What are you talkin' about…?"

"That Phantom!?" Takashi exclaimed.

"Phantom?"

"Stop playing dumb. I know what you are." Koyomi explained.

Kyon soon engaged in a fist fight with Caithsith. Caithsith was countering all of Kyon's moves with fast speed. Soon he kicked him away before jumping on the top of a wall.

"I've seen that move before." Kyon noted, not confident that this man was the Phantom from earlier ago.

"Aw, man, how'd you figure it out!?" Caithsith complained. "Why'd I even bother trying this?" He complained before taking on his Phantom form. He growled before jumping away with Kyon at his tail. Soon Haruhi and Nagato decided to tail him as well.

"Huh, what a strange gift you have." Koizumi remarked while Koyomi was approaching Takashi.

"Don't worry. Kyon will take care of everything." Koyomi assured before Takashi left. "Where do you think you're going?" Koyomi asked but didn't get an answer. She decided to follow him instead.

"Hey, wait up!" Asahina said before she and Koizumi followed as well. Meanwhile Medusa was above them, watching them. She specifically was eyeing Koyomi.

"That girl bothers me." She muttered.

(With the others)

The three were chasing the Caithsith Phantom. Just as Kyon was about to get his rings ready, the Phantom jumped on a truck which soon moved. Nagato managed to jump on while the other two were forced to stay behind.

"You wanna piece of me!? Fine, bring it!" The Phantom said before turning his arm to a sword. He tried to slash Nagato but she easily dodged it before, to his surprise, punch him back.

She then dodged his next swing before giving him a kick. He fell on the truck.

"Ow…" He moaned before seeing the Donut Shop Hungry truck. He then got up and jumped.

"It's so slow today." Manager complained.

"It is pretty quiet." Worker pointed out. They soon panicked when they felt the Phantom on their roof soon followed by Nagato. He soon jumped to the roof of a nearby building and was trying to get away from Nagato, was chasing him at his speed.

"What the hell is this chick!?" The Phantom questioned before jumping to another, Nagato jumped up but…

"BARRIER! NOW!"

A golden seal appeared in front of her and it soon repelled her back to the original roof. She looked up and saw the seal and Phantom gone.

'That barrier…was created in the similar manner that Kyon's was.' Nagato thought based on past observations. 'I may have to observe more before confronting Kyon about this.' Nagato thought before getting off the roof. Nearby Orma was watching her leave as he had his Magic Rings on his hand and around his waist was a belt similar to Kyon's but the hand had a red outline instead of yellow.

"Interesting girl, I wonder who else I'll find." Orma wondered before leaving his spot as well.

(With Kyon and Haruhi)

The two just caught up with the donut shop. Kyon noticed the worried Manager.

"What's wrong?"

"Oh, Kyon-kun!"

"Hey, did you guys see some kind of cat monster come through here with a girl chasing him?" Kyon asked.

"Forget monsters and girls! We got hit by meteorites!" Manager said, thinking that the Caithsith Phantom and Nagato were just meteorites that crashed on the shop's roof.

"Meteorites!?" Worker panicked.

Just then Nagato showed up.

"Any luck?" Kyon asked.

Nagato shook her head.

"He's faster than I thought." Kyon noted.

"Hey, wanna try our newest flavor?" Manager asked before going into his cart and grabbing the donut. "Get ready! Just in time for fall, the new Double Marron!"

"I'll take a plain sugar." Kyon answered, making Manager and Worker moan with disappointment.

"I apologize that I was unable to chase him." Nagato said as she and Haruhi walked up to Kyon.

"It's alright. It's not your fault that he got away, Nagato." Kyon assured.

"But…what about Koyomi?" Haruhi asked.

(At a pond)

"When are you going to leave me alone?" Takashi asked as he looked at Koyomi, Koizumi, and Asahina.

"Where do you think you're going?" Koyomi asked.

"That's none of your business!" Takashi answered.

"But that Phantom's after you though..." Asahina pointed out.

"Please don't make Kyon's job harder than it is." Koyomi pleaded.

"But you're making our job so much harder…" Medusa said as she revealed herself. Koyomi sensed her.

"A Phantom?"

"A Phantom!?" Both Koizumi and Asahin said.

"So you can really identify us." Medusa said before going into her Phantom form.

"Another Phantom!" Asahina gasped as she pushed herself against a tree.

"Run away!" Koyomi instructed and Takashi did just that.

Medusa looked at Koyomi.

"You're the one that I'm interested in." Medusa explained making Koyomi turn and look. Medusa started to approach her. "Neither human, nor Phantom…So, what exactly are you? If you won't answer me, I'll find out the hard way."

The snakes from her hair emerged and wrapped themselves around Koyomi. They lifted her off the ground.

"Let me go!" Koyomi exclaimed.

"Hey!" Koizumi said, trying to push Medusa away.

"This doesn't concern you." She said before grabbing him and throwing him into the water. Asahina just watched in fear. Medusa then observed Koyomi. "A mere doll, but magically animated…"

"Let go!" Koyomi pleaded once again.

"Well, then…" Medusa started before she started draining something from Koyomi.

"Koyomi!" Asahina called. Soon Koyomi's head dropped and Medusa dropped her.

"That's one problem solved." Medusa said as she left the scene. Asahina the approached the unconscious Koyomi while Koizumi was swimming out of the pond.

