Koneko was in heaven. She had yummy fish, her Airen was eating the food she had made for her, and soon she'd have lots and lots of cute little kittens! Letting out a small purr, Koneko followed a stuffed and sleepy Akane up the stairs and into her room. Curling up at the foot of Akane's bed. Slowly, a little thought wormed it's way into Koneko's mind.

'How do babies work?'

Koneko was well and truly stumped. All master had said was you had to sleep together. Koneko could tell Master and her Airen slept together a lot, she could hear the combined snoring from her place on the couch on the other end of the house! But master didn't have a baby... Maybe it took a while? Koneko was getting confused. Shimmying into Akane's blankets Koneko dropped the subject as she dozed off cuddling her Airen.

Akane rolled over groggily, resting her head on her warm pillow, listening to Koneko's soft purr.

'Wait... Purr?'

Akane's eyes shot open, showing to her just what she was lying on. Her head was nestled in Koneko's ample bosom. Looking up, she was horrified to see Koneko smiling happily at her. Before Akane could think to do anything, the cat-girl pulled her into a tight embrace, and stared lovingly into Akane's eyes.

"Wǒ ài nǐ." Koneko whispered "Wǒ huì hěn gāoxìng wǒmen de háizi de mǔqīn."

Slowly, Akane sat up, gently nudging the love struck catgirl a little to the left, and pinched her left arm. Upon feeling the pinch, Akane calmly stood up, put on her slippers, and proceeded to scream in a way Japan hadn't heard since the Second World War.

Now, she was starting used to glomps, she was used to pickup lines, but what she wasn't, and didn't want to be used to was a half-naked catgirl crawling into her bed and whispering sweet nothings into her ear. That was strictly off limits. Steeling her nerves, Akane turned, feeling something thar felt suspiciously like a head rubbing against her heinie. A tick formed as Akane contemplated beaning Koneko with her shinai. Deciding against it, as the girl's hard head might break the bamboo sword, she did the next best thing, taking out an heavy, leather bound dictionary, she weighed it in her hand.

"MAKA CHOP!" She screamed, bringing the dictionary down square between the catgirl's fuzzy ears.

A sulking Koneko was shuffling down Shoko Maki street, wondering why Her airen didn't like her surprise. Maybe it was time to ask master for help, master was always right after all. Perking up at the idea that she'd get to see master, Koneko pranced the rest of the way to Dr. Tofu's clinic, only stopping to chase a few butterflies. Upon reaching the clinic, she saw a little notice, written in sloppy kana on the desk.

"Receptionist on break, ring little bell"

The idea of bells excited Koneko, when the were at master's house master and master's airen would dangle golden bells on string for her, master even made her a ribbon with a bell to put on her tail! Feeling giddy, Koneko pounced on the silver call bell. Enthusiastically, Koneko began to play with the bell, batting it around the desk, making a little ding every time she hit it. Coming out of his office, Dr. Tofu was utterly confused by what he saw.

A teenage girl in pink "China" overalls was batting around his call-bell, an mewling giddily every time the bell chimed. It wasn't even lunch, but Doctor Ono Tofu knew it was going to be a long day.

It's been almost forever since I'd updated anything, so I've decided to put up a poll to see what you guys like the most, then start to focus more on writing for that story in my free time.

P.S. Hasn't anyone noticed the 'Shoko Maki' Street thing yet?
