i haven't seen bleach in so long and it's been a minute with this story. please remember that this story started way before the manga ever finished.

The two Ichigos began to terrorize the Soul Society almost immediately when they escaped the Cakurahita's hideout. Head Captain Kyoraku called for an emergency meeting with all the captains, lieutenants, and those related to the issue at hand.

"It seems the only logical solution is to eradicate the threats." Kyoraku said to the company.

Everyone began to murmur, surprised at what seemed to be a calloused decision. He held his hands up to quiet everyone down.

"I know that sounds a bit harsh, but I don't mean to eradicate them in the sense you are probably thinking. Squad 12 has kindly agreed to find a solution to help keep our friends alive while also doing away with the threat they are posing. Captain Kurotsuchi, would you like to please explain?"

Captain Kurotsuchi held his hands out like he was under obligation to explain but rather wouldn't.

"We were able to isolate a certain chemical agent with some input from Sosuke Aizen. This chemical is the key to what turns a Soul Reaper into a half-Hollow, or what these monstrosities call themselves, Vizoreds."

"I'm highly offended." Hayori said with a look to the Squad 12 captain.

"I don't care." Mayuri said. "If it had been me, I would have taken one of you and dissected you until I figured out what I needed, but how… 'fortunate' Aizen was around to identify the isolated agent almost instantly when I was examining blood samples. Since he was the one who casted the Hollowfying agent from before, it would be logical he would find it… but annoying, nonetheless."

"The creation of a Vizored is the same as a Plus who turns into a Hollow except it's done at a higher speed. Captain Kuchiki and the Ichigos have the same components as the Vizoreds, Kuchiki even more since it seems he was around when the Vizoreds were actually made." Urahara explained.

"The only way to stop them and still save them (since we apparently have to)," Mayuri said, giving an angry glare at Urahara. "is to use the formula I have created using the isolated agent that was found in Captain Kurosaki's blood. It must be injected into the host but it can't just be anywhere. The injection has to be done in the back of the neck right in the spinal column."

"Why there?" Yachiru said, crossing her arms. "There's not a bigger place to inject them? And why can't we send out some knock out gas to sedate them first?"

"That's surprisingly kind of you to think of…" Kyoraku said with a small smirk.

"I'm not saying it because I care, it's because trying to pinpoint a literal needle into the spinal cord during a battle is practically impossible. I've seen Oichi go off during his Hollow transformation and it's not exactly the easiest thing to keep still. I mean, I blame my Ichigo for being so stupid that he got himself caught up in all this mess but doing what you're asking is impossible. Besides, this plan was Aizen's idea. I don't really care about him but anyone who can fool a whole society that he's dead isn't exactly on my trustworthy list."

"She's got an incredibly good point, Head Captain." Hayuri said. "When did we say it was alright that Aizen escaped from prison and started asking him for advice and taking pointers?"

"He fooled the whole Soul Society into thinking he was dead and then he got Momo killed by fooling us again while we all stabbed her as if she were Aizen himself." Toshiro said, setting his jaw a little.

Karin made a small face at him but she knew that it was a sore subject with him still. She didn't care but it irked her sometimes that he still had a small reserve for a girl Karin never knew.

"As much as he had done, there is a lot of stuff he hasn't done. When Roka released him from his prison by releasing his zanpakuto, he could have used that opportunity immediately to take the Cakurahita out and come after me. But he didn't. He took his time, found their weakness and then allowed us to carry that out. Also, he is the one who started this Hollowfying nonsense in the first place. Without his help, we would have to kill our friends without any type of way out."

"How do we even know it's going to work? If this is all Aizen's idea, how do we know he's not just working an illusion to us?" Nanao asked.

"I assure you, I am not causing an illusion at the moment. I have far better goals now than I did when I was put in prison. There's no need for me to try and fool you at this moment… But to answer Kenpachi Yachiru's question from before: the reason we must go after that particular spot is due to how the Hollowfication works. Just as when a Plus turns into a Hollow, it occurs from the inside out. The mask ejects from the mouth and other facial orifices, travels outward and behind, creating the mask. Since it is only covering the face, the back of the head and neck are exposed. The spinal column holds all of your nerves in your body and if you can get the injection in there, you can at least paralyze them for easier capture and returning to normal."

"We have Roka and the other Cakurahita in custody, so all we will have to do is force her to help us." Renji said.

"If she cooperates." Aizen said.

"I can make her cooperate." Mayuri pointed out.

"Now, now…" Urahara chastised, making Mayuri grit his teeth with uncomfortable audio. "Although Captain Kurotsuchi has a much darker thought process, he is right. We have the equipment to make Roka-san cooperate without killing her. But the main priority is going to be getting the Hollows under control."

"How much of this stuff do you have?" Toshiro asked.

"Plenty for two or three misses but not enough for you idiots to whisk around all willy-nilly."

"In other words, don't fuck up." Yachiru said with a growl.

"It would be best to use people with good aim and/or have zanpakutos that require them to use long ranged attacks." SoiFon inputted.

"How do we lure them to us? How do we get close enough without them detecting us?" Nanao asked.

"Hollow bait."

"Doesn't that only attract small Hollows?" Yachiru asked.

"How do you know that?"

"I use it to practice sometimes since I can't practice on my squad… apparently." She said with a roll of her eyes.

"Yes, Kenpachi is right." Aizen interjected before anyone else could talk. "They usually only have enough power to attract small Hollows, so I took the liberty of asking the Head Captain if I could ask someone else who was versed in the bait to help."

"I took the liberty of making a stronger version."