"Koyomi!? Koyomi!?" Asahina called as she shook her.

(With the others)

Manager was observing the conversation the Kyon and the girls were heaving.

"Oh, a relationship talk! I smell a love triangle!" Manager got out before Worker reminded him that work needs to be done for the shop.

"Koyomi thinks that the SOS Brigade just get in the way." Haruhi said.

"Don't worry about it." Kyon assured as he took another bite of his donut. "She was the same way with me at first."

This surprised Haruhi and somewhat Nagato.

"So what was your trick to get her to warm up to you?" Haruhi asked, wanting to avoid Koyomi's negative personality.

Kyon seemed to think about it.

"I want to say…probably by accepting everything about her." Kyon answered.

"Every single thing?" Nagato wondered.

"Every single thing!" Manager overhead before pulling Worker into a bear hug. They looked at the two before turning away, but the Kyon got a call from Asahina.

"What's up?" Kyon asked.

"Koyomi…is dead."

(Later at the pond)

The others soon appeared as Koizumi and Asahina were looking at Koyomi's corpse.

"Koyomi!" Kyon called before checking her body. "Come on. How is she out of mana already? I just filled her up this morning!" Kyon wondered before placing Koyomi's hand on his belt like earlier ago.

"PLEASE! PLEASE!"

"What the hell happened!?" Haruhi asked, demanding to know.

"Another Phantom appeared and did something to Koyomi and-." Koizumi started before stopping after seeing Koyomi glow.

"Another Phantom!?" Haruhi exclaimed before looking at Koyomi too. Everyone else, even Nagato, was surprised as well. To Nagato, this does explain why Koyomi's biological data doesn't fit with a typical human's.

Koyomi soon opened her eyes and looked Kyon, who sighed in relief.

"Kyon…" She got out.

"I'm glad I made it in time." Kyon said.

"Okay, what the hell is going on!?" Haruhi got out.

"She came back to life!" Asahina panicked before passing out. Soon they saw people trying to run away.

"Run! A monster!" They said.

"There's our Phantom." Kyon said before getting up only to struggle a little bit.

"No! Kyon, you can't!" Koyomi begged. He already wasted enough energy on her, so at this rate, he probably doesn't have enough to fight.

"Don't worry about it. I'll be quick." Kyon assured before taking off along with Koyomi. Haruhi decided to follow as well as Nagato. Leaving the drenched Koizumi with the unconscious Asahina.

(With Takashi)

"What a score, just bumpin' into you like this!" The Phantom remarked as he climbed through the playground and landed in front of Takashi.

He tried running away only for the Phantom's blade to appear in front of Takashi's neck.

"All that's left is for me to chop your hands off, so you can start the despairin'." The Phantom said. "So what are you going to do now? It's gonna hurt real bad!"

Takashi looked at his hands for a few moments before offering them.

"If you're going to do it, then just do it already!" Takashi answered, wanting to get over it already.

"What?" The Phantom let out. He was really surprised.

"You want to end my life as a pianist, right? Just do it already!" Takashi said. The Phantom felt really awkward

"Uh…just stop frontin', man, you know this ain't right. I mean, where's the despair? The 'Noo!' and the 'Someone, save me!'?" The Phantom pointed out. He did have a point. To make another Phantom, the Gate has to fall into despair which meant destroying the one thing that they have hope in but…Takashi is just giving up his hope willingly.

Just as he was talking, silver bullets were fired at the Phantom. Kyon emerged from the forest and started shooting at the Caithsith Phantom. Kyon soon managed to get in front of Takashi.

"That was a close one." Kyon remarked as he stopped shooting. He then placed his right hand on his belt.

"DRIVER ON! PLEASE!"

Kyon placed his Flame Style ring on.

"I never asked for your help." Takashi complained, prompting Kyon to look at him.

"Aww, man! I ain't into this complicated crap!" The Caithsith complained as he pouted.

"I'll make this simple then." Kyon said before tilting the hand on his belt to the left.

"SHABADOOBIE TOUCH TO HENSHIN!"

"SHABADOOBIE TOUCH TO HENSHIN!"

He then flipped the goggles down.

"Henshin!"

He then placed his left hand on the belt.

"FLAME! PLEASE! HI! HI! HI! HI! HI!"

The magic circle appeared in front of Kyon and he ran through it, coming out as Wizard. He transformed his gun into a sword as he charged. Takashi just stared at the scene while Koyomi, Haruhi, and Nagato arrived.

Wizard and the Phantom were engaged in a swordfight but the Caithsith Phantom was using his speed to jump on and off trees, slashing Wizard in the process. Wizard soon flew and rolled across the floor.

"Kyon!" Koyomi called while the rest soon joined to watch.

Wizard got up and slashed the Phantom a few times across the chest. The Phantom soon jumped up to a tree and started climbing.

"Wait. Stop, time out!" The Phantom pleaded. Wizard walked around before kicking the tree, making the Phantom fall off.

"More like time's up." Wizard chuckled before placing a new ring on his right hand. He quickly tilted the buckle to the right and placed his hand on it.

"BIND! PLEASE!"

He pointed his right hand at Caithsith before magical circles appeared around the Phantom. Out of them, came wires of chains that wrapped themselves around the Phantom. Caithsith was really struggling to get free.

