I have been trying to update faster, I'll do my best to publish at least once a month ( Hard to believe that's going to happen but I'm trying).

I feel like my story is just a bunch of stupid cliches that pretty much repeat themselves...Hope that's not what it really is. Even though this was my very first story ever I wouldn't want it to be like that. Let me know if it turns too lame !

Chapter 4

Cloud hasn't move an inch still staring at the other boys, his brain was trying to tell him this wasn't really happening and he was going to wake up at any minute now.

"Well, hello there," Axel said with a smirk, " Are you going to help us find a seat ? We're going to be only two and we prefer booth."

Cloud didn't answered but when he saw his boss suspicious look, he regain a small smile.

"Uh….Sure…. F-Follow me"

Cloud slowly made his way to a booth in a corner far away from anybody else and slid the menus on the table.

He scanned the room for his boss, he saw him back busy laughing with some guy.

"What are you guys doing here ?" he asked with what it sound like anger in his voice but kept a straight face.

" Isnt it obvious, for a drink…" the redhead answered still wearing a smirk and sitting down.

"Cloud" Zack started and the blonde directed his attention on him, " You work here ? You're too young to be working in a place like that…." He said with worry in his eyes.

" You guys should leave…."

"You know, I don't think the school is going to be very happy of how you spend your nights at a bar….A minor especially….They have that policy, what was it ?" Axel fainted to not remember " Oh yeah, students are not supposed to work full time. And I know this place they don't have part time…"

"You're the one to talk, youre minor, What are you even doing in a bar ? "

"I'm not"

"Huh ?"

"I'm 18, Zack passed 18 last month as well " (1)

"For real ?" He asked surprised.

Both Zack and Axel noded.

Cloud bit his lower lips, now worried. He couldn't leave this job, he needed it. He thought of Ventus and Roxas. 'Damn it'

"Hey relax" Zack said noticing the panic on cloud features, " We're not going to say anything."

"You're not ?"

Zack shook his head and Axel smirked.

"Well…. we're not if you join us for a meal at school"

Both Zack and Cloud glared at the redhead shocked.

"Dude...What the-" Zack started before being cut by the blonde.

"Fine, I will, please don't say anything' He nearly begged.

"Hey baby, still waiting over here !" A voice called out for Cloud, " If you want to chat, come chat with me...I got a lot to say to you..." He laughed loudly with a couple of others guys.

"Ah, Coming ! " The younger boy yelled over his shoulder.

"Ooh, I can make you come, alright" the man wiggled an eyebrow suggestively to his friends before they all burst out laughing again.

The raven frowned, not liking the way the drunken man was talking to Cloud but couldn't help but smile a bit when he saw Cloud's adorable face painted with red. ' He's so cute'.

" I'll be right back"

Zack stared at Cloud as he walked away, he looked good in his uniform, he had a white, long sleeves dress shirt covered by a sleeveless black jacket, a pair of black pants and a half black apron covering his lap.

He heard his brother clean his throat, " Do you got to be so obvious ?"

Zack looked at him puzzled.

" You want to take a picture of him, as well ? Here my phone got better resolution than yours" He laughed as he slid his phone on the table.

"Oh Shut up !" He kicked his brother under the table.

He went back to watch the blond again " Why is he working here ?"

"I dont know man, I would not want to work here….Reno worked there for a bit and hated it Remember ? It's low paid, they treat you like shit, no insurance, no overtime paid, no nothing. This place sucks." He grabbed the menu and explored it.

" I'm surprised his parents leave him work here." Zack said slowly as he watched the blond struggle to go back to their table. The severals customers find it amusing to block Cloud's way by stretching their legs way out or pushing their chair back making it almost impossible for the blond to squeeze between tables.

When Cloud managed to squash himself between two chairs he made his way to the two boys's table.

"Sorry about that," he cleaned his throat loudly, " What do you guys want ?"

"I'll just get a beer" Zack said with a warm smile, he was still hoping he could be friend with Cloud, he couldn't help himself. It's like Cloud had thrown a spell on him.

"Annnd I'll get ummmh," he said looking to the numerous drink on the card," A black Russian."

"Is that all ?" Cloud asked noting it down on his little notepad.

"You're not hungry, are you?" Axel asked Zack.

Zack was so captivated by Cloud eyes that he didn't hear his brother talk.

"Zack?"

Cloud noticed the stare and shifted awkwardly on his feet, uncomfortable.

"Zack !" He kicked his brother under the table.

"Ouch, what ? Huh ? No, not hungry" he said rubbing his ankle.