Everyone turned as Uryu seemed to step in out of nowhere. He held out his hand, revealing a bunch of yellow pellets.

"I took the liberty of modifying these Hollow bait pellets to not only attract small time Hollows but be able to attract Espada level ones as well. Fair warning: the Vizoreds will be enticed as well as any Espadas left alive in Hueco Mundo."

"First of all, how the heck did Pencil get in here and second, why didn't you just make bait that only attracted high level Hollows?" Yachiru growled, pointing.

"To answer the first question, I have been in Silbern dealing with some unfinished business regarding the left over Quincy and some other stuff Yhwach was messing around with. To answer the second question: using the base Hollow bait and just making it more powerful was much easier than trying to find the components that made up Hollow bait and try to recreate something that would keep small fry out and bigger guys in. It was better to risk everything than piece-part it."

"I thought you died; aren't you human?" Rukia said, happy to see her friend from so long ago but also confused.

"He's the first ever true Quincy/Soul Reaper hybrid." Urahara said with a grin.

"My family and I are Quincy/Soul Reaper hybrids." Karin said with a cross of her arms. "What makes him any different?"

"Ah, that's a great question, Karin-san. You see, you are different because your father and mother's souls were interconnected and enabled some abilities to pass on. That's why Ichigo had a higher Spiritual Pressure than you and it weakened with time. Ishida, on the other hand, is different. He died as a human and then became a Soul Reaper and we were able to extract his dormant Quincy powers still left in him via a few experiments."

"Did Captain Kurosaki know about this?"

"Of course he did. I had to ask him if I could use some of his blood to experiment on and he was happy to oblige. Ishida didn't completely lose the powers he had had as a Quincy, it was very hard to get them back to their normal levels."

"Either way, I was contacted about the Cakurahita issue so I started working on these."

"This is really good information and I'm happy Ishida is alive, but we've got three rampant Hollows that are destroying the Seireitei. As we play catch up, our friends are out there being controlled and causing havoc." Renji said, crossing his arms.

"Captain Abarai is right, we need instructions on what to do and quickly."

The Head Captain began to explain the plan to everyone as they listened intently.

"Subject in sight." Renji said, adjusting the telescopic glasses. "Looks like Ichigo."

"Which one?" Rukia said with a roll of her eyes.

"Hold on…" Renji zoomed in. "Yichi, by the small frame."

"What is he doing?" Uryu asked.

"Looks like he's just standing there…"

"He's probably waiting for us to make a move. I guarantee you that Oichi is hiding in the wings. Kenpachi, do you have eyes on Oichi?"

"Yeah, Four Eyes, I've got him in sight." Yachiru said in the earpiece. "He's about 400ft away from Yichi. He's bleeding profusely… Q-Ball, you have that diversion ready?"

"My name is Ikkaku, damn it."

"As the Kenpachi, I can call you whatever the hell I want."

"Enough of this!" Renji hissed in the earpiece. "You'll alert them to out location."

"Target's gone." Ikkaku said.

"No he's not."

The earpiece crackled and Ikkaku saw Yachiru jump into the air and use shunpo. He sighed and pressed his earpiece.

"Kenpachi is on the move with Oichi."

"There you are, my love." Yachiru said as she met up with Captain Kurosaki.

He flew into the air and their swords collided, clanging loudly as they flew in opposite directions. Yachiru got her balance in the sky and flash stepped quickly back to her husband.

"How dare you disgrace me by getting your stupid self caught up in that dumb woman's puppetry! You have let yourself be manipulated by the enemy!"

Captain Kurosaki let out a scream as he ran straight into her, not even using his sword. Yachiru missed his claws as her sword sliced his skin. She tsked and turned back around.

"You didn't even try to dodge it. You're going to regret trying to take it easy with me!"

Just as she was about to strike at him again, Ichigo came out of nowhere and she turned, clashing swords with him instead.

"My, my, I don't know which one is more delicious?"

"Kenpachi, look out!" someone yelled.

Yachiru jumped into the air as the two Ichigos collided with each other. Yachiru used the momentum of gravity to help her come down quicker and she landed on top of both the Hollows, exposing their necks.

"Hurry up! I don't have all day!" she growled.

Ikkaku came out immediately and was able to get his needle into Captain Kurosaki's neck.

"Captain Kurosaki captured!" he yelled into his communicator.

Just as Renji was about to stick his needle into Ichigo, Yachiru was flipped from his head and he turned around, knocking Renji to the ground. Rukia scoffed and stepped in front of Ichigo with her zanpakuto.

"Enough of this. Sode no Shirayuki!" Rukia stabbed her zanpakuto into the ground and a trail of ice made its way over to Ichigo. Once there was enough ice under him she yelled out, "Juhaku!" and Ichigo's leg was covered in ice.

He began to scream and Renji got up from the ground, jumping on Ichigo's back.

"I've got him steady! Someone get the syringe!"

Yachiru grabbed it and ran over, stabbing the needle into Ichigo's neck. He went limp and Renji sighed, sliding off of his friend's back. He pressed the communicator in his ear.

"Targets One and Two disabled. Bringing them to Squad 12 for treatment and evaluation. Please send Captain Unohana there as well."

"Great! Kuchiki was captured as well with great success. Great work everyone."

not sure if i did that right for rukia with her shikai offshoot stuff. like i said, been a little bit since i read/saw bleach. that being said, there are not that many chapters left of this story. i will try to get this finished this year. it's been like a million years since i started it. for all those still following it, i thank you so much for your patience.

update: it's been 3 years since i posted a chapter to this story ┐('～`；)┌