"Doesn't matter how fast a cat is, once they're in the bag." Wizard said before replacing his Bind Ring, with the Kick Strike Ring. "And now, the finale."

He tilted his buckle two times before placing his right hand on it.

"VERY NICE! KICK STRIKE! FABULOUS!"

Wizard prepared himself as his foot was consumed by fire.

"Aw, man! I'm dead now!" The Phantom panicked.

"That's right! Kick his ass!" Haruhi cheered but then…

"ERROR!"

The attack was soon canceled. Everyone was confused and Wizard tried it again.

"ERROR!"

Wizard looked at his ring.

"Talk about bad timing…"Wizard muttered.

"Kyon!" Koyomi recognized this while everyone else was confused. Soon the chains gave away, releasing the Phantom.

"I'm still alive?" The Phantom said out of disbelief.

"W-What's going on!?" Asahina asked.

"I'm out of mana." Wizard answered.

The Phantom saw this as an open window and tried to escape only for Wizard to shoot him down with more silver bullets. As the Phantom crashed on the ground, Wizard turned his gun into a sword.

"Time for plan B." Wizard said before slashing the Phantom a few times. The Phantom tried striking back but Wizard just counterattacked multiple times. Soon the sword was in the Phantom's shoulder blade and was being pushed down.

Wizard then looked down and saw that his belt was glowing. Soon his armor broke apart, revealing Kyon.

"Oh…crap." Kyon let out as the Phantom soon kicked him away.

"Kyon!" Koyomi called.

The Phantom tried finishing Kyon off but his injuries were too serious. He soon gave up.

"I'm done!" He said before jumping away. Kyon soon rested his head against the ground.

"Kyon!" Haruhi called before the she and rest of the girls went to check on him. Koyomi had a face filled with shock as she was soon on her knees and Koizumi approached her.

"Koyomi, what was that?" Koizumi asked but Koyomi didn't say a word.

"I'm alright." Kyon assured as he sat up.

"Some wizard you are." Takashi said as he walked up the group.

"Hey!" Haruhi called out. "This guy tried to save your life and that's all you have to say!?" Haruhi exclaimed.

"It's alright, Haruhi." Kyon assured, mostly because he didn't want Haruhi to use her powers again.

"Anyways, why were you out here?" Asahina asked. "I thought you were going to practice for the recital tomorrow!"

"Just shut up." Takashi answered back.

"But, I did see that you wanted the Phantom to attack." Kyon pointed out as he remembered what happened before the fight. "You wanted him to cripple you, so you wouldn't have to play." Kyon deducted as he stood up. "It's written all over your face."

Takashi kicked a couple of rocks aside before coming up with an answer.

"You're right." Takashi admitted, he didn't want to hide it anymore. Everyone, other than Kyon, was surprised.

"But why?" Nagato asked.

"The loss of my hands would be a fine excuse for giving up." Takashi explained. It sounded like he wanted to stop but couldn't. Was it pride or something else?

"Are you serious?" Haruhi said.

"But what kind of genius pianist is so eager to lose control of his life?" Kyon asked.

"What kind of worthless wizard fails to beat the monster!?" Takashi barked back. Kyon was about to talk back but...

"It's not Kyon's fault!" Koyomi defended as everyone looked at her. "It's my fault that Kyon couldn't beat the Phantom. If it weren't for me, he would've finished that Phantom!"

Kyon just stared at her.

"Koyomi…" Koizumi got out before Koyomi turned her back on everyone and started walking away.

"Forget about this idiot. He's not worth fighting for, Kyon!" Koyomi said as she continued walking away.

"Koyomi!" Kyon called as he tried following her. "You need to calm down, before-." Before Kyon could finish, he felt a major lack of energy before passing out.

"Kyon!" Haruhi called.

"Kyon!" Koiuzmi called as he and the others went to check on him.

Koyomi then looked back.

(Somewhere else)

Phoenix was under a bridge while sipping some juice. He had an unsatisfied look on his face.

"What's this supposed to taste like?" Phoenix wondered before putting the juice box away. "Man, pretending to be a human is harder than it looks." He mused before he saw Medusa coming his way. "Hey. So, how'd Caithstih do?" He asked.

"I don't know." She answered before looking at Phoenix and noticing that Orma was missing. "Where's Orma?"

"He said he had to take care of a few things. Anyways, I thought you were going to make sure he wasn't slacking off." Phoenix pointed out.

"I got sidetracked, by an intriguing little girl." Medusa answered, leaving Phoenix a bit confused.

"What do you mean 'intriguing'?" Phoenix wondered.

Medusa just smiled as an answer before Caithsith came in moaning.

"Man, that wizard was bad enough, but now his freaky sidekick can see right through me." Caithsith complained. "This job is the worst, man."

"Freaky chick?" Phoenix asked.

"I finished off the girl." Medusa assured.

"Naw man, I just saw her chillin' with the wizard." Caithsith said, surprising Medusa.

"What?" Medusa said before putting the pieces together. "I see. Wizard must be infusing his doll with mana." She concluded.

"I have no idea what either of you two are talking about!" Phoenix complained, frustrated that this conversation isn't going anywhere.

"Um…seriously, y'all, can I bug out on this mess already?" Caithsith asked.

"Shut up!" Phoenix replied before kicking him.