Cloud took the menus back and quickly excused himself to get the drinks.

"What was that for ?"

"Man, STOP staring like that !"

"I wasn't staring." he mumble playing with the napkin dispenser on the corner of the table.

"Yes, you were ! And pretty obviously too, we were waiting on you…"

Zack blushed and frowned. He didn't think he was staring….He was just admiring for a very long time….There's a difference….Right ?

Axel saw his brother turning mute, "You're very sensitive on anything that concern Cloud, aren't you ? ….For someone who claims not being interested."

"I'm not." He pouted again.

Axel didn't want to see his brother mad again so he didn't insist any further. Though now in his mind he was almost sure to be right ! Specially as the more he looked at his brother the more he surprised him checking out Cloud while he worked. He took in mind the lustful eyes Zack couldn't help to give when Cloud came back with their drink. The blush on his face when he accidentally touched his hand when the blond was sitting down the drink on table.

The whole time their were there Zack had eyes only for Cloud even when the two brothers were talking about something completely unrelated to him.

Axel shook his head and sighted loudly. His poor brother was falling in love and was too stupid to notice.

"What's wrong ?"

"Oh nothing" he said with a smile.

Zack just shrugged thinking his brother might just be a bit tired. He then remember "hey, What was the thing about blackmailing Cloud ?"

"Blackmailing !" He stretched back into his seat and puffed out " Here you go using big words...It's not blackmailing…..It's just an.. invitation. You wanted to be friend with him so I am helping you."

Zack face turned to a frown

"You're welcome by the way !" He smirked.

"I didnt want to force him…"

"You want to get closer to him ? Yes or no ? "

"Well yeah...But-"

"Then, there you go ! Sometime you need to give it a little push...It's not really forcing." He explain sipping his drink.

" You better not push him too much and not say anything even if he doesn't come !"

"Yeah, Yeah…..We'll see" He gave a big challenging grin before finishing his drink.

Axel called out for Cloud with an hand as he got up, the blond followed the order not really wanting to. It's not that he hated them or anything, they seem like good guys….At least until the redhead started to blackmail him.

'What was that all about ? They just want me to eat lunch with them ? What for ?' Cloud questioned himself as he made his way slowly to their table. 'Hope that's all they'll want and leave me alone after that...'

"Hey what's with the pouty face?" Axel laugh.

Cloud didn't realized he was pouting until he pointed it out and try to cover it with a small smile. He knew his boss was probably watching him.

"Don't worry, we're leaving !" The redhead exclaimed still wearing that smirk of his, he then look intensely at his brother as he was waiting for something.

"What ?"

"Well, the drinks aren't going to be paid by themselves…"

"What ?! You're the one who said you were inviting ! " Zack said completely bewildered while pointing a finger at Axel's face.

"Pfffff…." The other brother tossed a hand around, " And you actually believed me !?"

"Oh man….You suck" The raven moaned as he pulled his wallet out.

"I thought you would know me by now ! " Axel laughed slapping the back of Zack shoulder.

A giggle made them stop their movement. The blond had found it amusing to see the two brothers bickering like….Well like brothers ! And accidentally let escape a light giggle behind his hand.

Zack smiled wide when he heard the sweet shy laugh of Cloud. This brought him out of the fight completely and didn't care that he had to pay. In fact he felt like it was almost a payment to be able to have heard Cloud giggle and that he didn't mind paying at all !

Cloud stopped immediately when he realized what he had done and blushed furiously but that just made Zack's smile accentuated as he was still shuffling through his wallet.

"Here." He handed out the money.

"G-Give me a second, I'll be back with your change" Cloud said still feeling the light blush on his face.

Zack gave Cloud another of his 'overly dripping with friendliness' smile. "No, Keep it"

"But that over 25 bucks over the original price…" Cloud said bewildered now forgetting totally his embarrassment.

"I know" He winked and his brother held a smile at the scene, from what it looked like his brother just openly hitting on Cloud.

The blonde just stood there, the money still in his hand flat open, he blink twice before bowing his head down and muffled a 'Thank You'. He watched the two boys smile at him and make their way to the door.

"Just remember : Tomorrow, lunch ! " Axel reminded him right as he passed the door pushing out Zack who had stopped to stare at Cloud's giant blue orbs once more.

(1) Ok I know that America's majority to drink is 21 but I am so used to the 18 range which is what it is in most country in Europe. I hope it doesn't bother anybody if I just leave it this way. I kind of forgot about that and already wrote the chapter when I realized my mistake….
