"So... it's been a while, don't you think?" Dr. Hoshi stated as he was in the classroom with everyone else.

"Why does school always start and end in summer?" Yoshi brought up as he did the thinking pose.

"Well, summer is the longest season, so I guess the school session having the beginning and the ending in it makes sense." Birdo said in return as she took a look at the diamond in her left hand.

Dr. Hoshi murmured as he adjusted his glasses. "You know, that is a good explanation. It always seems to be summer that attracts so many... unique things to it."

"Yo doc, what are we gonna learn today?" Funky Kong added as he was surfing in place on top of his surfboard on top of his desk.

"Perhaps physics so I can ask how the hell you are doing that." Dr. Hoshi insisted as he pointed at Funky.

Dry Bowser and Petey Piranha then came into the classroom, with everyone glancing at them as the janitors had cleaning utensils on them.

"We heard there was an accident here." Dry Bowser said suddenly as he brushed back his red hair.

"...Err, what? There was?" Dr. Hoshi commented, only to be startled by Toadette farting.

"Sorry, I'm feeling farty today," Toadette apologized above her bassy flatulence while fanning the air with her right hand, blushing in embarrassment as she was still smiling.