(At the Antique shop)

Wajima was moving some stuff in the store while Koyomi was watching the sleeping Kyon in her room. She looked at him while the others were downstairs.

"I hope Kyon gets better, but what about Koyomi?" Asahina wondered.

"Shad no heart pulse nor did she have warmth. She was definitely dead." Nagato noted.

Wajima, who was cutting a new magic stone, stopped as he overheard them.

"But that doesn't explain how she came back to life." Koizumi thought out loud.

"It looked like they were transferring mana." Haruhi noted as she remembered that Wizard couldn't beat the Phantom due to a lack of energy given to Koyomi.

"But why would Koyomi need mana?" Asahina asked.

"Her hand…it was as cold as a corpse." Haruhi noted as she remembered touching Koyomi. "Koyomi is definitely not a normal human."

"So you've noticed." Wajima said, finally speaking up. Everyone soon turned to him for answers. "We think that Koyomi is the remains of a particular Gate after her Phantom emerged. We still don't know how her body is still intact but, the rest…her life, memories, and hopes were all taken away by the Phantom that manifested in her." Wajima explained. "Right now, Koyomi can't survive without Kyon's mana." He said before resumed cutting the stone.

Upstairs, Kyon opened his eyes and looked around before noticing Koyomi next to him.

"Why am I in your room?" Kyon asked.

"Kyon!" Kyomi called as she looked at him.

"Don't look so worried. You always overreact." Kyon said.

"I'm sorry. If I hadn't taken so much mana…"Koyomi started.

"It wasn't your fault." Kyon assured. "By the way, where's the Gate?"

"Garu is keeping an eye on him." Koyomi answered.

"I see." Kyon said as he sat up.

"But I don't see how he's worth the trouble." Koyomi said as she walked up to Kyon with a glass of water, which he took. She didn't understand why Kyon would risk his well-being for someone who is ungrateful and arrogant.

Kyon soon gave her back the glass.

"What he's saying isn't necessarily how he feels. " Kyon started. "When people say they don't need hope, that means they're desperate to hold onto it. Sound familiar, Koyomi?" Kyon asked before he continued his nap.

"Eh?" Koyomi got up before she realized what he was saying.

Soon it was dark and Koyomi walked downstairs. Koyomi face Wajima.

"Kyon's asleep. I already told his parents since tomorrow is the weekend." Koyomi said.

"Leave him to me." Wajima assured.

"Hey, where are you going?" Haruhi asked but Koyomi ignored her and moved on.

"Koyomi!" Asahina called but Koyomi ignored her too before closing the door and leaving.

(At Takeshi's home)

Takeshi just finished practicing while the Caithsith Phantom was looking around for Takeshi. Takeshi soon walked up to the mirror and looked at his hands. He was tempted to punch the mirror and break his hand but he just couldn't bring himself to do so. Instead, he just grabbed the mirror and threw it on the floor.

He then heard the doorbell. He walked up to the door and was anxious to see who is outside. He opened it, revealing Koyomi.

"What? What are you doing here at this hour?" He asked.

"I need to talk to you." Koyomi answered. Takashi opened more of the door and saw Haruhi and Koizumi.

"Do they need to talk to me, too?" Takeshi asked, making Koyomi turn.

"What do you think you're doing here?" Koyomi asked.

"Hey, we just wanted to talk, so we followed." Koizumi explained.

"We have nothing to talk about!" Koyomi screamed.

"Hey! If you're all going to make a scene, then do it inside." Takeshi said before prompting everyone in.

Koizumi noticed the awards and trophies that Takeshi won.

"Impressive, you won all these?" Koizumi asked. Takeshi ignored him.

"So, what do you want to talk about?" He asked.

"What are you going to do about tomorrow's recital?" Koyomi asked.

"That's none of your business." Takeshi answered as he sat on the couch.

"Just answer me!" Koyomi answered back.

"It depends on how I feel. I honestly don't care if I ever play the piano again. Maybe the Phantom will wreck the recital and save me the trouble."

"Liar!" Koyomi called him before she walked over to the piano.

"Eh?"

"I can tell just by looking at this room. You're afraid that you'll tarnish your previous success if you do badly tomorrow." Koyomi deducted.

This seemed to push Takeshi a little over the edge.

"You don't understand me! You don't know how hard I worked to-."

Koyomi then pressed her hand against some of the keys on the piano, silencing Takeshi.

"You're living in the past!" Koyomi said.

Takeshi stared at her.

"What!?"

"Koyomi…" Haruhi said.

"You're stuck in the past, so you can't accept the present." Koyomi explained. "Just like I was…" She started before telling her story.

(Months ago)

After the White Wizard left Kyon with Koyomi, she started to wake up.

"Hello, do you know where I am?" Koyomi asked. "My name is Koyomi. What's yours?"

"Well, no one really calls me by my real name but everyone else calls me Kyon." Kyon answered. "So Koyomi, how did you get here?"

She began to open her mouth but no words came out and tears started to form from her eyes. She then began to run away for some reason. Kyon followed her.

"Hey, wait a minute." Kyon called out before grabbing her arm. "Koyomi…"

Koyomi shook his arm off of her.

"Don't touch me!" She shouted angrily. She soon looked at the ocean before walking towards it.

Koyomi looked at the Please ring attached to her finger before taking it off but just as she was about to throw it away, Kyon grabbed her hand. "Let go of me!" She demanded.

Kyon grabbed the ring from her and shook his head. Koyomi just stared at him before turning around and sitting on the ocean floor.

"Just leave me alone!" Koyomi said. "Look at me. I don't remember anything and my skin is ice cold. I may look like a normal human, but I'm just a monster!" she cried.

Kyon stared at her before walking to her side. He thought about everything that happened to him before looking at his new Flame Style ring and then he knew what to say.

"You have to face the present to move on to the future." Kyon said. He soon sat next to her. "Whatever happens to the two of us, we should live in the present."

Koyomi looked at him.

"In the present?"

Kyon lightly grabbed Koyomi's hand and pulled it out the water before placing the Please ring back on.

"I promise, I'll be the hope you need." He assured.

(Present)

"Face the present to move on to the future." Koyomi said before turning back to Takeshi. "Kyon will be there for you. After all, he's the hope you need.

(Somewhere else)

The Caithsith Phantom was on the top of a building and stretched his arms.

"Alrighty, maybe I can finally get a break up here." He said before he got into a sleeping position.

"How's the night breeze feel?" A new voice said.

Caithsith got up and saw Phoenix, Medusa, and Orma.

"Well?" Phoenix asked as if waiting for an answer.

"Weren't you supposed to make the Gate lose hope?" Medusa asked.

"Answer the lady!" Phoenix said.

"Unless you want bad things to happen to you." Orma warned.

Caithsith scratched the back of his head as he searched for an answer in his mind.

"Well…" He started before trying to run away.

Medusa was about to do something until Orma stopped her.

"Allow me." Orma volunteered before placing his right hand on his belt.

"BIND! NOW!"

Golden seals appeared and out of them came chains that soon wrapped themselves around Caithsith. The two other Phantoms were surprised but Orma moved his chains to carry Caithsith over the edge of the building and were about to throw him off the building.

"Your goal is the creation of more Phantoms." Orma reminded. "I'm sure we can make do without you."

"Lemme go! Alright, alright! I get the picture, so please put me down!" The Phantom answered before Orma commanded his chains to throw him to the side.

Phoenix regained his composure before laughing. He looked at Orma.

"You are just full of surprises, man!" Phoenix said before looking at Caithsith. "I'm sure his punishment is a thousand times worse than the other wizard. So I wouldn't piss him off if I were you." Phoenix warned before walking up to Caithsith.

"My bad, my bad! I'm sorry…just please don't hit me." Caithsith begged.

"C'mon, just give me your hand." Phoenix said before Caithsith did what he asked. He then dropped rocks in his hand. "I'll hook you up with some Ghouls. Overwhelm the Gate with terror and let him sink into despair."

Medusa looked at Orma.

"I thought you were a Phantom."

"I am." Orma answered before transforming into the Drake Phantom and reverting back to his human form.

Medusa thought about. Theoretically, Phantoms can be mages too since they also contain magic but that doesn't explain about the belt and rings he has.

"And the getup? The belt? The rings?" Medusa asked.

"You can say that…I have sources." Orma answered.

(Outside Takeshi's home)

Garuda was flying around until he stopped. Soon his body faded away and his ring fell on the ground. Koyomi walked over and picked it up before sitting on a nearby bench.

"You've been here long enough. You two can go home now." Koyomi said. Behind her, Haruhi was sitting at another bench with Koizumi next to her. Haruhi stepped up and walked to her. "I can keep watch." Koyomi assured.

"I'm not bailing out on this." Haruhi answered.

"Same here." Koizumi answered. He still wanted to observe Kyon's new abilities as a mage.

"This is none of your business!" Koyomi said. Haruhi just smiled.

"But it is." Haruhi answered back before grabbing Koyomi's hand. Haruhi wasn't really into this kind of stuff but she can be a caring person, which is very rare, should she feel the reason to.

"What are you doing!? Let go!" Koyomi demanded as she tried to shake it off but Haruhi had a strong grip on her.

Haruhi shook her head.

"Not gonna happen." Haruhi answered. "I can tell how you're feeling though."

"Eh?"

"Koyomi, like you, Kyon gave me hope and showed me how to live in the present."

Koyomi stared at her with a sad look.

"I'm not strong or magical, but I'll accept anything I see at this point." Haruhi said. "So just give us a chance."

Koyomi looked away but she didn't let go.

"Wow Haruhi, that was the first caring thing you-."

"You tell Kyon or anyone else about this then I'll blame it on a mental disease." Haruhi whispered to him.

"Understood…" Koizumi replied back.

"You're warm…" Koyomi muttered but the others couldn't hear.

"Eh?"

"Nothing." She shook her head."Suit yourself."

The others smiled.

"Thank you, Koyomi."

(In the morning)

At the antique shop, Kyon was walking downstairs and Wajima noticed.

"Oh Kyon, are you feeling better?" Wajima asked.

"Where's Koyomi?" Kyon asked.

"She's been keeping an eye on the Gate since yesterday. The others are with her." Wajima answered.

Kyon seemed surprised.

"I see." He smiled.

(At school)

Everyone was getting ready for the recital and Koyomi, Haruhi, and the rest of the SOS Brigade were getting settles in some seats before they see Takeshi getting ready to play on stage.

"Looks like he made up his mind." Haruhi said as Takeshi bowed before sitting down. He soon started playing and everyone was watching him.

Meanwhile outside, Caithsith was on top of the school and laughed.

"I'm finally gonna seal the deal!" He said before throwing the rocks on the floor, spawning Ghouls. The Phantom jumped off the roof to join them. "Alright, let's get him!"

Everyone was running away except for Kyon, who was sitting at a bench while enjoying his donut. He took a bite before looking at them.

"You're late, Mr. Phantom." Kyon said before putting the bag away and getting up. He faced the horde of enemies.

"The wizard!"

"Please, don't interrupt the show. It's really rude, especially when he finally decided to play." Kyon said as he placed his right hand on the belt.

"DRIVER ON! PLEASE!"

His Driver appeared and he placed his Flame Style on his left hand as he tilted the buckle to his left.

"SHABADOOBIE TOUCH TO HENSHIN!"

"SHABADOOBIE TOUCH TO HENSHIN!"

He then flipped the goggles down.

"Henshin!"

He then placed his left hand on the belt.

"FLAME! PLEASE! HI! HI! HI! HI! HI!"

He pointed his hand to the left, making the magical portal. It slowly went through him, coming our as Wizard.

"Ice that clown!" He commanded and the Ghouls started to walk up to them.

"Saa, showtime." Wizard said before charging.

Inside, everyone was still watching Takeshi play.

"I don't think the Phantom's here." Haruhi said.

"I think…he's already here." Koyomi answered. Everyone was surprised, meaning that Kyon was here now and fighting. Nagato decided to check it out but Koyomi stopped her. "I'm sure Kyon can take care of it." She assured.

Outside, Wizard had no problem fighting Ghouls as he was dodging their hits and kicking them in the face. He grabbed one by the arm and flipped it over before dodging another hit in the air, disarming another Ghoul, and stabbing it with its own spear.

"Damn it!" Caithsith said before summoning more Ghouls. "All of you, get 'im." He commanded before the Ghouls tried charging at him.

Wizard got a new ring before placing it on his right hand.

"Let's wipe them out." Wizard said before tilting his buckle to the right. He then placed his hand on his belt.

"COPY! PLEASE!"

Two magical circles appeared. One went through Wizard from above while the one next to him spawned a duplicate of him. The Wizards tilted the belt two more times and did it again.

"COPY! PLEASE!"

There were soon four Wizards that soon repeated the process.

"COPY! PLEASE!"

And now there were eight Wizards. They soon replaced their Copy ring with their Connect Ring. They tilted their belts two times before placing their hands on them.

"CONNECT! PLEASE!"

A magical circle appeared in front of each of them and they all pulled out a WizarSwordGun in gun form. They aimed and started shooting. The Ghouls were being mowed down and it was only a matter of time before they all fell down and exploded.

The Caithsith Phantom was surprised.

"How is that fair!?" It complained.

They copies soon merged with the real Wizard.

"You're the only one left now." Wizard noted.

"Aw, man, you're the worst!"

The Phantom soon charged and Wizard transformed his gun into a sword before charging. Wizard dodged all of the Phantom's attacks before slashing him repetitively. Finally, Wizard kicked him away and watched as the Phantom rolled across the floor.

"I ain't gonna be no easy score!" The Phantom said before using his speed to jump away.

"Two can play at that game." Wizard said before replacing his Flame Style ring with his Hurricane one. He tilted his belt buckle before placing his left hand on it.

"HURRICANE! PLEASE! FU! FU! FU! FU! FU! FU!"

A green magical circle appeared above him and went through him, coming out in his Hurricane Style form. Wizard was watching the Phantom before tightly gripped his sword before flying. The Phantom looked to see Wizard catching up before Wizard slashed him. Wizard flew close and spun, slashing the Phantom multiple times in the process.

The Phantom soon fell hard on the floor while Wizard safely landed. The Phantom got up and charged as did Wizard. The two jumped up in the air and Wizard slashed him across the waist before going back to the ground. The two jumped up again before colliding their attacks. They soon landed to continue their fighting.

The two jumped up in the air one last time for Wizard to Kick the Phantom back to the ground. The Phantom got up and tried jumping away to the top of a building before Wizard flew like a tornado. He landed next to the Phantom before they continued their fight.

Wizard dodged the Phantom's hit before slashing him over and over again. Wizard soon grabbed him and dragged the Phantom back to the ground with him. The Phantom landed with a loud thud Wizard flew away from him before landing.

"And now, the finale." Wizard said before opening the hand in his sword.

"C'MON SLASH! SHAKE HANDS!"

He placed his left hand on it.

"HURRICANE SLASH STRIKE! FU! FU! FU! FU! FU! FU!"

The blade of the sword glowed as a small green tornado surrounded it. The Phantom panicked before Wizard slashed the air, spawning a green tornado which lifted the Phantom in the air. Wizard looked up and sent a green energy slash at him.

The attack collided with the Phantom, making him explode. Wizard rested his sword on his shoulder.

"Whew…"

(Later)

Soon the recital was over and Takeshi with the SOS Brigade was walking outside to see Kyon sitting on a bench.

"Kyon!" Haruhi recognized and they all walked up to him.

"Are you okay?" Asahina asked. Kyon just looked at them.

"You guys couldn't dress a little more formal?" Kyon replied, seeing that all of them were in their casual clothes.

"So you were here." Nagato confirmed.

"I see you have defeated the Phantom." Takeshi assumed.

"What happened with you?" Kyon asked.

"Nothing. Not even a commendation." Takeshi answered calmly. Kyon noticed it.

"You're taking it pretty well." Kyon observed.

"I have to face the present and move on. This is who I am right now, and I accept it. I'm going to have me and my family move overseas and start over. So I can live in the present." Takeshi said, making Kyon smile.

"Good luck." Kyon said.

Takeshi nodded before looking at Koyomi.

"It's all thanks to you." Takeshi said, making Koyomi smile before leaving.

Kyon soon got up and felt his stomach growling.

"Man, I could use some donuts." Kyon mused.

"Again?" Haruhi smiled.

"I barely ate earlier ago, so…" Kyon explained before Koyomi grabbed his hand.

"My treat this time." Koyomi said before she started walking with Kyon, making Haruhi's brow twitched but tried to keep herself calm.

"Really?"

"Hey, do you think we can come too?" Koizumi asked, as a way of calming Haruhi.

Koyomi looked back at them.

"Suit yourself." She answered, making the others smile and Haruhi calming down. They were soon walking towards them and Kyon smiled at Koyomi. She noticed.

"What?"

"Nothing." He said as he scratched the back of his head. "Let's go." He said before he and the others left.

(Somewhere else)

Orma was in the park, needing to take care of certain business but soon he heard something…

"EXPLOSION! NOW!"

Orma quickly moved out of the way before his spot was replaced with an explosion. He looked and saw the White Wizard.

"You will not escape me, Phantom." The White Wizard said.

"I was wondering when you'd plan to show yourself." Orma said as he stood up.

"I cannot allow you to live, Phantom." The White Wizard explained.

"Well, I could use some exercise." Orma said before unzipping a part of his coat, and to the White Wizard's surprise, it revealed the same kind of Driver he was wearing.

"Where did you get that!?" The White Wizard asked, demanding to know.

Orma just smiled as he placed his rings on. He placed his right hand on it first.

"DRIVER ON! NOW!"

He quickly tilted the belt and it started singing in a different melody.

"SHABADOOBIE TOUCH TO HENSHIN!"

"SHABADOOBIE TOUCH TO HENSHIN!"

"SHABADOOBIE TOUCH TO HENSHIN!"

As it was singing, Orma placed a new ring on. It had a black gem in center, a black top with gold frames around it, and goggles.

"Henshin!"

He placed his left hand on it.

"CHANGE! NOW!"

A gold seal appeared above Orma and moved through him, coming out as another armored mage.

He was wearing a black and gold robe with black shoulder pads, a black cape, with two ring sashes. His faceplate looked like a black gem with gold markings around it, and on the top was a black hat with gold markings. This was Kamen Rider Sorcerer.

"Impossible!" The White Wizard gawked surprised.

Sorcerer tilted his belt to the right as he got a new ring. He placed it on before using it.

"CONNECT! NOW!"

A gold seal appeared next to it and Sorcerer pulled a halberd out of it.

"Now, let's have some fun." He said before charging.

(Omake: Rider Mysteries II)

In the antique shop, Nagato was reading a book until Asahina approached her.

"Nagato, since you're smart, you think you can consult a Rider with his problem." Asahin requested.

"Very well, who is it?" Nagato replied.

"Alright, you can come in." Asahin said as the door opened.

"Wake up! Break the Chains of Destiny! Kamen Rider Kiva!" Kiva said as he introduced himself before posing.

Soon Kiva sat on the couch and Asahin gave him a cup of tea.

"Here you go." Asahin said.

"Thank you." Kiva nodded.

"So what's your issue?" Nagato asked.

"My issue…is this." Kiva said as he pulled out a sign that said, "Mystery of the Customerless Cart."

"The local soba cart around here has no customers. It's run-down and dirty. It's almost like they don't want customers. It looked like it's ready to close, but it's been open for business for about a month. Why is that?" Kiva asked.

"I see shops like that time to time." Nagato said.

"I can't really focus until I figure out this mystery!" Kiva said.

"Hold it!" A new voice said.

"You!" Kiva recognized.

"The Trump Card of Hope! Kamen Rider Blade!" Blade said as he introduced himself before posing. He soon walked in.

"Do you have any theories, Blade?"

"The culprit is Kabuto." Blade answered.

"Eh!?" Everyone was surprised with exception of Nagato.

"He's the culprit!?" Asahina asked.

(Blade's story)

Kabuto, who was wearing a chief's hat and scarf, did his pose in front of the cart.

"He's a gourmet Rider who's fussy about cooking."

Kabuto pressed the buttons on his belt.

"ONE. TWO. THREE."

"He started a cart."

Kabuto soon moved in Clock Up, cooking and testing his food.

"He's prideful, so he won't serve a dish till it's perfect." Blade explained.

Kabuto tested his food before throwing it away, thinking that it wasn't good enough. He soon threw most of the ingredients off the table. Soon after, multiple attempts, Kabuto tested his dish before falling into despair.

"That's why he has no customers."

Soon after making the perfect dish, he started to advertise.

"It is completed." Kabuto said.

(Reality)

"…is what Obaa-chan said." Blade said as he imitated Kabuto's pose.

"I see." Kiva answered.

"I don't think that's really true." Asahin said.

"I concur." Nagato answered as well.

"Really?" Kvia asked.

"No. This is a real case!" A new voice said and Kiva looked.

"You!" Kiva recognized.

"I'll fight as an Orphnoch but I'll also fight as a Rider! Kamen Rider Faiz!" Faiz introduced himself before flicking his wrist.

"How would this be a case?" Nagato asked as Blade took a seat.

"This is strongly a case of a double life!" Faiz answered.

(Faiz's story)

"Mr. Hibachi opened up his cart again, since he forgot its popularity from W's time." Faiz explained.

Mr. Hibachi was placing on the necessary clothing on before waiting outside his cart, ready to serve customers.

"However, he had no customers." Faiz said.

Mr. Hibachi seemed distraught over the lack of customers.

(In Spartan Productions)

"The only reason his shop is still open…he has a side job as a Rider's line producer." Faiz explained.

Mr. Hibachi was scolding a man for being late with the script.

"Do it in three days! Three! Not four dammit! Why can't you be like any of the other guys!?"

(Reality)

"I see…" Kiva answered.

"Really? That's his side job!?" Asahina asked.

"We'll solve your problem." A new voice said and Kiva looked at the entrance.

"You!" Kiva recognized.

"Saa, omae no tsumi o kazoero!" W, both sides, said as he posed and entered the room.

"The half-boiled detective! Kamen Rider W!" Asahina recognized. W just decided to ignore that comment.

"This is another cart story…" W said before he started it.

(W's story)

A man was dressed in black with a shovel and pickaxe in his hands. He was in front of the bank.

"There was a thief who was digging a tunnel into the bank." W started.

The thief was about to start but noticed the bystanders nearby and tried to hide his equipment.

"But he needed a place to dig without being noticed for a long time." W's female side said.

At night, the thief was in front of the cart.

"So the thief set up a cart. He made it so no customers would want to come to his cart."

"But at night, he digs his hole." The female side continued.

Behind the cart was a tarp which the thief removed revealing a hole. He jumped into it to continue his work.

"And soon he finally made it to the bank."

(Reality)

"I see…" Kiva answered once again.

"Just what you expect out of detectives like those two!" Blade said as he pointed a W.

"How unexpected…" Faiz said.

"The most probable answer is…W's."

"But…if that's true…" Asahina started. "…then that's big trouble!"

She was right, that meant that a thief was trying to break into the bank right now.

"He's right! What do we do!?" Blade asked.

Everyone was talking about what to do. But W got in between them.

"Seeing is believing. Let's check it out right now." W proposed and Kiva took them to where he saw the cart.

"That's the cart!" Kiva recognized. They soon see Mr. Hibachi coming out of a hole behind it with a shovel.

"He's…" Blade started.

"Fuumen's master." W answered.

Mr. Hibachi noticed them.

"Huh? What's with you guys?" He asked as he walked up to them. "Shinji, Rei, and everyone's got scary looks."

"You weren't digging a hole to rob a bank, were you?" Faiz asked.

"No way! I'm a ramen shop owner. Right, Shinji, Rei!?" Mr. Hibachi asked W.

"Wait a moment!" W said before his right eye started blinking.

"If you're really Fuuman's owner, then you must have a meal ticket for this film studio. Show us." The female side said.

Mr. Hibachi seemed tense right now.

"We already proved that the Fuumen owner is portrayed by the line producer." W said before pointing at Hibachi with left hand.

"Now…count up your meal tickets!" W said in his dual voice.

Mr. Hibachi just smiled before taking his disguise off, revealing Ryo Sayama. He got pointed his gun upwards and fired.

"Henshin!"

"KAMEN RIDE: DIEND!"

He transformed into DiEnd.

"The phantom thief Kamen Rider, DiEnd!" Asahina recognized.

"He's even wanted in Remnant!" Faiz pointed out.

"It would be wise to arrest him." Nagato said before they all charge at DiEnd.

"Get him!"

"Stop!"

DiEnd dodged through all of them.

"I've taken your treasure." DiEnd said before jumping away.

"Got away!" Blade said. Soon they all noticed something on the floor. It was a sword necklace.

"That is a sword necklace." Faiz answered.

"It appears he wasn't trying to rob a bank. Only one person has this kind of necklace." Blade said.

"That's right." Kiva said. "The one person who's been writing stories about the Kamen Riders, it can only be Spartan719!"

"I see. Then I'll return it." Faiz said and right he was about to pick it up.

"Wait a minute, you're not going to keep it, are you?" W asked as he placed his hand on Faiz.

"Of course not!" Faiz said as he got the hand off him.

"Then I'll return it." Blade said.

"Why you!?" Both Riders said before everyone else joined them. Soon they were all arguing…

"Wait a minute! I have an idea." W said, making everyone stop. "We'll decide this with Rock, Paper, Scissors."

Everyone agreed and they all started playing.

"Rock! Paper! Scissors! Shoot!"

The match ended in a tie. They tried again and again only for the matches to end in ties. Meanwhile, Spartan719 walked over and picked up the necklace.

"I won't let anyone have this." He said.

Everyone turned and looked at him.

"Spartan719!" They recognized. Spartan719 stared at them before leaving.
